5 out of 5 eggsIt's a beast

Pros: This is a beast of a case. The modular design is very intuitive and requires no screws to connect peripherals and internal drives. Solid case and certainly is made of quality components.

Cons: This case is really big and is wider than other cases I've owned (not necessarily a bad thing). It's heavy too, which is also not necessarily a bad thing.

The only real negative I could say is that there are snaps in the back plate for securing PCI-E cards in lieu of screws. However, if you have a heavy graphics card, the snap doesn't secure it well enough and the card will sag. This means you have to use a screw to keep the card from bending under it's own weight. When you use the screw, the snap can't close and it just sort of sticks out. I'm a bit OCD so it just annoyed me.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Case

Pros: Plenty of internal room, no shortage of case fans. Blue fan lights (could be a con if you're trying to sleep in the same room, however they can be turned off). Fans are quiet. Multiple front USB hookups. Case comes with optional wheels.

Cons: Not necessarily a con (to me at least) but the fan lights and front LEDs are pretty bright, especially if your computer is in the same room as you sleep. The fan lights can be turned on or off though. The case is gigantic so make sure you have the space for it.

Other Thoughts: Cooler Master did not honor my rebate for some reason, which is disappointing. The rebate alone didn't persuade me to buy the case, however, but the extra money knocked off would have been nice. C'est la vie.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat for the price!

Pros: Visual appeal and good airflow while being super quiet. I only knew the machine powered on by the Led lights. Lots of space and built solid.

Cons: Fans are a bit on the weak side due to wanting to be quiet. I replaced a few of them for more performance but if you don't overclock much you're fine. Horrible tutorial for installing some devices if you're not use to this type of case.

Other Thoughts: For the price...buy it

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Case

Pros: Plenty of room, very sturdy case, LED fans that are quite and work great, great cable management has everything you could want in a case. Best of all I got it on sale for $89.99

Cons: I had trouble installing an MSI R9 280 GAMING 3G video card. It doesnt use screws to mount the video card to the outside of the case, it has some plastic quick mount contraption that wouldnt work as it was hitting the video card. I had to remove it and make a threaded hole in the case to mount the card.

4 out of 5 eggsGood Case

Pros: Large, roomy interior. Fits two R9 290s with room to spare.
Good cable management, cables fit behind motherboard easily.
Fans don't make much noise.

Cons: Some light damage on the front of the case from shipping,
One of the drive bay covers was cracked, not a big deal

5 out of 5 eggsVery nice case

Pros: Lots of space, lots of configuration possibilities, and it's a Cooler Master so you're getting a great product.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: It is a very large case, so make sure you have the room for it. It's width is surprising.

1 out of 5 eggsBeware!`

Pros: No internal connector for the 1394 plug on the front of the case. The 1394 cable is just left dangling. No separate internal USB 3.0 connector for the two USB 3.0 connectors on the front of the case so the USB 3.0 cable from the case just dangles in the air around the ASUS SABERTOOTH X79 MOTHERBOARD.

Cons: NO internal USB 3.0 cable from case on ASUS X79 motherboard. No separate USB 3.0 internal connector on ASUS X9-Motherboard, even though one is shown on diagram of ASUS X79-diagram in User Guide. No offer to RMA.

Other Thoughts: Read very carefully and then don't believe everything you read. Techs barely speak English. They make you wait too long, then have to ask someone else how to answer questions, or leave you waiting and hang-up. Terrible!

Manufacturer Response:

Good Afternoon Joseph,

I'm a little confused here as your ASUS X79 Sabertooth Motherboard has one on-board Firewire 1394 in the rear of the I/O as well as USB 3.0 ports and headers as you should be able to creatively manage your wiring from "dangling" in the front.

Our HAF 932 was designed prior to the major release of USB 3.0 as we have offer a 5.25" USB 3.0 accessory bay available through our CM Store at the link below.

I'm not quite sure you contacted our North American Support Center as we are located in Chino, CA and speak English Fluently as it sounds as there may be a confusion and can contact us Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM PST.

Please let me know for further questions.

4 out of 5 eggsGood case

Pros: I love almost everything in this case

Cons: Hate the USB front connector the 3.0 to be exact.

Worst packaging i seen in ages honestly guys, is it too much to secure the accessories bag/box.

Shipping really failed hard as the case was rip in so many parts that it makes you wonder if they were just throwing through the floor

2 out of 5 eggsPoor Quality

Pros: Sturdy, no dents, no scratches, name recognition, had mail in rebate. Haven't gotten it yet.

Cons: Bottom right thumb screw fro side panel missing and no threads in hole. Thumb screw from opposite side will now screw into the hole. Apparently hole was not threaded. I guess if I want a screw to fit I will have the thread the hole myself. Too much trouble to return the case. Model number on shipping case does not match model number of case itself. Not sure what this means. Dread finding more defects as I get into the build.

Other Thoughts: Was looking forward to new build but initial disappointment when case first opened! How much trouble would it be to make sure all the thumb screws are in place? I will RMA entire case if I find more defects.

Manufacturer Response:

Good Afternoon Joseph,

I apologize your HAF 932 Advanced is not working correctly for you as you can apply for a Parts Request for any missing or damaged parts through our CM Fanzone along with your purchase invoice and serial number at the link below.

Please let me know for further questions.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat case...plenty of room!

Pros: One of the mistakes I made years ago when I built my first computer is not giving myself enough room for airflow, and also to fit higher end graphics cards. My first case was a mid tower which served me well, and just barely gave me enough clearance to fit an older Radeon HD 5850 graphics card (2mm clearance!). The two reasons I wanted a bigger case is for expandability for larger graphics cards, but more importantly airflow within the case. The mid tower case fit everything but left very little room for air to cool things down. Even with all the fans I had (8 case fans), there was so much clutter in the case it didn't matter.
This case is huge and has plenty of room for even the biggest graphics card (hard drive cage may be removed for more room.) The air flow is phenomenal with the large case fans and improves cooling efficiency much more than other cases do. The hot swappable hard drive bays are great, however I could not use my 2.5 to 3.5 adapter with them because the screws didn't line up, do i used some strong duct tape for now.
As far as looks, it looks sharp. I really like the look of this case and is great to the eye, but not too techy that you wouldn't want it in certain settings (office, etc.). I have no complaints about the case, and it got to my house in a day!

Cons: None yet, only had for one week. Having built several computers, I don't anticipate any issues with this case, but anything is possible and will update if any issues arise.

Other Thoughts: There are a few people mentioning the LED's are too bright here in the reviews. All four internal LED case fans have a switch that can turn the LED's on or off. If the fans are too bright for you, turn them off! I personally like the look of bright blue light being emitted from my case, but everyone is different which is why Cooler Master gave us the "OFF" switch.
