3 out of 5 eggsThrow out the Power Supply

Pros: Great Case. I like the space and the cable management ability and freedom of the case. I would recomend the case.

Cons: Throw the Power Supply out!!! I have been having troubles since I bought this with the power supply. Voltage consistently flucktuates, and my PC constantly powers off, or goes into a standby mode that is not recoverable. I have even added a UPS to try resolve the issue, but no luck.

Other Thoughts: Buy this awsome case without the Power Supply. Slap a Termaltake power supply into it and you are off to a good start. I have spent a lot of uneccesary $ troubleshooting this.

Manufacturer Response:

Hi Dariuss,

We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with the case. If the psu is causing you trouble, please contact us so we can get that troubleshooted. If found defective, we can get it replaced under warranty. For additional questions, please direct it to live chat. Link below for your reference.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome

Pros: Awesome deal with included power supply. The case looks excellent and layout makes it a breeze to access.

Cons: After playing some games, the case fan on the back became somewhat noisy. Nothing $20 can't fix.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat case & power supply

Pros: Good air flow, plenty of room (even fits GTX 580), and an unbeatalbe price.

Cons: The lights for my rear and front fans are not working. I really don't need them (probably would never use them if they do work), but it would be nice to know that the product you purchased actually work the way you've been told. :(

4 out of 5 eggsNot as big as I had hoped

Pros: The case looks pretty cool. The handle is a nice option. The red lights add a nice appearance. The controller for the light on the control panel is convenient.

Cons: The rear case fan was dead. It would light up read, but wouldn't turn at all. Since the case is pretty tight I will have to remove everything to replace it. The cables are snaked through the back of the case.

5 out of 5 eggsyou get what you pay for...

Pros: coolermaster, all balck inside and out, power and hd activity lights are red, you get what you pay for... got it with a 700w psu thats awesome for a great case for a cheep build... all the cables are long enough and already hidden.

Cons: got to change the green led to red in the dvd drive now.

Other Thoughts: think the roswell cases comes with all black cables for the reset and power buttons exc. be nice if coolermaster inherited as well.

4 out of 5 eggsgreat case but there is one flaw

Pros: Case looks great, nice quality plastic and medal. The case is easy to set up and has 3 nice large fans already wired up as well as a good psu. Easy install good instructions, well though out implementation of cooling and design. A++

Cons: PSU only comes with one rail with 4pin molex connectors on it. so if you have anything you will be installing that uses a mulex 4pin connector you will need to invest in a molex 4 pin to 2x molex 4pins as you will run out instantly.

the psu has 3 4pin molex connectors and 3 of them are needed for the 3 fans in the case. this is a down fall. and a fail in my opinion. They should of provided an adapter for the sata's which there are 3 rails of.

Other Thoughts: Cooler master - let me know if you want to send me a adapter.. and this will get 5 eggs and it would of been with this adapter included.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat for my first build.

Pros: Very easy, minimum tools required for the entire build. Power source was included. Was great, being my first build.

Beautiful case overall.

Cons: Would have liked the power source to have all the groups of wires meshed together, to prevent tangling.

Some of the wires feed through the back panel were a bit shorter than I would like. But they worked ok.

Other Thoughts: Thought one of my case fans was DOA, but I found the power to it wired in the back. Totally missed that during the initial build. May have just been me, but there it is :P

Some of the reviews I read before purchase complained about the case screws coming completely out, but they do supply 6 backup screws for people like me that lose lots of stuff. :)

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Mostly metal

handle is pretty sturdy but for precaution I always hold from the bottom anyway.

Came with a power supply.

Top USB ports, eSATA port, Audio, Reset button, LED on/off button.

3.5" drive rails don't have to be fastened with screws like those green Dell ones, which totally would defeat the purpose. They just pop in. and they hold on to the drive well enough.

PSU has nice long cables but I still had to go diagonally (in order to not have cord hanging and possibly getting caught in fans) and snag it on the corner of the back fan to plug in the CPU power since the board was probably designed with top mounted PSU in mind. not a big bother.

I can see my Dr. Debug thing right through the window in case I ever need to.

Fan, LED, USB, etc. cables are already routed around the back and tied down. only a problem if you got a fan controller like me and had to cut ties and take a few out to connect to the fan controller.

Cons: Black paint scrapes off and is obvious so be careful when moving your case around or adding/removing parts if you care about that.

On one hole where the PCI bracket clips are the metal was cut but the little disc wasn't punched out, so I had to do it myself with a screw driver to get the clip to work properly. Still used screws because my PCI fan and GPU were loose.
The little metal plugs of the sliding rails aren't stuck to the plastic, they can be taken out and will come out depending how tight your drive's screw holes are. the included 2.5" drive adapter's holes are tight. made the metal plugs pop out of the rails. apply pressure with fingers or pliers (for me, weak fingers) while you're attaching them. you do HAVE to use these rails as the hard drive bays don't have holes for screws in them.

PSU only has one line of 3 molex connectors but I guess it's okay since that's being phased out. if you have that many accessories you can buy a splitter. they're cheap.

Other Thoughts: I would give it a 4.5 if I could, all the little things aren't worth an entire egg. Overall very nice case.

2 out of 5 eggsReceived Bent Side panel. Bad PSU.

Pros: Nice handle. Plenty of room.

Cons: When I received the case, the side panel was bent, and the paint was chipped at the bend.

The Power Supply made a lot of noise. Buzzing electrical noise. I put in a support request to Cooler Master, and it was completely ignored. They even deleted the request without ever responding to it.
Now the Power Supply has completely failed. The computer will turn on, and then shut down randomly within about one minute. (Even just sitting in the BIOS.)
Tested with a new Power Supply and all is well again. Hopefully Cooler Master doesn't ignore me again. There isn't much time left on my warranty.

The HDD bays are also a bit close to the back side-panel. Make sure you connect the cables to your HDDs, and then put the side-panel on before locking the drives into place.

Other Thoughts: I will avoid Cooler Master products in the future based on my experience with their customer support. (I may make an exception for CPU coolers, as I love my V8.)

Manufacturer Response:

5 out of 5 eggsGreat case

Pros: Attractive, painted inside.
Great airflow. Computer is running cool.
Reasonable amount of room for a mid-tower case.
Bargain price for a great case and a 700W PS.
LED control to turn lights on/off.

Cons: -Be gentle when removing the front panel. It did not break, but it felt as if I could easily snap or crack it while removing.

Other Thoughts: Used this case for a recent build for a friend. Runs great and looks amazing.
