5 out of 5 eggsCM HAF X (942) BLUE ED.

Pros: ITS #$%* HUGE, BATMAN !! WHICH ='S PLENTY OF AIR FLOW AND PLENTY OF WORK AREA. IT WILL HOLD A XL-ATX MB WHICH IS 2" WIDER THAN MOST PEOPLE'S CHOICE OF AN ATX MB. PLUS IT'S ROYAL BLUE ON BLACK SCHEME. THE TOP AND SIDE BLUE FANS PRE-INSTALLED ARE THE MEGAFLOW 200MM SO IF YOU BUY AN OPTIONAL MEGAFLOW 2ND TOP FAN YOU WILL HAVE A VERY NICE MATCHING (TOP FAN) PAIR IN JUST A FEW MINUTES ! :)CONNECTOR ENDS OF MAIN WIRING HARNESS ARE MARKED FOR THE 1ST TIME BUILDER (LIKE ME) :) I'M ALSO ADDING A 120MM BLUE LED FAN TO THE VGA FAN DOCK (TO STAY AWAY FROM THE DRIPS OF A LIQUID COOLING SYSTEM). SO THAT ='S (1) FRT 230MM, (2) TOP 200MM, (1) SIDE 200MM , (1) REAR 140MM PLUS THE CORSAIR AX1200 PSU AND EVGA KINGPIN VGA CARDS HAVE BUILT IN FANS. CM LOGOS ON THE HD BUTTONS AND HD TRAY FRONTS ARE A NICE TOUCH.

Cons: SINCE ALL THE CONS ARE ON CM N O T NEWEGG.COM. NEWEGG GETS 5 EGGS BUT CM GETS 4/5 STARS FOR THIS CASE. 58 ! BLACK SCREWS IN 1 BAG. R E A L L Y ! WHAT AN UNCESSARY P.I.T.A. ! I GUESS CM COULDN'T SPEND A NICKEL FOR 3 MORE SMALL BAGS. 2 R E D LEDS ON THE F R O N T PANEL OF THE B L U E ED. HAF X. IT IS CALLED THE B L U E ED. FOR CRYING OUT LOUD. D'OH, D'OH, D;OH ! CAN WE PAY A LITTLE ATTN. TO THE BUILD SHEET COOLER MASTER ! FOR 200 + $ THE SIDE DRIVE BAY TRAYS SHOULD BE ALUM. NOT PLASTIC. I GUESS WHEN THEY BREAK YOUR SUPPOSED TO TAKE YOUR LAST GOOD ONE TO A LOCAL CNC SHOP TO HAVE AN ALUMINUM VERSION CAD'D AS REPLACEMENTS. :( ANOTHER MISSED MARK ON DETAIL: A TERMINATOR SIZE CASE (AND CABLING) WITH WOODY ALLEN SIZE CABLE TIES ! SO GO TO YOUR FAV. LOCAL W-M OR IMPROVEMENT STORE AND BUY Nite Ize BRAND GEAR TIES (SEVERAL COLORS),FULL SIZE CABLE TIES OR BLACK SLEEVING PRE-ORDERING THIS BIG, BEAUTIFUL CASE TO KEEP THE BAY AREA LOOKING SHARP & NEAT.

4 out of 5 eggsCooler Master HAF X Blue Edition

Pros: The case is very sleek and and looks great, The size of the full tower is awesome - lots of extra room. The design of this case makes cable management very easy, if the interior of your rig needs to look neat and tidy like i prefer this is a great case to go with. The hot swap bays for different drives is a nice feature it makes it very easy to swap out different drives. In addition to the hot swap bays the design allowing smaller drives such as SSD`s to be easily installed couldnt be easier. The built in fans work very well for keeping my components cool, even with a slight over clock. Even though i dont need liquid cooling the feature is nice to have in case i would like to upgrade at sometime in the future. I would recommend this case to anyone.

Cons: The fan filters are not all easily removed and cleaned, these collect dust very well but without the ability to remove the filters the rig looks visibly dusty after a while. Im not sure if this was a mistake in manufacturing or poor design but i really have an issue with is the USB ports on the front of the case, they are upside down.

5 out of 5 eggsMega Beast

Pros: You absolutely can not go wrong with this case. It has the size to fit everything. Cable mgmt will be how you want it. Drive locations are perfect. There are even additional holes to add the Corsair h100(i) to the top (note that it will require precision mounting...meaning watch your screw length). Houses my ASUS delux gen 3 with 2 GPU's SLI, and 1200w PSU. Even added an additional mega fan to the top (it only comes with one) . High Air Flow is no joke with 10 fan's in my rig and room for more. If you buy this case it will be the last case you ever need.

Cons: None to date.

Other Thoughts: Take time when assembling your rig with this unit. The only issue I had was mounting liquid cooling. Had to buy some extra nylon/plastic spacers to get the screw depths accurate. Other than that, you cant go wrong.

5 out of 5 eggsComputer Case

Pros: This case has a lot of room for video cards, MB, CH80 CPu cooler etc. It uses very little energy and keeps the gaming i7980 and Nvidia 680 cool and humming.

Cons: The additional fan and shroud for the back of the video cards will not fit when you use the more modern 680 cards and above my MSI or Gigabyte. NP however the computer is cool as a cucumber.

2 out of 5 eggsCheap buttons and USB ports

Pros: Tons of room, good-looking, back panel to feed your cords through so it's not a giant mess inside which I loved.

Cons: Firewire port, could be a plus for you but my motherboard doesn't support them and they're pretty unnecessary with USB 2.0 ports. LED button to choose if you want the flashy blue LEDs on or off has been stuck down and unable to change since a week after I got the case, the USB panel in the front has been a nightmare, the two regular usb ports stacked on top of eachother lost the metal piece separating them when I gently removed a cord out of the panel, and since the cords that sit in there sit loose and often disconnect, I got this thing in the summer, so about 8 months ago and the usb 2.0 inside plastic over the prongs just came right off so that is another unusable port, about a month ago the top fan started clicking and hitting the top of the case so I have since just disconnected it (I have a ton of other ventilation in there.)

Other Thoughts: This thing has a ton of other positive reviews, but it just has repeatedly dissappointed me, could just be my case, when I first got it I was very excited about it and it is quite roomy if you're not sure what you're going to be putting in it later on.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Plenty of room to move parts around inside. Easy to mount drives. not lacking in mounting hardware and zip ties which are included. good airflow. Power switch has sliding cover?

Cons: Poorly written user manual. Poorly packaged. Plexiglass window on side cover was cracked. No damage to box but also no packaging protection other than air gap on box sides. Led control only operates front fan led. Other fans have manual led switches.

4 out of 5 eggsAn Absolute MONSTER

Pros: This thing is HUGE! For the most part well built, rubber slots for cables on the back of the case tend to fall off easily. You won't have an issue fitting whatever you need to in this case. Outstanding airflow. Meant for serious builds (i.e. cooling, sli/crossfire builds). Pleanty of drive cages - sideloading by the way (always a plus). As for dvd/cd drives, those bays do not require tools - all you have to do is push a button and they lock in place. Cable management is pretty decent, I don't see many having a problem running cables through this thing. Considering how large the fans are, the case runs quite - was really impressed.

Cons: None for the build I made. Again if anyone is considering buying this case note that it's big and heavy - the wheels they included were a big help - be careful when carrying it. Be careful with the price tag, I bought it in a combo deal to save some money.

5 out of 5 eggsawesome large case

Pros: Large, enables large motherboards and helps with crowding, quiet fans (by being large and slow RPM and option to add more). Feels really solid. Cutouts and shield on power supply allows 'pretty' cable layout.

Cons: pricey. worth it to me. YMMV.

Other Thoughts: I bought this after dealing with smaller HAF Cooler Master Cases. I like blue rather than red or green. It did not disappoint. I put in large EATX mobo and this handled it with ease. I also bought one more large quiet blue-lit fan. The cutouts allowed me to have nicely routed cables for the first time ever. It is so large that I had to by some cable extenders, though. If you don't want to build small, this case will not disappoint.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Case

Pros: - Plenty of room for any possible upgrades/Future purchases
- Looks Great
- Fits even the bigger video cards
- Lots of ventilation
- Plenty of bays

Cons: - Only one top fan comes with case, you have to purchase a second if you want
- switch only controls front fan for the lights
- PCI nut slots didn't match up too well

Other Thoughts: Seriously, fantastic case. Looks and function. The case is quite large, not really for small spaces. I would definitely recommend this case to any gamers out there. Even if you don't have all the hardware purchased, there is plenty of real estate to upgrade/add-on. I am very pleased with this case. Have had it for about 2 years now.
