Cooler Master combined classic and modern design in the RC-330U-KKN1, to create a case that will last. Housing four 5.25" and one 3.5" external drive bays it gives you more room than most people would ever use. It gives easy access to the two USB 2.0 ports and two audio ports by placing them front and center. They finished this with a classic two toned black and silver appearance to create a classic look for years to come.

That's just the exterior, though. The interior is where it really shines. The five 3.5" internal hard drives will give you plenty of storage space. The front vents feature an ingenious vent system that feature an easy to clean filter. The rear 120mm fan will have no trouble pulling the cool air in, and the side air duct will enjoy expelling the hot air from your CPU. And it also supports high end video cards.

Creating the perfect system will be quick and painless proposition with this case as well. Each and every drive bay, both internal and external, features tool free installation, as does the side panel and the seven expansion slots. Make it easy on yourself. 3 out of 5 eggsStill no rebate?

Pros: -Case is still solid

Cons: -Another vendor not holding up their end of the bargain on rebates

Other Thoughts: I've heard of CM having this issue, this is just the first time I've ever done a rebate with them.

Bought 12/15 sent rebate around 12/20 it's now 3/26??

3 out of 5 eggsOn/Off Button will break

Pros: It has the general good points I find with other Midsized CoolerTech cases. Spacious and easy to set-up...BUT-- read the Con

Cons: The On/Off button is not very sturdy. It's designed for a VERY LIGHT touch. To several of the ladies in my office, a 'Soft-Touch' button means JAM THE THING AS HARD AS SHE CAN...until it breaks.

4 out of 5 eggsGet what you pay for

Pros: -Cheap
-Looks decent
-More roomy than a pre-built case
-Switch hasn't broke yet that some people complain about
-Holds 5 fans 120/140mm 1-back 1-front 2-side and 1-bottom
-Coolermaster Hyper 212 Evo fit minus one of the door fans
-Made the wife happy***

Cons: -The cutout on the back doesn't line up with Intel motherboard cpus, I took one egg for this.

-Minimal cable management, but I knew this
-The I/O plate didn't fit very well with the motherboard it was about 1/16th of an inch off from the board but a little pressure made it go.

Other Thoughts: There's a cutout for the back of the motherboard, how hard would it be to make it like 1/2" larger on two sides so I can easily put the backplate for my cpu cooler on??

I had to break two tabs off of the backplate and loosen up the motherboard so I could install the evo cooler.
I only deducted one egg for the cutout since I knew I was getting what I paid for.

1 out of 5 eggsIt says Cooler Master ???

Pros: It is a Cooler Master and it is mostly metal with durable plastic keepers for various components. It is spacious and easy to work in

Cons: The POWER SWITCH IS PURE JUNK !!!!!!!!!!

C'mon Cooler Master... I want to be in love with your products and usually am but this case is probably going in the garbage.

Other Thoughts: It is possible to order a new button for the power switch, but why? It likely will fail again. Read the reviews if you are having a hard time understanding my frustration.

Manufacturer Response:

4 out of 5 eggsI love these but...

Pros: It is light, it has a nice layout, superb airflow, and it is easy to clean.
For the price this case is great.

Cons: At one time I had six of these cases with various machines running in them and 4 out of six of those computer had the same problem: Sometimes (though rarely) the computer would restart when plugging a device into the front USB ports. This behavior occurs in both linux and Windows. I only have two of these cases left, both in computers which don't see much USB use. I don't know if they have fixed this issue or not since I haven't bought one of these cases for about 9 months but I would forget about it and then smash my face into my desk every time I triggered it.

Other Thoughts: I would still buy this case.

3 out of 5 eggsDecent case, but power button gets stuck.

Pros: Good value. Construction is decent with the exception of a malfunctioning power button.

Cons: Power button gets stuck when depressed. The fit of the button within the hole seems too loose, allowing the button to become cocked and stuck up against the side of the hole. This hasn't caused any problems in terms of unwanted shutdowns or startups, but it's annoying nonetheless.

Other Thoughts: I would give this case a solid 4 eggs if not for the power button issue described above. It's a decent value, but it certainly didn't exceed my expectations.

Manufacturer Response:

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Easy to work with, roomy, doesn't feel as cheap as some inexpensive cases I've worked with.

Cons: Few sharp edges but not too bad.

Other Thoughts: Bought this for a budget build (this was a compromise between truly cheeeeep and "cheap gaming case") and am quite happy. I'd get this case again for a budget build.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat budget Case

Pros: Keep in mind, this is a budget case, don't expect lots of bells. For a price of $41, it's a great case. Bottom power supply provides more air movement near my video card. Lots of fan configurations, tool-less drive installations, and thumb screws for the side panels. Definitely recommend.

Cons: It's a budget case...
The only thing I can think of is I wished it had USB 3.0 on the front panel...

Other Thoughts: If your looking for something cheap to put your computer guts into, this is the case, good cooling, lots of drive slots.

2 out of 5 eggspower button defective

Pros: Nice decent case. Bought 2 of this case.

Cons: The power button is badly designed. instead of metal spring, they use weak plastic spring mechanism, see link:

http://forum.coolermaster.com/viewtopic.php?f=25&t=12406

Other Thoughts: Still waiting for replacement button from cooler master.
Cooler Master may replace the button unit if you request it.
Not sure if the newer model comes with updated power button?

Manufacturer Response:

Dear Valued Customer,

We are sorry to hear you are having trouble with our case. Is your power button not functioning? Apart from the design, is there any other difficulties you are having? Please contact us on live chat so we can get any questions you might have rectified.
