3 out of 5 eggsgood, mostly

Pros: decent sized, bottom mounted PSU, three of the HDD bays are detachable for better air flow/cable management, looks very nice, especially for this price range.

Cons: *NO SIDE MOUNTED FAN. This is more than enough to knock off 2 eggs, especially since the details specify that a side fan is optional. very disappointing. Probably would not have bought this case if I had known beforehand.
*looks bad on the inside(but then again, don't really look at it all that often anyway.)
*Little cable management.
*need tools to install drives.

Other Thoughts: great budget case, just read reviews before you purchase. Even though you should be able to trust the details, newegg makes mistakes too.

5 out of 5 eggsBest Case For The Price

Pros: - Has enough room for almost all vid cards I put in it
- Great sleek look (It really looks nice)
- Has a rich feel and look
- Is not and does not feel cheap
- Have build 4 computers with this case
-great construction and compartment inside
- solid and sturdy

Cons: - No fan input on the side panel
- no SSD brackets included
- limited wire-ing options to extend cables through the other side
- only comes with one 120mm fan

Other Thoughts: After spending hours searching for the best QUALITY case for its price, this has been my pick (I build many PC"s and this is my case for the budget build). Newegg almost always has it going between 35-40$ with free shipping (pending on the color). Any case that comes with a 400w plus power supply for this price is a complete useless power supply that will fail and any other case that cost around the same price has not compared to this CM, and trust me I went through quite a few. Haven't bought any case under 30$ that had at least somewhat quality and a somewhat rich design with a sturdy compartment. This is the KING of budget builds. (For Now)

4 out of 5 eggsgood deal for the money

Pros: 1. Best case I've worked with at the $40 to $50 price range.

2. Window is big, but not too big where you can see where your CD/HDD cages are.

3. Lightweight.

4. Red trim look perfect in combination with 120mm Cooler Master SickleFlow red LED case fans. (R4-L2R-20AR-R1)

Cons: 1. Specs of this case states "Side: 120 mm fan x 1 (optional)". On the case I received, there was no place to put a 120mm fan on the side unless I cut the plastic window and alter the case.

2. The front panel is difficult to remove. Front panel is attached to the body of the case by pegs that you have to pinch to release and top two release pegs are difficult to get to. Fortunately, I only had to remove it once to install a 120mm fan.

3. The drive bay doors are flimsy.

Other Thoughts: I recommend installing a 140mm fan on the front and a 120mm fan on the back if you're going to be running a gaming machine that generates heat. I was expecting a place to install a side fan, but there wasn't one for it. Right now this case only has 2 120mm fans in it (2000rpm fans that move 69CFM of air each) and I'm planning on upgrading one to a 140mm. Fans have red LEDs in them, which make this case look pretty sharp with the red trim on the front.

2 out of 5 eggsThis is very disappointing.

Pros: Spacey case, room for parts. Okay cable management. Not very heavy. Only 45 bucks.

Cons: I bought this product several months ago and I can say I am very disappointed. I bought it with my motherboard knowing that I would be building a PC soon. I bought the parts and they arrived yesterday. All the parts worked fine. But only outside the case. Once I screw the motherboard in place, none of the parts work. Not even the fans. Not for a second.

Other Thoughts: Outside the case, I can connect everything and it all works fine. Even the front panel headers for the case work great. It's only when the MOBO is fastened...

Manufacturer Response:

Dear MrKerfuffle,

We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with the case. Please clarify more on your issue. The screws for the fans are self threaded. You should have standoffs to place the motherboard onto it. Please contact us on live chat if you have any questions so we may troubleshoot any issues you may be having. I provided a link below for your reference.

4 out of 5 eggsGood case for the money.

Pros: Attractive case - the red accenting is aggressive without being too over the top.
Lightweight but still has durable side panels, not what you might expect from a case in this price range.
Clear side panel highlights the good stuff you've put inside!

Cons: Wish the interior was black. The unfinished metal just looks like just unfinished case.
Spray painted the interior of the case & it made a dramatic difference.
The rivets for the clear side panel are terrible. One was sheared off completely when the unit arrived and several others were almost pushed through the outside of the panel. I have an email from Cooler Master saying they have shipped out replacement parts, but I have not received them yet.

Other Thoughts: Overall, very happy with the case. Tough to beat for the price & it is a FAR better looking case than most others in its' price range.
