4 out of 5 eggsIts a beast!

Pros: Very very good looking case.
Very sturdy.
Super nice charcoal finish.
The fan and led controllers are sleak.
Tons of space for 3.5" and 2.5" drives.
Love the tool-less 3.5" bays.

Cons: No factory see-through side panel. (at least give me an option)
Corsair H100i barely fits in a push pull configuration.
I had to use an ugly power adapter extension that had to be bent a lot. The thumb screw that attaches the top bezelle is impossible to put on.

Other Thoughts: I love this case. It weights a lot with the side panels on. Remove them during transport across rooms or upstairs. Very disappointed that the h100i didnt fit easily. I have a standard build and for the size and money spent you would hope that something as simple and common as an h100i would fit.

5 out of 5 eggswow. Just wow.

Pros: Huge. Very huge. I had a Corsair 600t thinking it would be a BIT bigger...but no..it's about 3 times bigger. Make sure you have enough space!

Fan header is amazing. Heck, the whole control console is very solid and feels great. The case lights (which you can turn off) are not too bright, good enough for mood lighting. When the fans get loud, you can hear them a bit...but they are fans...of course you can hear them lol

MAKE SURE YOUR PSU CABLES ARE LONG ENOUGH OR YOU GET EXTENSIONS WITH THIS CASE. I can't repeat this enough. The PSU sits on the bottom compartment and having the cables reach out the back and up is a very long hike! Be careful.

Lots and lots of hard drive bays, do you really need this many? I don't even care. I'm going to take out the bottom hard drive bays and make a mini-NAS out of a Raspberry PI and throw it in there.

Now for the over all case review (sorry the rest of it was so long). This case has an amazing solid feel. The doors are thick as all hell and are very good at dampening noise. lots of places for fans. I especially like how you can add a fan on the INSIDE of the top drive bay to blow more air onto your GPU and such. Everything is ease of access and simple to get to/screw in/install. Also the handles are very strong and help a lot when moving it.

I was stupid enough to get a microATX mobo and it looks stupidly small in it, but it fits!

Cons: Two minor gripes though:
A) I didn't think I had a thick mess of cables in the back, but I had a very hard time trying to close that side's door. It is due to the fact that the doors themselves are very thick so it limits the space for cable management.
B) I don't like how the fan LEDs have to have a separate wire to connect to. Basically, make sure the LED fans you buy have two wires coming out of it or it won't light up.

Other Thoughts: I hope you enjoyed my extensive review of the Cosmo II It is definitely worth the money, I don't give a flying rats ascii what people say about its price. If you want quality, be ready to pay top dollar.

3 out of 5 eggsBig and that's about it.

Pros: I really like this case, here's why:
1. Big
2. Cools well - Keeps parts cool
3. Pretty Solid build- Frame is tough
4. Great looking - Pin up Dream
5. Lots of options

Cons: I really wanted to Love this case but....:

1. Lots of plastic- not cheap plastic but still for the cost it's a bit much. It's all plastic with a touch of aluminum siding.

2. Case full of gimmicky junk - The Fan controllers flat out is a dog, I spent countless hours wiring up my case fans to use this controller and in the end it did not work, massive fan hum issues, there are many other owners reporting issues with it, the controller board is the heart of the issue and is replaceable but why!!? The Hot swap bays flat out are junk, will not run SSD's, they are tray less model with a lock and might I add poor quality, like 5 buck generic junk. The Tool less HDD mounts are flimsy and do rattle with high speed drives. The fans it ships with are a joke. Cheap plastics and bad engineering.

3. Reviews for this case are pretty misleading, I got sold, sadly could not look past the hype.

4. Cost - Steep, If I could buy again I would go 800/900D at this price point.

5. Design failure - The Mobo tray is WAY TO CLOSE to the top of the case. You CAN NOT RUN A PUSH PULL WATER SYSTEM on the top of this case without some serious cutting. In my case I was moving an H100 with push pull fan setup from my older smaller case to the cosmos 2, and guess what, it would not fit with my motherboard, asus 990FX Sabertooth, due to the 9-pin power cable at the top of the board. Had to break out the cutter and do some surgery. Not only that I had to do some cuts for fan runs and had to add foam to the top of the case to help with case rattle, coming from the junky fan controller. Not that great for water cooling unless your willing to do some major surgery.

5. Cheap paint - scratches very easily and on the inside you can rub off the paint with your hand, found out the hard way, more hours lost to re touching.

I honestly wanted to love this case, but it has so many problems, I fell in love with the idea of this case, the pin up case from the dream machine. But honestly the magic has worn off and after all the pain, sweat and tears of the build, I'm just not impressed.
I could go on and on with all the headaches this hyper tower has brought to my life. It's a great poster pin up case, but that old rule stands true for me, never meet your hero's.

Other Thoughts: Don't get me wrong I still like this case, but it's much like a super car of the yee old days. Heavy, loud, good looking but poorly designed for every day use. Problems with the materials, the layout, and the gimmicks bring it down 2 eggs.

5 out of 5 eggsPerfect!!!

Pros: Large with lots of cable routing room. Excellent air flow though case with built in fan controller with 3 speeds. Cover over cd drives for quieter operation. Very well constructed case. Plenty of room for extended power supplies.

Cons: Rather heavy but when you consider what the case is made out of and the build quality its not really a con. Just a fact of a well built case. The side cover dust filters could be a little easier to remove but the doors come off so easily that it is also a very small gripe.

Other Thoughts: Bought this case to replace a thermaltake armor full tower with the 250mm side fan. Even with all the air that case moved it still didn't keep the parts near as cool as this case. Removable dust filters over every entrance to the case is a nice addition as well. I bought this case with the intention of keeping it till there is no longer an atx motherboard to put in it. Don't think that will be a problem as there is so much room and possibilities for expansion. Can even fit a water cooling system inside the case with no alterations to permanent hardware.

5 out of 5 eggsthis case is quite aceptable...

Pros: Spacious interior. HDD location options are far more customizable than any other case on the market at this time. Durable hardened metal frame. plenty of cableing and accessory options internally. Cable management problems from the cosmos chassis have been completely resolved.
there are standard mount posts for fans, radiators, and all sorts of cooling peripherals, you will NEVER have to mod this case to add ANY kind of cooling... unless you are a crazy person that needs a very specific kind of cooler configuration...

Cons: The only real problem with this chassis is the hot-swap HDD bays... they suck... hard. First the bays do not have removable trays, so your HDD is going in raw, this wouldn't be a problem if the eject mechanism wasn't dependent on leverage applied from the PLASTIC doors. first attempt to remove a HDD I had popped in, BROKE THE DOOR. I literally was not able to apply enough pressure to the drive to release it from the port without breaking the door. I removed the entire bay before I even tried because I suspected this would happen. I tried and tried to figure out the proper removal method to get the drives in and out without breaking it... not possible. I do this kind of thing for a living people, I promise. there is NO WAY this is NOT a design flaw!!! I literally can not believe at least 80% of the users that bought this case are NOT having this issue. this leads me to my last complaint... the hot-swap bays are NOT standard dimensions. the component is actually one and a half height 2.25" bay. In other words, not only is this thing junk, there is no device out there I can use to replace it with... seeing as how this chassis only has three 2.25" bays to begin with, this SERIOUSLY hampers the usability of the case. In my case, I have 2 optical drives, a media card reader, and a raid controller bay interface, and a 6x2.5 drive back-plane... I literally cant use all my hardware. and if you are a water cooler nut, forget about using your multi-bay water cooling control peripherals if you plan to use any optical drives or audio bay peripherals. right now, I am looking to getting a pair of slimline optical drives and a dual slimline to 5.25" bay adapter. that and modding the chassis a bit (drill some mounting holes, grind down a pair of existing mounting stand-offs that are in the way, and build a custom half height 2.25" bay cover) I'll be able to stuff my 6 drive back-plane into the space used for that worthless hot-swap kit and still use my regular peripherals...
Cooler-master, I'm not removing an egg for that hot-swap bay... in return, do you think your designers could come up with a peripheral alternative to that location? I'm thinking a 6 to 8 bay 2.5" drive back-plane device (similar to this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817999023) heck you could even make your own control panel for water cooling, media controls, or even a media card reader to fit into that bay. something--ANYTHING would be better than that lump of plastic you call a "Hot-swap HDD Bay"

Other Thoughts: After dealing with the Hot swap bay problem, this case is pretty good. the only real complaint some people may have (barring they aren't tweenagers who have no concept of elegant design---I'm reminded of those kids who drive around in those modded ford escorts with the whale fin...) the case is wider in the front than the back giving it a bloated whale look... not very symmetrical in this regard. I don't care HOW hard cooler-master was trying to model this after the look of a sports car. it's a computer chassis. these devices are APPLIANCES. they need to fit into cubical type spaces like furniture, I'm not parking my Porsche in my bedroom. I can and will forgive them this as frankly I set it next to my desk which is equally large and flamboyant so it actually looks good. however, unless you have six 22" displays racked to a fully height adjustable engineering bench and counted with a 4 U tower racked 3000vA UPS, your computer just will look like a giant tumor next to your pathetically under sized I/O peripherals. Think Moby dick lashed to Ahab.

5 out of 5 eggsCosmos 2 Semi-Depth Review

Pros: There is a lot of room within this case to do really, anything your heart desires with it.
The fact that you can open the doors with a latch is really handy instead of having to yank of whatever door on some steel box.
Lots of Hardrive space which makes storage really amazing.
It can fits any sized graphics card or motherboard (As far as I am aware that is)
There is space for tons of fans, and with the many rubber gromits, cable management is really simple, and it looks great.
The fact that all of the cables and some parts of the case are pre-labeled. (Made my life so much easier with hooking up fans)
It has handles! (Because the thing is so heavy :P )
The fact that the power supply is seperated from the rest of the case.
The easy fit HDD casings that make installing Hardrives awsome.

Cons: It does not have room for two power supplies, (unless you do something really odd and they are just laying akwardly inside.)
Can not mount large radiators in the top of the case.
The fan controller is a bit wonky.
The power button & Fan controller buttons are odd.
Fan controller isn't fond of powering fans with LEDs.
Watercooling is good, but not great in the case.

Other Thoughts: I wish that it could do magic tricks and dance.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat case

Pros: This case is really big. There is plenty of room for any sized graphics card. Plenty of places to put fans. Even the fans you add on can be controlled by the case buttons if you plug them in. Case is very quiet and keeps everything cool.

Cons: Only thing I can think of is the HDD bays that slide out seem a bit flimsy. I can get over that because I don't see myself needing to replace HDDs very often.

Other Thoughts: This case will last me a very long time I am sure.

5 out of 5 eggsCosmos II

Pros: Very spacious! Has room for all types of MOBO's to your choosing. Easy door openers no more thumbless screws just hit the latch and open the doors on both side. Thumbless screw to reach ontop of case to work with fans or radiators depending on your set up.

Large space underneath case to allow breathing for your PSU also easy to remove / install dust filter underneath. I think you have about an inch of space underneath.

The tray inside the case to seperate your bottom HDD bay and PSU is a nice feature that I didn't have in my previous cases which I LOVE. I don't know how many times a screw would fall out of my hand and just land on that tray so that I wouldn't need to look for it.

Everything comes pre-labeled which came in handy.

Cons: Very large and heavy case so make sure you can lift around 50+ lbs I would estimate.
A con I personally have with this case is the door re-installation, it's a real pain to get on the hooks sometimes.

Fan controller only works for FRONT and HDD fans (see other thoughts).

Other Thoughts: Since I've owned this case I've installed 6 blue LED fans to go with the case and the fan controller will NOT work with the fans. I even tried connecting "TOP" fan header with the 140mm fan case fan it came with and it shorts out the LED light on front but did not give power to power up the fan. Had to install my NZXT fan controller just to power up the fans since none of the other fan controllers worked.

Overall love the case, minus the fan controller it comes with.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome!

Pros: Cable management, solid construction, space allocation... all superb.

Cons: None that I can think of... Perhaps, make sure you get enough power (PSU) in this thing to run all you can place in it.

Other Thoughts: Yes, I am writing this review before the case has arrived. Why, I have experience with this case and it is fantastic. Hence, my purchase. If you need a power-house rig this is the case for you. Period!

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing Case

Pros: The case is more than I could ask for... Just don't throw/bash stuff against the aluminium portions of the case and you'll be set! It is a great looking case that functions very well.

Cons: The only thing that I would say is anything near a con is that the front 120mm fan sometimes makes a slight, albeit quite, noise when starting up.
