1 out of 5 eggsGreat until it's not

Pros: Love the style
Love the size

Cons: Longevity

Other Thoughts: All the fans and lights connected to the I/O crapped out one by one. There was a brief period of time where they would work off and on, but now they are 100% done. Case is far too expensive for such shoddy parts. I've seen several reviews with the exact same problem so it isn't an anomaly.

Manufacturer Response:

5 out of 5 eggsPromising

Pros: -This is a large case that will fit many configurations inside
-Good airflow with quiet fans
-The white Is a sharp look
-Study carrying handle, but not exactly mobile. However this is a desktop form factor
-Air inlets have sturdy screens to help keep the inside clean
-This was my 5th build and overall fairly smooth. This case played a part in that.
-The PSU mounting area is well designed
-The ability to route wires out of the way between the back of the case’s interior and inside of the exterior wall is a big plus

Cons: Listed in order I found them
-The motherboard stands are difficult to screw into place. I used a socket driver.
-Documentation is sparse. This is like a legos kit that skips a few steps. As I said this is my 5th build so I figured it out.

Other Thoughts: My recommendation to Coolermaster is twofold:

First invest in a paint post process of adding pop-nuts into place of the burr holes for the stands to easily screw into. By post process I mean after you paint the case. These will allow the stands to easily screw into place. Second please expand on your install documentation.

Overall I am very happy with this case and will gladly recommend it to friends/family.

1 out of 5 eggsCase is fine Customer support is horrible

Pros: The Case is nice and all hardware seemed to fit together real good. Craftsmanship on the Case is superb no problems there.

Cons: After a few minutes one of the white Case Fans failed but that was no big deal, or so I taught! I requested a replacement fan and had the OK in a matter of a day. They had approved the replacement fan.
Here is the kicker and the reason for a single egg, the best case in the whole world is useless without good support to go along with it. I have read many reviews saying that there support was good. Well, all I can say is best of luck to you! Cause I'm still waiting for my Fan as of this writing and the bad part is that the fan that failed happened to be the one in front of my standard HDD's so in the mean time I am using a green fan out of one of my other cases.

Other Thoughts: It is a shame that it is taking that long to replace a fan in a new case. I am a e-b** power seller and have never ever taken that long to ship an item! It would not be so bad if they had some kind of messaging system that sends something like "hey we're sorry this is taking so long but we have not forgotten about you".

Manufacturer Response:

Dear customer,

We sincerely apologize for the trouble you had. We would like to make this right. Would you be able to contact us so we can follow up on your request and rectify the situation?

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: A lot of space, can easily work around it. Fan speed adjustment is great.

Cons: 200mm fan on the top started stuttering after 2 weeks of usage, will have to buy a new one.

5 out of 5 eggsDemanding presence in the room

Pros: Beautiful detail, auto paint like case with black mesh accents for the fan grills. Carry handle riveted directly to the frame and feels solid. Generous side panel cutout to view your components. Fan inputs and outputs have mesh screens to keep dust and pet fur out.

PLENTY of interior room to mount a Corsair H100i and water cooler for R9 295x2.

PLENTY of room and access points for cable routing.

Plenty of drive bays for standard hard disks and 4 slots for SSD drives. Plus an external slot for an SSD drive.

Interior painted to mach the exterior.

Built in fan controller with low, medium, and high speed settings. Plus fan lighting for on/off.

Airflow. Lots of it. Dedicated inlets and outlets for airflow.

Options to mount water cooling on the top or bottom of the case.

Simply demands your gaze either on the floor or on your desk.

Cons: Interior paint interferes with motherboard standoff mounts. Need to use a wrench or pliers to install the standoff mounts.

Lower "radiator mount" used by SSD drives. Best to remove the upper case fan and install your radiator there.

Fan controller documentation basically non-existent. Spent 45 minutes troubleshooting HDD bay fans.

Other Thoughts: The cons aside, which I don't have many, this is the best case for your money if you want water cooling. Either closed loop for bot GPU and CPU, or your own custom water cooling.

Space is NOT at a premium in this case. Even with all the cables, twin closed loop water coolers, and cable routing options it looks as though you could sleep in the case. Very well designed and built for both the beginner and advanced PC builder.

Still the lack of full documentation for the fan controller is a bit bothersome. But mild compared to what the completed PC build actually looks like.

With 7 drives stuffed in this case it doesn't look crowded on the inside, and looks great with a DVD drive installed. I can't fault the design of this case for anything. Aside from the paint in the motherboard standoff screw holes...

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome case!

Pros: Very roomy inside and big enough to hold my gigantic cpu cooler, includes a removable piece of hardware made for an array of SSDs, external SSD port, easily accessible USB and audio ports on the front, lots of quiet fans, comes with a drawer full of tons of extra screws and offsets, and looks pretty cool to boot.

Cons: The documentation is a bit sparse, the English section especially. If this is your first build, I suggest bringing over an experienced system builder to help you navigate the many unlabeled pins and connectors. Also, for some reason, the front fans (which also sit in front of the 5.25" bays) came installed sideways and had to be removed and re-installed as per the instructions.

Other Thoughts: I accidentally snapped one of the motherboard offset screws during installation, so be careful with your torque. Luckily, the case shipped with plenty of extras.

Also I don't know if this is a con or not, but all the screws that come with the case are powder coated black, making them hard to see during installation or hard to find if you drop one. I had a dark colored MB which did not help.

Overall, an amazing case with every good feature you could want. If you know what you're doing, you can't go wrong with this beast.

5 out of 5 eggsLove this Tower HIGHLY recommend

Pros: Awesome design. Case is SOLID and just feels well made in every regard. Really roomy (access panels flare out about an additional inch on both sides) with plenty of access points to run your cables and wiring to keep things uncluttered and clean looking. Fans are quiet and work great. LOVE that it has a handle. That alone sold me on it. Handle is as solid and well made as the rest of the case and covered in a textured rubber sleeve that gives it a very solid grip. The case is both mean and pretty looking at the same time.

Cons: More of a con against me than the case, but took me longer than I want to admit to figure out that hardware was behind the bottom slot cover and how to get to it. The pull out compartments for hard drives were also not exactly intuitive (at least not for this dummy), but I struggled and fidgeted with it for a while and figured it out without too much hassle.

Other Thoughts: Wasn't fond of the case being white at first (the all black one was sold out), but it has really grown on me. The contrast between the black screens, front panels and white front and sides really gives the case pop and character. In retrospect I'm glad I ended up with the white case over the all black.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Case

Pros: First and foremost the top handle is STRONG. As many have said. I love the powder coating on this case. I also love the HD bay set up and the little cubby in the front. Honestly took me a minute to realize where all the screws and settings were. I also love how everything is smooth when coming apart e.g. the top part to change out the fan and the filters are a plus! I recently moved from a CM HAF-x Which had issues with the front USB connection to the point where they broke so easily! Not to mention the HD trays were a comp pain to installl

Cons: I only have two complaints for this case. 1) being the room for cable mangement on the back side is nearly impossible. If you're running three cards and 4-5 HD's or SSD. combined with the fan wiring. LOTS OF zip ties. Now I only took 1 egg off because their seems to an issue with the headphone jack. It malfunctions alot, at first thought it was with the mobo and a connection but it isn't.

Other Thoughts: Now I can't fault the case for this but I paid clost to 80$ for next day shipping. Not know NewEgg doesn't ship on the weekend. Nowhere in the shipping choice did it say that.

5 out of 5 eggsPretty much the best case available

Pros: SO MANY THINGS! This thing is insanely well engineered.

- Handy dandy Hardware tray is mounted underneath the hard drive cages, so you never have to hunt down hardware when reconfiguring.

- The panel that the motherboard mounts to has a TON of holes so that you can keep all your cables outside of the main air mass for efficient cooling

- SO MANY HARD DRIVE OPTIONS! I have been producing audio/music for the last 10 years in addition to graphic design, so hard drive hierarchy optimization, multiple Operating Systems, and backup redundancy are all very important to me. This case takes care of those concerns completely since you can mount like a minimum of 12 drives.

- modular hard drive options - you can rotate all the cages 90degrees so the front fans blow over your drives and directly out the sides, keeping that heat away from the motherboard. you don't mount drives directly to the cages, but instead to trays that are easily movable if you want to reconfigure.

- the case will accomodate ATX, Micro ATX, and XL-ATX and the holes and case are labeled with legends so you can easily find out where to put your standoffs

- the case is wide enough to accommodate my Phantek or any liquid cooling setup and also has holes in the back for liquid cooling.

- FANS - giant 200 mm exhaust on top, huge rear fan, two nice led fans on the hard drive cages. Also fan controls so if you are like me and want to disable fans while recording you can do so pretty much at the touch of a button.

- aesthetics - the white case is a nice change of pace and looks really nice with the black and red components that are in vogue right now. Also it basically looks like a storm trooper if you're into that kind of thing.

- lots of ventilation and mesh / filters to keep out dust and hari.

Cons: - this thing is built like a fricking tank and it weighs as much as one. It's also kind of a pro though because it makes me feel like my loved ones are nice and safe.

- build time is preeetty lengthy since you have so many options. BUT at the end of that, you have some thing that is special and feels really intelligently put together. I am pretty tech-savvy, but this would have taken a weekend if I didn't have a seasoned veteran helping me through it. It was like open heart surgery with one of us working on each side at all times.

- aesthetics - I know, this is a pro and a con. part of me wishes that there was a more minimal version of this with less angles.

Other Thoughts: I really recommend watching some videos that go over all of the features of this thing. This is an "everything but the kitchen sink" product, but it's really elegantly engineered. While working on my build you could really see that the engineers have built computers a lot and they really conquered a lot of pitfalls.

3 out of 5 eggsummmm...

Pros: It's white...
Once setup PROPERLY, it's nice to look at.
Huge...plenty of room to maneuver.

Cons: It's white...
on mine, some screw holes were misaligned.
on mine, wiring was attached incorrectly.
Molex in 2014...really?
Someone needs to explain airflow to whoever thought of the fan placement.
Can't get XDock to work.(yes... I did connect Molex and Sata)

Other Thoughts: I'm a huge fan boy of Cooler Master products (normally) I own 2 HAF 932's a HAF XP and an original Storm Trooper. Never saw as many mistakes as this...I would (and still)recommend Cooler Master but would not recommend this tower.
