5 out of 5 eggsZoinks! Great case. Great price.

This review is from: Cooler Master N200 - Mini Tower Computer Case with Front 240mm Radiator Support and Ventilated Front Panel

Pros: The more I work with Cooler Master cases the more I love them.

FANtastic airflow. Har. See what I did there?

Lots of fan support: 80s, 92s, 120s and 140s

240 mm rad support

Excellent cable management

Lots of options for mounting both mech and SSD drives

Removable HDD cage

Fan filters

Nearly tool-less ... thumb screws by the truckload!

Cons: Uhhh. I'm stumped. I'd just be picking at nits, really.

Other Thoughts: Despite this guy's size---it's super compact the way I expected a mini tower to be---it's super easy to work inside and nothing feels cramped. On the contrary, the removable HDD cage leaves the case plenty bog for larger power supplies and motherhonkin graphic cards. I kept the cage in place (unused) as this build is intended for sale and it helped manage the cables from a non-modular PSU.

Solid construction. While the side panels feel a little flexy when removed, they're dang solid once installed. I've certainly felt worse on larger, more expensive cases.

I'd buy this case over and over again... rebate or no. It's a fine case for the money at MSRP. That you can usually find it for less is just bonus love from CM.

5 out of 5 eggsawesome case!!

This review is from: Cooler Master N200 - Mini Tower Computer Case with Front 240mm Radiator Support and Ventilated Front Panel

Pros: If your looking for a good quality budget build case than you'll love this one, I purchased this for a build I was doing for a family member and I gotta say it was worth 49.99. I loved how the ssd mounts were on the side of the back panel and the case came with the rubber spacers. Plenty of room for internal parts and yet I didn't used a GPU for this build it still seems that you can fit a fair size GPU in this case. I just built them a basic web browsing PC but I like how you can mount a 240MM radiator on the front after removing the hdd bays so this case seems like a good starter build case of someone wants to go for the small factor! Awesome case in my opinion!!

Cons: Not a lot of negatives but like a lot of mini cases there ain't much room for cable management and like I mentioned in my pros you can mount a water cooler radiator but eliminate the use of your hdd bays. Back to cable management, you can fit some smaller cables through the back panel but you def cant fit your 24 pin connector or you can't fit you back panel back on. The 4 pin CPU connector can go through the back but there is a slight tug you need to put the panel back on. With a few zip ties you can still make your cable management look decent in this case but nothing to bump an egg off!

Other Thoughts: Like I said if your looking for a good quality case for a first time build and you want something small then this will def be a great case for you!

5 out of 5 eggsSurprised

This review is from: Cooler Master N200 - Mini Tower Computer Case with Front 240mm Radiator Support and Ventilated Front Panel

Pros: An exceptional amount of room for mounting various hardware in various configurations in a small size. Seems tiny compared to my old Corsair 350D. Fits multiple drives, extended graphics cards, and 240mm radiators...what's not to like?

Cons: Cheap plastic, thin metal, but not unexpected for the price. Could use a little more room for cable management.

Other Thoughts: I'd pay for a higher end version of this case with more expensive materials.

2 out of 5 eggsSame Problem as Richard B.

This review is from: Cooler Master N200 - Mini Tower Computer Case with Front 240mm Radiator Support and Ventilated Front Panel

Pros: Perfect sized case. Not too big and not too small. Plenty of upgrade options and awesome airflow.

Cons: THE POWER BUTTON STICKS EVERY TIME. I have to jab it with knife or a letter opener just in the right way to have it release so it doesn't get caught in an infinite loop of reboots. Th

Other Thoughts: The only killing point of this case is the power button, but it's a HUGE deal.

Manufacturer Response:

2 out of 5 eggsONE HUGE ISSUE

This review is from: Cooler Master N200 - Mini Tower Computer Case with Front 240mm Radiator Support and Ventilated Front Panel

Pros: The Case is well ventillated
large/quiet 120mm cooling fans
lots of room/expansion space
accommodates large cpu coolers

Cons: sticky power button issues.
multiple builds with this case for clients encountered
issues with power button on front panel sticking and/or
switch spring too weak. This causes pc to shutdown as it thinks power button is being constantly pressed.

Other Thoughts: If they fix the power button issue ala centurion with fixed
power button cutout this would be a great case. Cannot recommend based on real life issues.

Manufacturer Response:

Good Afternoon Richard,

I apologize your N200 power button is not working correctly for you as we can replace the defective power button through our CM Fanzone Parts Request System at the links below.

Please let me know via Support Ticket, Live Chat, or Phones.

5 out of 5 eggsThis quality case was $50?

This review is from: Cooler Master N200 - Mini Tower Computer Case with Front 240mm Radiator Support and Ventilated Front Panel

Pros: A relatively diminutive case with a deceptive amount of room inside.

You can fit a LOT in here. At least 3 HDD's and as many as half a dozen SSD and a full size GPU.

Came with 2 case fans an intake and expel, nothing spectacular but gets the job done. Both run about 1150 rpm.

Has room in 3 places for water cooling a 120 mount on the top or side panel (no one should use this) and a 240 mount on the front panel but you need to remove the shipped fan to install it.

Thumbscrews for the side panels.

Cons: There is an internal HDD/SSD mount that screws in that was kind of ....unusual to work with. I unscrewed it and tossed it into a storage box. Plenty of SSD mount points to work with without it. Increased airflow in the process. Cannot deduct a point for this =)

No window...meh cannot have it all for $50.

Other Thoughts: Not a whole lot of room on the back side of the case for cable management but I have never depended on that. Plenty of room on the front side with any case, especially if you have ties, a modular PSU, and some ingenuity.

Just being able to remove the back lets you check to see if your stock heat sink is installed properly and lets you put in a after market cooler easily if you want to.

5 out of 5 eggsI love this case.

This review is from: Cooler Master N200 - Mini Tower Computer Case with Front 240mm Radiator Support and Ventilated Front Panel

Pros: Fun to build in.
Quality
Plenty of space
Supports large water cooling rads
Great airflow
Great look
Very affordable

Cons: I needed just a little more space for cable management. I had to force the side panel on.

Other Thoughts: I really love the cooler master cases and this one is no exception. I had the HAF back in the day and I really loved that case but this one is just like it but smaller. I was able to fit everything very easily and my cable management looks pretty good. There is some space for cable mess to go under the motherboard tray but I feel if it was just a little more space to put the panel on then it would have been perfect. I really like the way it looks on my desk. I paid $44.99 for this and would buy it again. If this thing went on sale and dropped to $35, I would buy it even if I didn't need it just for a future build or replace another case I have. Great value in this case.

1 out of 5 eggsRebate not processed after nearly 4 months

This review is from: Cooler Master N200 - Mini Tower Computer Case with Front 240mm Radiator Support and Ventilated Front Panel

Pros: Decent case for mini-ITX build with room for 240mm radiator

Cons: Must be an expert in cable management to get back cover back flush.
Cooler Master hasn't even acknowledged I sent in a rebate (they are one of the few companies that handle rebates internally) and I usually receive several updates when submitting them through 4myrebate.com. So far it looks like only Corsair does a good job of handling rebates in house. Will be returning this case and going for the Corsair Air 240 with a $20 MIR which I know I'll get. Don't include the rebate when shopping for Cooler Master products as it's a crapshoot.

Other Thoughts: This case would have been way nicer if it had a windowed side panel. Also room at the top for additional 120mm fan would have been nice.

Manufacturer Response:

Good Afternoon Valued Customer,

I see you're inquiring about your New Egg rebate as this is handled by a third party Status-Now and New Egg who supplies the rebate on their site. It looks as if we have limited access other then relaying you directly to the rebate house as we have no information regarding rebates internally.

You can however contact us and we can assist you with the correct contact for the rebates.

Please let us know for further questions.

1 out of 5 eggsSpend money on a better case

This review is from: Cooler Master N200 - Mini Tower Computer Case with Front 240mm Radiator Support and Ventilated Front Panel

Pros: This case looks nice without being too gaudy. It has several options for mounting SSD's, it fits rather large cpu cooling solutions and it has a cutout in the motherboard tray for mounting a larger cpu cooler after you install the motherboard. The power supply mounts in the bottom making it much less top heavy. All this without being a large case.

Cons: Mine arrived with a noisy whining front case fan. I had to spend extra money right out of the gate to replace it. If I plug anything into the front panel usb ports, they work fine, but my sound manager pops up asking if I plugged in headphones or speakers, so I don't use them. Because of this I also had to purchase a 2 port usb 3.0 2.5" bay adapter. The bay adapter works fine and causes no issues, but it somewhat ruins the look of the case. So I basically spent an extra 25 dollars that I should have originally put towards a nicer case. I would have RMA'd but the cost of shipping a case just isn't worth it.

Other Thoughts: I've had many cooler master cases in the past without having any issues, and my cooler master cpu cooler works great. If it wasn't for the issues, this case would have perfectly met my needs.
