5 out of 5 eggsLittle Black Beauty

Pros: Enjoy the black finish. Love the fact that its small, but still has more than enough room to hold those annoying extra power rails. This thing is solid too! Like the other review stated...you can't flex a thing easily.

Cons: I didn't buy this sooner. Not so much a con, but the pwr light front panel connector doesn't match my mb. Nothing to cry about, I just don't get a light. And also agreeing with previous comment....those metal tabs are a beast to remove without damaging the case itself.

Other Thoughts: Yeah remove that fan shroud on the side panel, its useless. Mine is being used at a mounted soda can holder....recycled!

4 out of 5 eggsInexpensive & Effective

Pros: Price, Roomy, Glossy finish to front

Cons: Not tool-less design, Front design is slightly cheap/cheesy looking but not bad

Other Thoughts: This is the second HEC case I've used and both have been pretty decent. I'm not into overpriced attractive cases myself and this one is certainly sufficient. The pictures don't really show the drive bay faces as having a textured surface (a fine checkerboard-esque design that I wasn't fond of. Otherwise, it's a good price and it's a few slabs of steel welded together and does what a case is meant to.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: EXCELLENT case! When I bought it I was getting it for a budget build and was not expecting much, but when I got it it proved to be a much better case than I expected. First off the pictures on newegg dont do it justice, its actually a fairly attractive case. Its very very sturdy, great for lan games, has all rolled edges inside, comes with more than enough hardware including brass motherboard pegs not those plastic tabs you sometimes get, has a removeable had drive tray, plently of room on the inside and actually has decent airflow

Cons: The finish is great but touching it tends to leave light smudges on it, and the plastic thing thats mounted to the inside to direct airflow from the processor out is pretty much useless. I see alot of cases with this feature nowadays and I have yet to ever see anyone actually keep it. I unscrewed it and tossed it within a minute so its not so much of a con really just one more thing you gotta do before it getting up and running

Other Thoughts: Overall a great case, if you are looking to build a cheap rig for gaming or even just for work this is an excellent choice

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: A great case for a first time build or for a smaller system. It is very good quality and has stood up to some abuse very well.

Cons: Only problem is the one harddrive bay although you might be able to use 3.5 bay as an extra harddrive space.

Other Thoughts: If your looking for a cheap yet well built case this is a very good one.

5 out of 5 eggsSlick little number

Pros: Nice finish. Arrived undamaged.

Cons: It has that same stupid horn looking fan shroud on the side panel that every other case seems to come with. All it does is act like a speaker for the CPU fan noise. Chuck it first thing before you even start.

Other Thoughts: Nice little case. Thick steel.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent Case!

Pros: Very SOLID case! I was amazed at how solid the sides were at this price. I actually took the side panel off and tried to put some force into it to see if I could bend it...and I couldn't! Try doing that with one of those cheap Rosewill or Raidmax cases and you'd have a bent door. Came with more than enough screws and brass MB standoffs. If you're looking for a great looking case that's cheap, then this one is excellent! I'll be buying this case now for all my customers who want a custom build

Cons: People who leave a 3-star review because the reset button wouldn't work for them! lol come on now...how often do you need to push that button? Even if it doesn't work, all you need to do is press in and hold the power button until your machine turns off! Ok, real cons now....the metal plates that you have to tear out of a new case to stick a floppy or cd drive in!!! In this case, those suckers are tough to take out. As I said, this is a well-built computer and the metal is not thin. I spent more time on having to take them out than on any other process of building the computer. The best way to do it is to take the front drive covers out. Then just get a screw driver and press on the bottom while you're pulling with your hand on the top. Keep working it back and forth until it loosens up and breaks. Took me about 15 minutes to get them out!

Other Thoughts: This case is TINY TINY TINY! It's perfect for a new system for your average computer user, but if you're into gaming or anything that involves having multiple hard drives then I'd probably look elsewhere. You can put a 2nd hard drive in the extra 3.5 drive bay, but there's a chance it would hit or overlap the main connector, floppy, or PATA plugs depending on the layout of your motherboard. I don't think it would keep you from plugging up anything, but it might have things crammed up against each other and some people have a pet peeve about that. However, if you don't use floppy drives anymore and use SATA for your hard drives, then this wouldn't be a concern for you. All-in-all this is an excellent buy!

3 out of 5 eggsHDD LED light does not work

Pros: Nice looking case, sturdy etc
I used this to build an SSH server

Cons: The HDD Led light, ad the reset button does not work

Other Thoughts: I do not feel like taking everything apart to return this item do do the lights not working.
Other than the light issues, it is a nice case, well built
