4 out of 5 eggsGood case

Pros: Cool lights in the front of the case and on the buttons. Good room for CPU heatsink. Easy re-attachable front panel.

Cons: The front panel has these brackets that pop in and out and go where your optical drive goes. They tend to pop out easily and are a pain to put back in.

Other Thoughts: Overall good case with few flaws.

5 out of 5 eggsGood value.

Pros: Lots of vents, two included case fans, easy to reconfigure front fan in drive area, solid case for the price, easy to open up entire case from all sides except the rear and bottom.

Cons: All the vents allow lots of fan noise, the card slot blanks in the back are hard to remove with motherboard installed (have to move metal back and forth to break them out), it lacked one motherboard support screw location for ATX (easy to add with drill though).

Other Thoughts: The ATX support screw location may not be crucial to the ATX motherboard installation, but I wanted to add it as pushing and pulling on the motherboard connections, ram stick and cards really moves the board around unless this screw location is added. Still giving it five stars because the issues are minor and it was a good price.

4 out of 5 eggsGorgeous

Pros: This case is looking absolutely GORGEOUS!. For 50 buck, it is one of the best deal for the money. Good air movement and it it super light! If you are building a bujet gaming setup, you need this little baby.

Cons: Cheap material, would be easy to break. no room for cable management

Other Thoughts: This case look like a ninja

1 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Nice roomy case plenty of air movement

Cons: : I got this case in NewEgg's ShellShocker deal from December 11, 2012, and the only shocker for me was disassembling my old PC to recycle some newer components to add to this tower, with that combo's other parts, and finding that the water-cooling system packaged with my new amd FX-8150, WON'T FIT IN THE CASE!!! I've been buying PC components from NewEgg for OVER a DECADE, and this was my first PC combo ShellShocker deal. I am completely stunned to find that, regardless of disclaimer, NewEgg actually DID shipped this out only to find it to HAVE incompatibilities serious enough to render the combo unusable with out doing some serious destructive modding , I even thought of mounting the cooling tank and fans on the side cover then you had the issues of trying to open the case when needed only solution mount the tank out side of top fan opening where it was suppose to go all is needed is longer screws to hold in place and mod the cooling lines pass through the case , be sure to use rubber edging to prevent tubing being cut. that was the only solution I could see minor cutting to get the cooling sink and lines into the case BAD IDEA on this shell shocker BADDDDDD

Other Thoughts: to make the AMD Combo kit wit cooling you have to do some serious modding , simpler to buy another case that will take the installation of either AMD FX-8150 Zambezi 3.6GHz (3.9GHz/4.2GHz Turbo) Socket AM3+ 125W Eight-Core Desktop Processor with Liquid Cooling Kit FD8150FRGUWOX

or even the AMD FX 8350 combo kit

5 out of 5 eggsgreat cheap case

Pros: I bought a similar box for my mothers build. I loved it so much I went to buy one for myself. rosewill made her case
but no longer produced or carried by new egg. so I bought the HEC version and glad I did. it is what you would expect from a cheaper case. some say flimsy or cheaply made but you get what you pay for. even though it may not be the most sturdy case out there it offers HUGE cooling features and that's why I bought it for the second time!
best case design on the market for cooling and space. that's what a gamer needs the look of the case itself is also great. there were only two stand offs for the mother board but it has built in stand offs not mentioned by others. best case for the money on newegg.

Cons: as noted it isn't the top of the line case but for the money its awesome. but expect things like I only received two stand off mounts for the mother board. this has been noted many times by others BUT...what they failed to mention is it has built in stand offs lol

4 out of 5 eggsFairly good case

Pros: Using for a first build ever I liked alot of the simple pieces of the case. It was roomy, easy to disassemble, two decent fans. I think this is a pretty good case for the price.

Cons: No room for cable management is my only complaint.

Other Thoughts: If you take a shot on this case you will have a good starter case.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat

Pros: I love this case, for the price you can't go wrong, sturdy design and looks good. Sure you can get better looking and more rugged case but not for this price.

Cons: should be a module up top for the top fans to plug into but $50 i can't complain.

5 out of 5 eggsGood case for $50 or less, but WILL NOT accommodate the water-cooling system included with the amd FX-8150, model #FD8150FRGUWOX!!!

Pros: The case feels perfectly sturdy enough to me, it's got some great features, and a nice, streamlined look.

I like that the grille can be pulled from the top, and that there's upper ventilation and an overhead fan preinstalled in the case, along with that front-mounted blue LED fan. There are, as others have said, plenty of places to add more fan ventilation, but, with the perforated grilles in the front, side, and top of this tower, it's really got enough ventilation that I can't imagine anyone else could want more, once those fans or a proper-fitting water-cooling system have been added in here!

The HDD cage is also very easy to move up and down, and velcro ties are easily enough acquired that, for this case, I don't think cable management should be held enough against it to penalize it an egg. It's been stated here by many now, so, as long as reviews are read prior to purchase, anyone else buying this can't claim they didn't know... In addition to that, the opening allowing access to the back of the motherboard, directly behind the CPU, is a very nice touch.

There are plenty of bays for the addition of more hardware in this case, making it a case that can grow with the builder's needs. I've had no issues adding in my DVD or hard drives to this case, and the metal lips that guide the components into place are more than enough to hold them there, perhaps with the addition of a few screws, for extra stability.

Cons: I'm pretty happy overall with this case, and, while it's not necessarily perfect, nothing will be, unless you build it your danged self. ; ) (trust me, I speak from experience!) The rear grille MAY be a bit on the flimsy side for some, but I didn't find the metal to be too thin a gauge for my taste and/or needs. About the only thing that I can say might not have been quite as mindfully designed as possible, is the placement of the grille that houses the overhead fans. Had that grate either been removed, or raised up a few millimeters, it might've allowed just a bit more space inside this case... But, really, if you want more room than this case offers, perhaps a full size tower is the best way for you to go, as this is a pretty big case, in and of itself.

Other Thoughts: I got this case in NewEgg's ShellShocker deal from December 11, 2012, and the only shocker for me was disassembling my old PC to recycle some newer components to add to this tower, with that combo's other parts, and finding that the water-cooling system packaged with my new amd FX-8150, WON'T FIT IN THE CASE!!! I've been buying PC components from NewEgg for OVER a DECADE, and this was my first PC combo ShellShocker deal. I am completely stunned to find that, regardless of disclaimer, NewEgg actually DID ship out a whole bunch of parts that HAVE proven to have incompatibilities serious enough to render the combo I got it in unusable until I receive my newly-ordered heatsink. To add insult to injury, I ended up speaking to a supervisor that, for the bulk of our conversation, was quite condescending and dismissive of my complaints; granted, I didn't make things easy for him, as I, admittedly, was completely enraged during the bulk of that conversation, and NOT pleasant to deal with. In the end, he did try to make things right with a discount on the heatsink and fan I was forced to buy in order to get the proper cooling for my CPU as installed in this case, but I would've much preferred that NewEgg never send that cooling system in that bundle, and lead me (and, I don't doubt, MANY others) to believe that this case WOULD accommodate ALL of that combo's components!

Either way, if you've gotten this case via that same ShellShocker deal, I'm hoping you have another method on-hand to cool your snazzy new CPU, as this case is just the tiniest bit too tight to accommodate it. The holes are just around 4mm off, and the case is just narrow enough to prevent that water-cooling system to fit. So, here I sit with PC parts strewn all about, and two non-working PCs, as opposed to one older, slower one, and one unassembled, new, super-fast gaming rig. >: [

But the case IS nice, well-ventilated, spacious, and attractively designed. I think it's well worth the thirty to forty buck price tag that others have spoken of, but I wouldn't pay more than sixty for it.
