5 out of 5 eggsVery please

Pros: I really like this case. Pros:
-Solid construction
-Very roomy
-Good cabling options
-I like the aesthetic (opinions vary)
-Good built in feet

Cons: -No convenient SSD option
-The LED are bright, a little too bright for me

Other Thoughts: Just be doubly sure you know what you're getting. I didn't buy this case for a server, even though that's what it's designed for. I've just gotten tired of gimmicky consumer products. This case is very high quality, with thick, heavy metal. No sharp edges. It's got 3 loud fans, I personally removed them. It's long, twice as long as my previous case.

It's an awesome case, I'm extremely satisfied.

5 out of 5 eggsLooking for a serious Case?

Pros: I have used many of these cases and absolutely 110% pleased. This is a great case with great airflow for any build

Cons: This is the first time I had a small problem but wasn't really a problem. one of the delta fans in front would spin down and stop. I just ordered some spare fans and put one in and it is doing great... Thanks Chenbro for such a quality well built case.

Other Thoughts: Would recommend this case to any one looking to build a stand up server.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent server chassis

Pros: Theres tons of room to hide unused cables, thus keeping great airflow throughout the case.

Cons: Very heavy. Once you load it down with hardware, youre not going to want to move it often.

Other Thoughts: Definitely get the hot-swap bays, as the factory bays are a very tight squeeze once loaded with drives. Another thing to do is build a rolling platform for this beast. I bought 4 casters and a piece of shelving, makes moving it MUCH easier.

5 out of 5 eggsYou have to love Chenbro

Pros: I have tried them all. Intel, Antec, Supermicro and others. They gave a lot of thought to this chassis. Rock solid construction. Contrary to the comments below mine came with a rear 120mm PWM fan. The two 120mm fans behind the hot swap bays are not PWM but to be quite honest, in a server, PWM is not a big deal. It is also not top heavy or prone to tipping. I was a little leery of Chenbro until I tried one of the SR105 server chassis a year ago. They are absolutley amazing. Don't let the name shy you away. The big boys can't touch Chenbro in the server chassis arena. I just ordered a 6G hot swap cage. Will post again when I have had time to evaluate it.

Cons: None. As mentioned above I have used Intel, Antec, Supermicro and a few other server chassis. Never again.

Other Thoughts: I love the fact that you can put in your own PSU. Did I mention how sweet Chenbro server chassis are? :)

5 out of 5 eggsGreat product

Pros: Nice quality, big enough for my dual CPU EEB. customizable with optional hot-swap drive cages. (buy them)

Cons: It only came with 3-pin case fans. Server product should have come with 4-pin PWM type variable speed, and it's pretty dang loud when they run at full speed. I have to update them.

Fricken heavy.

4 out of 5 eggsSolid

Pros: Great Ventilation, Solid Build, No Loose Panels, Great Configuration Options, Durable Finish on Outside Panels,
Rolled Edge Panels, Easy Cable Management

Cons: Bezel did not have intrusion switch portion on it so the intrusion alarm is never quiet.

Other Thoughts: Overall it's a solid case. The two center fans could have been 4 pin for better control over noise, no duct included for memory cooling. I am using a HiPro Power Supply Cage which houses two 650 W HP-R650FF3 power supplies that used to be installed in an Intel Server Chassis. No additional mounting plates to support alternate power supply configurations such as mine. Only option is a plate that allows an ATX Power Supply. Overall. For $129, this is an awesome case that has a lot of potential with a few mods here or there.

4 out of 5 eggsGood case, minor issues with design choices

Pros: *Very solid
*Easy to open case without tools
*SSI-EEB allows for high end workstation builds

Cons: *Top-mounted power supply is puzzling for such a high end workstation case
*Hotswap bays separate from case
*Cable management slightly awkward for SAS/SATA cables with drives loaded into cages

Other Thoughts: Certainly an effective case for anyone building a workstation that requires SSI spec boards (most dual socket systems). Very roomy 4U size along with EEB tolerance allows for very large GPUs if necessary.

Cost is somewhat extravagant given that some bells and whistles aren't included.

5 out of 5 eggsPerfect Server Chassis

Pros: This Server Chassis, for a pedestal style, is the best pedestal server chassis I have ever used. Tons of cooling, tons of room. 8 hard drive slots, though non-hot swappable unless you buy the cage (which I did as I wanted them to be hot swappable). The Power Supply has it's own little area on the inside top of the case, plenty of room. I really like this and I am really disappointed that it's been deactivated.

Cons: None at all.

Other Thoughts: I've built 3 servers with this chassis and it has been absolutely perfect.

5 out of 5 eggsPhenomenal Server Chassis

Pros: I bought this for a new powerful server for a customer and now I want one for myself. Everything about it is a pleasure to work with. The cables are plenty long enough to reach where they need to go and most of it is tool-free. I had no trouble mounting and fitting a dual socket 1366 Intel board. It's a very sturdy chassis, no doubt capable of surviving the harshest of environments. It also has that professional server look which is impressive to the customer.

Cons: The two fans in the middle are only 3 pin as others have stated. Do yourself a favor and replace them with 4 pin PWM fans such as Cooler Master Blade Masters. This is my first server build like this, and it seems server boards can only throttle PWM fans. Documentation is not included, but it is easy enough to figure out where everything goes. If you've built a computer before you will not have a problem.

Other Thoughts: Please spend the extra money for the hot swap drive cages. If you don't have one and a drive fails, it will be a pain in the *censored* to replace it.
