4 out of 5 eggsChoose between 2nd Optical drive or Vid Card

Pros: Smooth Edges. Front CD bezel works well. Construction was very good compared to cases I've worked with in the back, suprising from a microATX case. Light weight.

Cons: The 2nd optical drive pushes back to the AGP slot of my asus motherboard. If your video card is longer than the AGP slow (about all of them are) then you can not use it with a second optical drive installed in the lower bay. Also, 3.5 inch bays are located under the 5.25 in bays so if you are using PATA and installing floppy, hard drive, and optical drive, your hard drive and optical drive will end up on the same cable and you will lose speed. I did not install a floppy so I used the lower 3.5 bay and the upper 5.25 bay and used seperate cables.

Other Thoughts: I would suggest this product for any person building a SFF PC with 1 optical and one HD. Using a SATA HD would be a def. plus.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat case and PSU

Pros: Awsome case - quite, cool, stylish. PSU is plenty powerful for intergrated system - it has 20A on +12V rail which is very good.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I have the black one but they have the same PSU and mine works fine with my Athlon 64. I have MSI microATX mobo, 3000+ CPU, 1GB RAM, Segate SATA, DVD burner. No video/sound card.

3 out of 5 eggsSolid build, 270w not enough

Pros: Solid build, nice quiet power supply

Cons: 270w is not sufficient for an athlon64, hd and dvd burner

Other Thoughts: My system crashed 3-4 times a week until I upgraded to an athena miniATX 450w power supply, which suprisingly was even quieter than the stock 270w. 270w will not handle an athlon64 system.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome

Comments: I was so impressed with this case as I went about putting a friends system together. I am definitely getting one for myself in black now. Enermax KNOWS how to make a case, and of course newegg rocks. ;)

5 out of 5 eggsGreat little Case

Comments: Built system using ECS RS480-M, 2 x 512mb Crucial Ballistic 3200, Enermax CS-10068-S3 case, and a Maxtor DiamondMax 10 6L200S0 drive. Most of the time I mod the case to add extra cooling but all I did with this one was put two quite 80mm fans on the back. The single fan that it comes with was not as quiet as I wanted but not bad. The 270w power supply is probably better then most 350w units and the case construction is top quality. Highly recommend!

5 out of 5 eggsProbably the best case I've ever built

Comments: NOTE: I have been shopping at Newegg for many years..... and this is the first review I have even posted.
-
Over the past 6 or 7 years, I have probably used between 20 and 30 different makes and models of cases when building computers.
These cases ranged from the low-cost Foxconns to high priced Lian Li's.
-
And .... when I found an exceptional case that I really liked, I might buy that same case for 2 or 3 different builds.
-
I can honestly say... that this Enermax Model #: CS-10068, is probably the best all around case I've ever bought... this consideres all of the factors of looks, functional design, quality of construction, and price.
-
Functional design usually comes first in my considerations, and this takes first place in that field.
I have never seen such attention paid to the fine details before.... even in those very expensive Lian Li cases.
-
Also.... you can stuff more components into this tiny case.... and do it with such ease.... it's just pleasure to build with case.
-
For those in the market for an SFF (small form factor) case... I deon't think you'll find anything better.
-
And while I'm at it, I'll throw in a plug for Newegg.
-
I placed this multi-item order very early on Monday morning.... I received it Tuesday around noon time.
-
(NOTE)I placed this as "standard' order.... not as a "Rush" order.

5 out of 5 eggsbest compact tower so far

Comments: After searching for a fairly small but not too expensive case, this did the trick. Easy to assemble with easy removal of the 5-1/4 bays. Has an extra slot on the back where I added a 2nd fan. My only regret is that these come in about 5 different colors and I didn't know it when I bought blue.

5 out of 5 eggsVery good case, watch out for CD installation

Comments: I've built 3 boxes using this case, and I like it a lot. The 270W PS is beefier than many. One caveat: When installing a DVD/CD behind the spring-loaded door, make sure it is slid into the case as far as it can go. If not, when you try to put the face on, you'll break off the little hooks that hold the springs and the door won't close any more.

5 out of 5 eggsyeah Kid

Comments: OK, I'm coming from a Prosource aluminum case which I got here from newegg about 2 years ago. Very nice case, I did some mods on it like stealth my cd drives and stuff. the case was too big needed something smaller yet stylish. I decided to buy this case I saw a video review which I'm providing for you, its for the black version. but still the same case. I have to say its the best case that I've had to date!!! Small yet enough room to work with inside, heavy compared to my aluminum case. comes with a stealthed cd drive whick I like. Nice blue led around the power button. the fron usb works great, connected them to my motherboard. Great case here are my specs;

AMD 64 2800+ @ 2ghz
Biostar kv8gam socket 754 micro atx- great fit for this case
512 Kingston hyper x memory
Tyan Tachyon 9800 pro
WD special edition 80 gig hdd
Hercules fortizzimo 7.1 surround sound card
Liteon 52x writer
Dlink wireless pci card
7 in 1 memory card reader internal

all this crammed into this little case.
