Pros: Alot of room, even for a 4U and solidly constructed. The key helps prevent accidental reboot. Front USB is a nice touch, and the switches are of heavy duty construction.
Cons: No rails included, could stand for some more 3.5" internal bays. Also does not allow for hot swap PSUs very easily.
Other Thoughts: The seven 5.25" drive bays allows installation of a very many options. I used the four vertical ones for six SATA hot swap bays, and still had room for optical and a tape autoloader.
