First, there is a row of fans in the middle of the case that stick out toward the motherboard compartment. I had to take these out and re-screw them to the other side of the center bar to get my ATX motherboard to fit. Second, the spot for the power supply blocks nearly all airflow to the motherboard compartment. To prevent major overheating, I had to put the power supply where the CD drives are supposed to go (lucky for me my build didn't need CD drives). Third, the holes to thread cords from the front to the back compartment are a little small. A few sharp edges. Other Thoughts: All in all I got it done without serious modding, just moving lots of parts around.
