Ultimate gamer case? Just maybe. With a partially perforated package that still finds room for four huge yet quiet fans, you have a seriously cool gaming case, and that's no joke. You expect the Antec Nine Hundred Two to be ready for lift off, especially with the 200mm TriCool exhaust fan and perforated port atop this stylish case. It even has mounted dual 120mm fans in the front and a 120mm fan at the rear panel! Contrary to what you might expect, this case is very quiet, unless you have all the fans going at their highest settings, at which point you might hear . . . something.

The 5.25" bays will hold optical drives, burners, or even (gasp!) your aging floppy drive, and up to six 3.5" drives can be installed in cages behind the fans, and these can be arranged along the front any way you like. This case provides a plethora of possibilities, and room to explore placement of all the pieces. The PSU, in a departure, is at the bottom of the case, for better case stability and thermal environment for the CPU.

The side window of the case, in addition to letting you show things off, provides additional ventilation, either by way of the vented screen, or by the fourth fan in the box, mounted in clear plastic, for a clear and elegant mounting. This is a sturdy steel case, with enough cooling technology to keep things frosty in the hottest action. Take one home today and build yourself the "coolest" rig around!

5 out of 5 eggsKeeps it Cool

Pros: Love this Case, keeps temperature cool. No complaints at all, be patience if taking apart.

Cons: To me- dust collected in this more than any other case, I had to dust it out once a month, I own 4 gaming computers- all different cases. I absolutely love this case, I did get annoyed with it a few times with taking it apart, but that was user error ( I will take the blame ). After knowing the case for 4 years, you begin to love it more and more after building a few hundred gaming computers.

5 out of 5 eggsLoved this Case!

Pros: The material of the case is very sturdy. Heavy thing as well. Decent cable management for back in the day.

Cons: Collects dust and other things on the surface of the case.

5 out of 5 eggsEverything you need

Pros: It has enough bays, it was easy to use, it met specs, it was pleasant to use during my first computer build back in 2010... and I have been enjoying it ever since.

Cons: Not enough cord space to hide long cords.

5 out of 5 eggsAntec just made me a customer for life!

Pros: Solid case with easy access and plenty of capacity, cooling and ventilation.

Cons: Very minor gripes. This is the best case I've ever had, and I've had a lot of them.

Front panel headphone jack introduces a high pitched background noise -- likely due to how the cable is run across the motherboard (please see "other thoughts" below though!).

Top fan is huge, but makes a clicking noise when run at full capacity.

Other Thoughts: I bought this case over 3 years ago. As I was upgrading my CPU/motherboard a few weeks ago, I contacted Antec to see if I could *BUY* the updated front panel that supports USB 3.0 (my version came with 2.0). Much to my surprise, they simply asked me to forward a copy of my invoice (thank you Newegg for keeping it online for me!) and they would send the part straight away.

I can't tell you how much something like this means to a customer like me. In the end, it probably cost them a few dollars, but they've just made me a customer for life and I buy a lot of stuff! :)

Thank you Antec!!

5 out of 5 eggsEpic mid case

Pros: Ample room for a mid, excellent air flow, Asthetically pleasing design, Versatile. Did i mention air flow? With 4 stock fans in this case your airflow options are limitless. Plus the rheostats for front intake fan speed are nice to adjust speed vs noise ratio.

Cons: No rear CPU access, accessing the front fan filters to clean is near impossible. The design/"cups" on the top are major dust collectors and hard to clean.

Other Thoughts: I've managed a couple mids and this one by far allowed the most versitility and space to build the system I wanted. It fit the monsoon vigor iii with some room to spare! need i say more.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome case

Pros: big, spacious, has a nice cable management compartment on the right side panel, though i stopped using it when i installed my ssd due to wiring setup, fans work flawlessly and keep my system cool even when im gaming.

Cons: filters get dirty quick and is a pain to clean them but i rather keep the dust and lint out of my rig

Other Thoughts: aside from other review that say the top fan goes out or the grounding issues with the front audio and usb ports, i have not had any such issues in the almost 2 years ive owned this case, and with constant 7+ hours of use every day i suppose this thing was built to last. the fans get pretty loud when you turn them all the way up specially the back exhaust fan, top fan is quiet for it's size and when all the fans are turned down my HDD is louder than the fans.

5 out of 5 eggsWhy was this gem deactivated?

Pros: Downright amazing case. Every case should do its' job this well. Holds all components nicely, has awesome cable routing (LOTS of space for cables behind the motherboard tray, more than you would expect even by looking at it with the side panel taken off) Very solidly built. You know how the side panels on cheap cases are flimsy and are hard to put on and get off? Not an issue with this case to the slightest extent. The LED fans look great, and I put in some LED strips to add to them, and it looks amazing! Also has USB 3.0!

Cons: My side panel window had a little smudge on it that won't clean off, but it's hardly noticeable. Also the top fan goes bad within a month. Some people may want to know that this case is heavy, but I actually like it that way. Oh also the power supply supposedly can be mounted either way, but there is no way you can put it in with the fan toward your floor. My PSU doesn't blow air out the top though so not an issue for me. I kinda don't like that the window goes all the way to the bottom of the case, so no matter how nicely you do the cables you will see them somewhat through the window.

Other Thoughts: I recommend this case, and I love the look of it. Was very impressed by it. I like to try a new case for each build, but I'm having trouble finding a better looking/better made case than this for under $150 so I may use it again. I don't understand why newegg doesn't carry this anymore, I had to buy it from elsewhere. It's better than the nine hundred since this one has the black interior and better cable routing so why do they still carry the nine hundred but not this one???

4 out of 5 eggsgreat case

Pros: This case is almost perfect.

Cons: Having to remove your HD trays to clean the screen filters is a pain in the rump. The top exhaust fan as well as the bottom HD tray intake fan began rattling within a month of ownership. No access to SATA ports with most motherboards if you have a big video card.

Other Thoughts: If you bought new fans and magnetic screen filters it'd be the best mid tower available.

4 out of 5 eggsgood bang for your buck

Pros: Such a Beautiful case! very well build, lots of room, plenty of fans (1 rear, 2 front, 1 side and 1 on top) for great air circulation. My favorite part of it is the blue led lights. and the Huge 200mm top Tricool exhaust fan. to say the least...

Cons: The only thing i had a problem with was the fact that the mounting for the power supply is on the bottom of the case (which i think is better then being on top) i had trouble running the wires to a few things. i did buy a Antec TP-750 power supply. The power cord for the video card was a little tight but works great.

Other Thoughts: the 2 fans on the front and 1 on the side have cleanable filters. i clean them at least once a week, i have carpet in the room the PC is in and with all the fans going (you can also adjust the speed of the front fans with the small knobs on the lower right hand corner of them) the dust builds up fast. the power and reset button are right there at the top of the tower so keep that in mind if u plan on stacking stuff on top
