4 out of 5 eggsGreat case!

Pros: I have had a great deal of people gawking at this case, because it looks so great!

The Lanboy Air provides more than adequate airflow to allow for little worry at all about temperature issues, even with high end air cooled parts.

The air mount option for drives is cool, although you won't really get much an advantage at all over normal mounting, but it is a cool feature still.

The case is just barely a full tower, but it certainly can fit anything you would need for high end rig. Although, I wouldn't be quick to say you could fit the Noctua cooler in there, but I think it'd fit with a squeeze, you'd have to see what others experiences are. Also, due to no cages in the way, you could easily fit full length Graphics cards in, even in crossfire.

Cons: There are not many cons at all about this case, but the biggest part is that the side panels, and pretty much every thing else feels kind of cheap and flimsy, which somewhat disappointed me. The mesh panels are all made out of a type of plastic, and about the only thing that's metal is the frame.

Then I had problems with the front USB 3.0 port, it still works fine and anything can plug into it with no problem, but the blue tab inside the port broke a bit, and I can sometimes accidentally plug the USB cable in upside down. I am sure this is just my misfortune, and no one else should have a problem with it.

There is not much that Antec gives you to work with as far as cable management. About the only thing you can do with loose cables is squeeze them into a tight space between the motherboard tray and the side panel, inside some rubber cable ties, which are handy.

Other Thoughts: This case is REALLY worth the money you pay for it, although just barely. It is a BA looking case, and provides great functionality, and should give you very few to no problems at all when installing components and using your build daily.

I am currently running:
Biostar H61 MU3 mobo (Cheapo)
Intel Core i3 2100 3.1 Ghz
Amd Radeon HD 6950 Twin Frozr III OC/PE edition (Soon to go
XFire with them)
Team 1333 8GB RAM Dual Channel
OCZ Agillity 3 60gb SSD (With some old WD 2.5 HDD)

1 out of 5 eggsDidn't last/framd went out of wack.

Pros: Stays cool and looks pretty good.

Cons: I received this item last year put it together and everything worked perfectly, little loud but it did its job..after about 3 months of use I upgraded to an SR-2 Evga.and for 9 months I let this case sit with the mobo and powersupply intact and it was today that I decided to put it together as a second computer for my kids.

As I was installing the video card I noticed that I was was having a helluva time trying to align the card's bracket holes and screw them in. The only way to align the screws was basically to twist the lanboy and even then it was difficult. Then after that I tried to install a raid card..well, same issue, thats when I came to the conclusion that somwhow, someway, after 9 months of sitting the frame of the Lanboy distorted itself.

Odd..I guess I'll try to take it all apart and put it together again, and then probably throw it away.

Manufacturer Response:

Hi zforce,

I'm sorry you're having difficulties installing your video card. The Lanboy frames are pretty stable, however, if your case was slightly damaged during or before shipping, we certainly apologize for this as well as your frustration. Please write us at VIP@antec.com and we'll have someone assist you with your situation. Thank you for your patience.

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing Case!

Pros: - Best Looking.
- Good aerodynamics.
- 5 pre installed fans.
- Changeable shape.
- Red LED's.
- Cheap on sale.

Cons: These are NOT cons. Just minor things.

- The door clicky thing on the top broke because my friend pulled it strong, fixed it with glue. Just be careful with it.
- LED fell off LOL. Fixed it, glue again.

These are things not worth not getting this case over. It is well worth it.

5 out of 5 eggsBest Case EVER

Pros: Look folks. I have owned many cases. This case is not only esthetically pleasing, but its gives you so many toys. 10 fan slots, it clears the Noctua NH-d14 (which is a feat in and of itself) It fits the largest video cards, and hard drives run SILENT. Its customizable, perfect for all you water cooling lovers, and its priced reasonably as well.

Buy this. I have now bought 4 and DYING for them to back in stock. My store needs more!

Cons: Cons! HA. Its not free? That could be a con. What?? It could be... in some distant crazy land... where everything is free.

4 out of 5 eggsPretty Cool Case

Pros: Very easy to set up. Love the color and style. Rebuilt this thing several times. Keeps stuff pretty cool.

Cons: Only two things I found, it can get very dusty very quick because of its design, and since it is so open for its airflow it is louder than most cases.

Other Thoughts: Love the red color. Going to add some more fans to it and see how that goes, adding an H100 and see how this case handles liquid cooling. Otherwise I love this case so far.

4 out of 5 eggsAwesome Case - Antec Wake Up!

Pros: Tech Sexy - Customizable - Great Air Flow
Can mount drives and fan controller in side access - cool
Built several high end game machines with these cases.

Cons: Too Few Metal "CD" brackets
Rubber drive mounts scary! Drive slams into frame when moved. Good idea - poor implementation.
No 3 1/2 Bezel for Flash reader. (tired of using dremel!)

Other Thoughts: Used up all my metal cd brackets mounting hard drive, fan controller etc. Been trying for a year to get some from Antec.... never in stock and they have no clue when coming in. Would rather see magnetic door catches than screws.
Mounted a drive cage using rubber mounts on bottom. Better than suicide rubberbands that were included.

1 out of 5 eggsBuy Direct

Pros: It's about half as expensive if you buy it from Antec directly.

Cons: I'm not trying to criticize the egg, I just dont see how you can justify asking for so much for a case that is litterally half as much if people buy it direct from the manufacturer.

5 out of 5 eggsLove It

Pros: First computer build and this case made it super easy. Not a big fan of the USB 3.0 cable having to plug into another USB 3.0 port on your computer but hey thats only one thing wrong compared to like hundreds of good. It will be a bit noisy unless you have silent fans because the thing holds like 15 fans. The two on the front and the one on the back have little switches that you can control the fan speed. The other fan switches can be fed through wholes that are on the case. To make a long story short this is the perfect case. I'm not sure why the blue one is more money but luckily my favorite color is red.

Cons: USB 3.0 port on the front has a cable that needs to plug into another USB 3.0 port on your motherboard.

Other Thoughts: A video on how to do cable management with this case would be nice. It's easy to hide the stock cables on the case behind the motherboard but I have no idea what to do with the power cables.

4 out of 5 eggsMany Features

Pros: Great airflow. Pull-out Motherboard tray. Plenty of room 2 hide cables. Has many ways to configure Hard drives
Looks Good

Cons: Case is almost 20" deep. But back panel is recessed almost 2". Lost some space.

Other Thoughts: Cant figure out how to install my Bigwater watercooler in this thing. {Have it sitting on top of the case.
