4 out of 5 eggsSolid case

Pros: -Plenty of air flow
-Bright blue LEDs
-Solid construction, never felt like I was going to break something
-Sleek black finish
-Quiet fans
-Clear side panel for viewing (see other thoughts)
-Good amount of space for a mid tower

Cons: -Hard to clean dirt off
-Front panel audio and USB 3.0 don't work
-Cleaning the front fans is kind of a pain
-Not a lot of room behind mobo for cable management

Other Thoughts: The case is well built and very sturdy. While putting my build together and whenever I clean it out I never feel like I'm going to break anything by accident.

The clear panel on the side has a slot for a 200mm fan, which I highly suggest getting with this case. I got an Antec 200mm blue LED fan to match the blue of the other fans and not only does the fan work well, it lights up the inside of my case beautifully which you can see with the clear side panel.

To clean the front filters you have to take off 8 thumb screws (16 if you want to clean both filters) and slide out the drive bay through the front. It doesn't need to slide out far, but it can be a pain sometimes.

I'm using an EVGA GTX 550 Ti in this case and it handles it with room to spare. The only space issue I have is mostly my mobo's fault. The SATA port placement on my mobo, like most, is off to the side pointing towards the front my the case. Due to the 3 5.25" drive bays there, it took quite a lot of work to get my SATA cables plugged in. Beware of this when contemplating this case.

I recently had the 200mm fan on the top completely break to the point where I can't use it anymore. Unfortunately, this account for a decent amount of the airflow in the case, so my CPU is now quite a bit hotter than it was before. Not sure if I can replace it, but I'm upgrading to a Rosewill Thor V2 here soon. Even though I'm replacing it, this case still served me well for over a year. Since it's discontinued now, you can find it online for under $100. If you're looking for a solid mid tower but don't want to pay a lot, I would highly recommend this case

4 out of 5 eggsGreat sequel to the original Antec Nine Hundred

Pros: This is a great case. Nearly everything is just as good as the the original Nine Hundred. Removable hard drive bays, side areas to hide cabling, adequate airflow, top area to hold stuff like game controllers or headphones.

Running and concealing the cabling was relatively easy. Airflow is very good, but I guess having a modular power supply helps with that as well. All fans run at a reasonable volume and provide adequate cooling on low-medium settings.

All 3 front usb ports are USB 3.0 and blue.

Cons: USB 3 cables are too short to reach one of the ports on my motherboard, so I guess I will leave them disconnected until I get an extension cable. The 3 usb 3 ports on the top are split into a set of 2 and a set of 1, so I've got the 2 hooked up for now.

The cables for the front audio ports are also kind of short, but I don't plan on ever hooking those up because I have good speakers (which have their own headphone jack).

The thumbscrews are not traditional thumbscrews, but rather regular metal screws incased in plastic. I liked the all metal thumbscrews on the original Nine Hundred better.

Other Thoughts: Every one of the case fans has a bright blue LED light. I actually enjoy the way it makes my room glow at night, but I guess this could be a turn-off for some. The big fan actually has an on/off switch for its light. Also, all of the fans have either low-med-high speed control switches (the rear and the top) or analog speed control knobs (the front two) that are all accessible from outside the case.

Some people have said that the case fans have chassis motherboard connectors, but only one of them had it (so much for going out of my way to get a motherboard that has a 4 chassis fan connectors). The other 3 fans have the traditional 4-pin power supply connectors.

4 out of 5 eggsAlmost Brilliant

Pros: *Plenty of ventlation
*Modular and Easy installation
*Sleek black with blue LED appeal
*Cable Management & liquid cooling friendly
*Comes with all required mounting hardware and more

Cons: *USB 3.0 cables a little short if installed with one or more GPUs
*A hassle to clean the front fan filters.
*No USB 3.0 to USB 2.0 adapters included.

Other Thoughts: Though my current motherboard doesn't support USB 3.0, so I have not had any issues with that, however there are no adapters included so the front USB ports are pretty much useless.

However it is a minor complaint that I've been able to adapt to quite easily. I've really been loving this case otherwise.

1 out of 5 eggsnot grounded properly

Pros: Lots of room. Easy to install everything. But...

Cons: The number one problem with this case is that it caused my computer to randomly hard reboot. It took me a lot of testing to figure out it was the case. I swapped out the usual suspects like power supply and memory, graphics card. Finally I thought it must just be a bad motherboard. Yet with a completely different motherboard I still got this problem. Got a new case and problem solved! This case was not properly grounding the motherboard.

4 out of 5 eggsSolid Case - Collects Dust - USB 3.0 Hassle

Pros: Very solid case. My wife purchased it without knowing anything about components to suprise me and for the price it is a solid case. Came with all the screws/mounts that I needed so I can't complain there.

Cons: Front Panel USB 3.0 cable is impossible to run through the case properly if a GPU is installed. Ended up moving the pci slot cover from the bottom and moving it to the top to run the cable to the back. Will be purchasing an adapter soon to plug said cable into the motherboard's USB 3.0 header. Pain to fish it through the case, out the back and into a slot. Makes all the effort of effective cable management a waste.

Other Thoughts: Solid case.
Lost 1 egg de to the front panel USB 3.0 cable.

LEDs are a nice touch, wish there were more, but will be adding some down the road, they aren't too pricey.

4 out of 5 eggsReview Redo

Pros: Tons of room. Air flow is spectacular. Manufacturing quality is great. Cable management is excellent. Side panels are easily removed. Fan controls are a plus. FILTERS! (also a con, see below)

Cons: Screen filter maint. is ia pain in the you know what. There are 2 removable drive bays, each holding 3 drives. Both have a front screen which functions wonderfully. If you use all the thumb screws that come and hold these in place its too much whne you want to clean the screens. 8 thumbs screws on each bay....so the procedure goes like this. Take off both side(4 thumb screws) remove the thumbs screws from each bay(4 on each side, so 8, x2 bays = 16...20 total! ) just to remove 2 fans filter screens....
I cut this down to 4 by only using 1 on each of the bays and only having to take off the 1 side panel which has a 3rd filter that also needs cleaning. There needs to be a redesign for this.

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing

Pros: This case was well worth the price and it so far has been performing excellent. The blue LED fans are beautiful.

Cons: The only thing is the fans didn't come with the 3 Pin Fan/4 Pin power adapter.

5 out of 5 eggsgreat cooling system!

Pros: i am a heavy gamer so my computer is always being pushed to the edge. i always had heating issues where the case would not allow for enough airflow to keep cool so it ran really hot which made it quite loud. however with this case and the extreme airflow capabilities my system is now really quiet and stays cool even under the heaviest of games i run on it. plus there is so much more room in the case for future upgrades. so i wont have to buy another case unless i have more than 6 optical drives and 9 hard drives..which is quite overkill. so this case is everything i ever wanted and then some. i highly recommend this to anyone who is a serious gamer and has trouble keeping their system cool.

Cons: when i first saw this on newegg i thought it was about the size of my current case at the time but i was mistaken. luckily my desk has just enough room for the case to sit. other than being quite large, this case definitely earned my 5 star rating

4 out of 5 eggsSolid

Pros: Very solid. Everything inside is easily accessible. Hard drive bays pull out from the front so its easy to install. Front panel is handy and not likely to break soon.

Cons: The top fan grate is not rigid enough. It easily gets bent inward and rubs the fan if it is operating. The weight of my cat is sufficient to cause rubbing.

Other Thoughts: A+++ would buy again. Definitely worth the extra money that would be saved on cheaper cases.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Case

Pros: Excellent airflow, can be a bit loud with all fans running, but that belongs in the con area. Otherwise, it looks cool, runs cool, and has an excellent color scheme.

Cons: A lot of fans can be a bit loud, but the cooling factor outweighs the annoyance, if any. Has a tendency to suck in a lot of dust and debris.

Other Thoughts: Though it's no fault of the designers, this case has served me well and when I rebuild, I'll simply clean it up and put new components in it. The ports for external SATA are especially helpful and worth hanging onto.
