4 out of 5 eggsGood case, Great cable management/cooling

Pros: + Case has a tremendous amount of space and plenty of options for cooling. The included 140mm fan (top exhaust) is whisper quiet on the low setting, and barely audible on high. The 120mm fan (rear) is also very quiet on low and slightly nosier on high.

+ Cable management is fantastic. I was able to route nearly every cable through the right side of my case, creating a lot of space in the main working area and improving cooling.

+ 2xUSB 3.0 ports on front, plus a mic/headphone jack.

+ Room for 2 120mm fans on front of case for hard drive cooling is great!

+ Unique placement for fan on right side of case to blow on the backside of the motherboard. Don't have a fan there yet, but am planning to add one at a future date.

+ Permanent (but removable) air filter for the power supply is great, considering that my PS is pulling air from the bottom of the case.

+ Spacious, easy to work inside.

Cons: One major, one minor con:
+ (Major) The headphone jack on the front bezel is INCREDIBLY tight. I had a hard time making a connection with my headphones (and I don't think I'm the only person with this issue).

+ I had to shave off a bit of plastic from the 3-pin connector for the rear exhaust fan to make it fit on my motherboard. Never had a problem with that connector before, so I think the connector on the included fan was a bit defective. Nothing that an exact-o knife couldn't handle!

Other Thoughts: Overall, I'm very pleased with this case - despite the two flaws. My old case lasted me ~10 years, and I fully expect this one to do the same.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat

Pros: Plenty of room, Great Cable management possibilities, Love the fan controllers for when I'm gaming. Get 2 LED fans for the front and It looks even cooler.

Cons: None really everything I wanted from a case.

Other Thoughts: Be careful with front fans. The screws that came with my fans were too short

4 out of 5 eggsConfused

Pros: great case updated features compared to 300

Cons: none but read below for 4 egg justification

Other Thoughts: This is not a new case. Calling this the 302 is like ford releasing a new 2013 Mocus to go with the 2013 focus. Antec you already make a case at this price point that looks exactly like this one that has been needing an update for a while. Why didnt you just update the 300 if you didnt intend to actually design a new case? Adding the new standard features that consumers expectt doesn't justify changing the model number on the greatest value cases of all time. Do you intend to keep selling the outdated 300? Hoping some unknowing buyers will buy it for the 5 dollar difference not caring that it doesnt offer anywhere near the features of the 302? All you are doing by releasing the 302 is tarnishing the image of one of the best selling cases ever. Just my 2 cents but I appreciate a company that doesn't play games with its loyal consumers. I am happy that the 300 has been updated but a little appalled that you are still selling the 300 for that price with the "NEW"302 around

5 out of 5 eggsEvolution of the 300

Pros: Where to start... LOVE the 3.5" drive mounting brackets. They just snap on, no screws, and the drives slide into place very solidly. 5.25" drives are even better, no brackets needed, just slide 'em in and built-in latches will hold your drives in. Cable management is much improved over the Three Hundred, there is ample cable space behind the motherboard. No need for audio extension any more. I measured just under 13" for large graphics cards, which should handle just about anything. Screened air inlet for PSU on the bottom - nice touch. Also like the motherboard rear fan - another nice touch for overclockers.

Cons: Only has USB 3.0 header for the front ports - only a problem for those with Intel motherboards it seems, but this will cease to be a problem in a couple of months.

Other Thoughts: It's about 1 cm wider than the Three-Hundred, which is nice for larger air coolers. This is definitely one of the best deals in cases today. I'm very happy with it, and would recommend it to anyone who is considering the Three Hundred - a real improvement.

5 out of 5 eggsBest-in-class budget enthusiast case!

Pros: Lots of space, good looks, semi-tool less drive installation, amazing air flow. AMAZING PRICE (I got mine on sale for 50 bucks!)

Cons: No cut out for ATX 12V cable route. No eggs lost, but it's the only cable from my PSU that isn't routed from beneath the mobo. If you're OCD about these things, buy a dremel.

Other Thoughts: A definite buy if you're looking to spend less than a $100 on a case!

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Case

Pros: Has 3 external 5.25 drive bays, 0 external 3.5” drive bays, which is a good thing. Side and front panels are hinged, easy to remove. Roomy enough for 9”x12” boards with SATA ports mounted sideways. Love the “sideways” HDD bays. Filters are always good, but see Cons. Quiet fans, but see Cons. Good wire management, but see cons. Love the “Tool-Less” bays, they work great. Love the cutout behind the CPU area. Makes changing giant coolers easy. Love the fan behind the CPU, case makers ignored that excellent cooling opportunity for years. Looks great, very sleek and simple. I don’t like bulbous “convenience panels” which cause a real birds nest of wires and look cheesy.

Cons: Has 6 internal 3.5 bays. I’ve serviced over 1000 computers, and the most internal HDD’s I’ve seen was 3. The excessive bays take up space that could have helped cooling and access. No 2.5 bay adapters or bays were included. The 2 sets of mounting holes for 2.5 bays are impossible to use flat on a metal plate. Rear 120mm exhaust fan it too weak for overclockers. Though the case is wider than most ATX mid towers, the cable management space eats up an inch. Rear fan cable is 1” too short to reach the fan pins. There are 2 filters, but they do little good. Why? Because there are 2 120mm fan openings that are not filtered, and this case is designed to run negative internal pressure. That means air is drawn into every opening. That makes the filters useless until I can find a way to filter the openings. The headphone jack is too tight, and almost ruined my expensive ear buds. I took an old jack and wallowed it out, now it's usable, sort of.

Other Thoughts: Other Thoughts: I wish Antec would have used 4 pin connectors on the fans instead of 3 pin and Molex on the fans. That’s so 1990’s, modern motherboards can control fan speeds without needing switches. I moved the rear fan to behind the CPU where a weak fan is OK, used a slightly more powerful but quiet fan with a 4 pin plug to replace it. Still very quiet at idle, but makes a reassuring wind noise under heavy CPU load. For those worrying about using a Hyper212+ and Ripjaws, not to worry, it all fits! Some day, maybe a wise case maker like Antec will add an extra 8” door to access the internal drive bays, and also make the drive bays into hot docks. All in all delighted with the case. Still 5 eggs, my cons show it could still use improvement, but most people may be fine with my cons. Actually, I can't imagine anyone not liking this case.

5 out of 5 eggsThe Three Hundred I've been waiting for!

Pros: I've wanted to get an Antec Three Hundred case for a while now, but wanted a case with more up to date features (tool free install, side facing hard drive cage, usb 3.0, cable management) and the Three Hundred Two nailed it! The case is very well built, the fans are very quiet and the two speed control is awesome for when I'm not playing a game.

Cons: Nothing that I can think of.

Other Thoughts: The case did not come with an internal header adapter for usb 3.0 to 2.0 conversion (to connect front panel usb ports to an older motherboard) but I contacted Antec via their online customer support and within a few hours had a response that they were sending one to me in the mail. I expected that they would send me one, but it was free and I got a response so fast my head was spinning.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome Case for the price!

Pros: This is an awesome mid-tower case for the price. I was going to go for the HAF 912, but after seeing this one, it just looks so much better. Antec made some huge improvements over the original 300, such as cable routing holes to hide your wires, tool-less design features, and usb 3.0.

Cons: I guess I wish the interior was painted black, but I honestly don't care.

Other Thoughts: I would definitely recommend this case for the price.
