4 out of 5 eggsGood case with minor flaws

Pros: Decent cooling ability, decent amount of internal room for mid-tower case. Relatively simple/professional design...not overly flashy. Quality construction.

Cons: Overpriced. Only comes with exhaust fans...at $85 I think Thermaltake could have included the two intake fans that can be mounted up front. Top fan has stupid LED's, but they're easy to clip. Would look much better if it were painted inside too, and again, for the price it should be.

Other Thoughts: It's a good case and can be made much better with minimal work and pretty low cost, but with an $85 price tag it should have included those upgrades.

4 out of 5 eggsDecent case for the price

Pros: Decent quality build- thick steel, good cable management, good airflow. The 200mm fan on top really helps.
I was worried about my CPU cooler (Hyper 212+) not fitting, but it went in just fine, with room to spare!
Also the snap-on brackets of the HDD and optical drives were useful.
There are dust filters in the front which are pretty useless IMO because the rest of the case is wide open. The case WILL get pretty dusty.

Cons: Power button got messed up after 10 months or so of owning it. I have to press extra hard to turn it on now, and it sometimes gets stuck.
And the 120mm fan on the rear is showing its age, and would flutter and click occasionally.

Other Thoughts: All in all, the case does what it was designed to do, but it will start showing its age pretty soon. The build quality isn't bad, and you get 2 fans from the get go.
This case is very good, especially for the price. Get it if it's less than 80 bucks. Personally, I don't like the aesthetics and noise of the case, so I'm upgrading to a Fractal Define R3.

5 out of 5 eggsGood case!

Pros: The two extra fans do a good job of pumping extra air through the system. The system came with a lot of screws, and most of the screws were nice and big, so they were really easy to use without a screwdriver. Mounted a MicroATX motherboard (ASRock H55M Pro) with no problems.

I would certainly buy again!

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I have built 8-10 computers, and this was my favorite case so far. It came with standoffs and regular screws for mounting the motherboard.

5 out of 5 eggsSweet Case.

Pros: This case is excellent. Some other reviews say the case is flimsy, etc. I disagree, as long as you're not manhandling the case you should be good to go. LOTS of space inside and its got a really nice, understated design. I like front mounted USB and audio. Great case.

Cons: The audio and USB wiring from the front console could be about 3-6 inches longer, but not a big deal.

Other Thoughts: Great case!

4 out of 5 eggsGreat case, great Newegg deal

Pros: Roomy, good quality not has good as Cooler Master HAF 922 by a long shot, I own both. Good quiet fans. Plenty of hardware screws for a clean build. No sharp edges inside. Nice looking though that is a matter of opinion. Worth the money. Spacious. Door access panel one of the best I have seen door swings in. Both sides detach. Well vented case.

Cons: DOES NOT COME WITH A SPEAKER. Every case should have it, do not expect the motherboard maker to supply one. No removable motherboard tray. Only 2 drive bays have locking system, the rest use thumb screws. No front panel eSata connector. Can only mount power supply on bottom. Cannot turn off red LED lights on fan.

Other Thoughts: Great deal in a Newegg rebate deal shipped. Always wait for free shipping when you buy a case shipping them can be expensive. Only two fans but runs cool. Fans a bit noisy but undervolted them to 6 volts with a LM7806 and now silent.

4 out of 5 eggsGood case, very good functionality. Highly recommended.

Pros: This case has excellent cooling potential! The included 200 mm top fan moves a bunch of air, and is pretty quiet, and the rear 120 mm fan is OK, but not spectacular. There is room on the front (in front of the HD's) to install two more 120 mm fans. The side panel is set up to mount another monster fan, and the rear of the case has knockouts for water cooling tubing (including a set of grommets to keep the case from cutting tubing). Overall, lots of cooling options.

The layout with the PSU at bottom is nice, and the elevated feet and standoff at the bottom of the case allow adequate PSU cooling. The "back side" of the hard drive bays has a lot of open space, which I found very convenient for hiding wires. The hard drives themselves are kept far enough apart to allow good air flow between the drives. There are also tie-down tabs on the motherboard tray to help with cable management.

Cons: There are some sharp edges. Not too many, and they are not on the main "work" area, but they are still there.

Also, the top fan is permanently illuminated. I would much rather have had an option to disable the lighting effects since I am using this case in a rather professional environment, and the lights look really goofy.

I have a minor gripe with the placement of the power and reset buttons. They are really pronounced, and seem quite easy to hit accidentally. I haven't goofed up yet, but I am afraid I am going to hit one some day while trying to plug in a jump drive.

Finally, I would have liked the front headphone and mic jacks to be color coded. The labels are fine, and I understand the design aesthetic of keeping them red, but it is really rather confusing to have them the same color.

Other Thoughts: The case includes a bunch of thumb screws, but I ended up running out (I put in four hard drives) and had to resort to a "gasp" screwdriver!!! The fact that TT included so many thumb screws is a very nice touch!

The metal "mesh" on the front is very nice and has an air filter backing. The entire mesh section appears removable, and the entire front plastic panel pops off, so cleaning appears pretty straight forward when the dust piles up.

This case stacks up quite well in terms of functionality with any case I have ever used. I am not big into the fancy bells and whistles, but the little stuff (like thinking about wire routing) makes a huge difference to me. This case seems to do a bunch of little things very well, making a build in this case a breeze!

4 out of 5 eggsSolid case

Pros: Modest size, decent cooling, relatively quiet fan operation

Cons: A touch cramped in some quarters, manual a bit lacking.

Other Thoughts: The finger-operated screws go a long way toward making this an easy and fast case to work with. Fans are quiet, bays are relatively easy to access.
