5 out of 5 eggsGood Case - Interesting Design

Pros: 1. Good cable management. The side panel holds space for my cable needs.

2. Not a bad price for this type of case. I bought it around $100 and it's only gotten cheaper.

3. Windowed so I can see the parts I paid good money for. This is something I look for in a case.

4. Space for fans and includes fan filters. I bought a 200mm for the side and a 120mm for the bottom. I was also able to mount my PSU to intake from the bottom of the case because of the include fan filter that slides out for cleaning.

5. Decent space. Holds my R9 290 and my Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO and still fits in the side panel 200mm fan.

6. Space for bottom intake. This goes partially with point 4. The feet give it a decent amount of space so that air can flow. I haven't had any issue with heat.

Cons: No back case cable slots. This wasn't too big of a deal for me because I rigged my CPU/fan cables through some thin slots at the top of the case. I could see how that could bug some people though.

Other Thoughts: The design is interesting. Some people may not like the wings. They don't bother me. I see them as a good way to keep my dog from laying against the front of the case and blocking the airflow. They are removable, although it's not as nice looking without them.

5 out of 5 eggsIncredible Case - Highly Recommend!

Pros: I absolutely love this case! Sometimes I even sleep with it. (ahhh..just kidding on that one folks).

Anyway, these cases were an amazing value since they were so deeply discounted. EXTREMELY well and anything but flimsy or cheap. Loads of room, nice cabling, just excellent.

Very quiet fans too. Use the fold-down thing on the side to hold your headphones....or to secure your ferret's leash while you work. Your choice.

Cons: Not a one!

Oh...sometimes you can accidentially hit the on/off button by mistable since it's on top, but that's minor compared to the quality and excellence of this case.

Other Thoughts: I know, I know...you either love the 'winged design' or you don't understand it. I actually bought a white and a black one at the same time (since I was building 2 computers and these were such a great deal), and switched the wings from one to the other. Now the white one has the black anodized aluminum wings and the black one has the clear silver anodized/brushed aluminum ones. Both look awesome now.

5 out of 5 eggsArmor Revo Gene

Pros: This case is top notch. Plenty of space, easy to access and setup components, and love all the extras being located on top for easy access and 1 location. All cables clearly labeled. Even a spot to hang the headset. Best part for me is the filters for the fans. Added a Cooler Master Megaflow 200m fan to the side panel which works well with the included fans to keep everything running cool.

Cons: The only thing I'd change would be the light at the top doing the slow flash, an option to stop that would be nice. Also being able to have easier access to taking out all the filters to clean would have been better, but so far little has built up.

Other Thoughts: I've always had to go cheap on things like cases in order to spend the money on the main items for my pc builds, but being able to splurge a little for this case I feel I got my money's worth plus some as this has all the space I need and all the little extras that make it more then just a box.

4 out of 5 eggsSolid case

Pros: Great price point for me, at the time I purchased it I only ended up paying out about $60, if it had been full price I wouldn't have bought it. The number of fans included are great for my cooling needs, would have liked a side fan, but I can survive without it being included. Plenty of room for what I have, as well as room to expand further at a later date if I choose to.

Cons: Product misrepresented, the description says at one point that there are (3) 200mm fans, there are only two included, but a third could be added. As stated above having a sidefan included would have been nice especially since it was in the description of the product, but I'll survive without it. Only other con is that the wings in the front are a little odd looking,

Other Thoughts: Overall the case is a great case, it's nice and quiet without sacrificing the cooling needs. As long as it's on sale have at it, I would not pay $140 for the case, as stated earlier I only ended up paying out around $60 and for that price it was a very sensible purchase.

5 out of 5 eggsexcellent case

Pros: Very nice looking case with heavy thick metal. The fans are very quite and cable management is available and easy.

Cons: The power supply dust filter slides off easily. Too loose

Other Thoughts: Great deal after rebate

5 out of 5 eggsIf you get it for the right price, it is a 5-egg case

Pros: I replaced a nicer looking Lian-Li PC-K62 case with this Reve Gene case. The Pros are:
1. this case is much quieter... practically silent. With the 200mm fans and adjusting the speed to "silent" through BIOS, this PC is SO QUIET. Nice!
2. I snipped the wires to the LED lights on the front 200mm fans, as I like no light. The front fan is a super-thin fan, so most 200mm fans won't work there. Cutting the LED lights were the only option.
3. This case has USB 3.0 and a SATA docking station. The Lian-Li did not.
4. Good cable management and hard drive management.

Cons: Weird "wings" that look like mandibles. I am 44, and my wife is the same age... she thinks it looks strange, but she LOVES how quiet the PC is. So much quieter than the last case.

Other Thoughts: I paid $69 after rebate and feel that is a fair price. I completed the rebate quickly and have already been approved for the rebate. The rebate process was very easy... you just have to do it quickly.

2 out of 5 eggsMixed feeling

Pros: One of the 200mm fans works great and the case has pretty good airflow.

Cons: One of the 200mm fans came broken. $30 rebate did NOT work.

Other Thoughts: Wouldn't recommend; the $30 rebate apparently didn't apply to the case until a week after I bought it(12/25/13, and they would apparently only accept rebates on purchases from 1/2/14-1/10/14ish (?)) even though it said $30 rebate on the product page... Called thermaltake, gave them my email address so they could email me about the broken fan, and they never emailed.

5 out of 5 eggsI like it so far. Got the first one defective.

Pros: -Lots of room for ventilation
-back of case has more than enough room for the cables so it's not clustered in the front.
-hard drive dock is really nice feature.
- easily placed hard drive and CD drive placement.
- liquid cooler ports
- nice led touch in the front
- headphone holder on case

Cons: Here we go with the cons.
- no fan on the side panel
- only one fan with LED in the front (cheap o's couldn't put led fans on the top and the back? You make your own LED fans thermaltake. )
-no fan control
- first case I got had a rattling sound by the USB 3.0 and CD tray.
-first case also had the front led on the bottom of the dock with the wings was defective
-first case came with the scratch on the side.
