5 out of 5 eggsGreat Case

Pros: This case has everything I needed for my budget build.
It looks great.
Plenty of room.
Cable management is easy.

Cons: Although the cables that power the LED lights, reset/pwr etc. could be a bit less stiff
And the fans are a bit loud. Although that can be easily configured.

Other Thoughts: Great case overall.

1 out of 5 eggs12/12/15

Pros: Looks good (some what)

Cons: The " knock outs" to install the external drives are a cheap and unsightly. If I had known this I definitely would have not purchased the case. Once the panels are removed and the external drive is mounted/inserted there is space on both sides of the drive that is very unattractive.

Other Thoughts: Thermaltake's rebate process in my opinion is a sham. I was DECLINED. The form requested the UPC/Bar Code from the shipping box be included with the rebate form. NEWSFLASH, there was no UPC/Bar Code on the shipping box...so I used the Bar Code label that was on the case and mailed it with the rebate form. That's it for Thermaltake my last purchase EVER.

Manufacturer Response:

Dear Customer,
We at Thermaltake apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. Please contact our support team about rebate issue.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Case!

Pros: Price; Got this for $33 after rebate
Looks - Clean but simple. Black.
Hot swap
Front USB 3.0 ports
Roomy inside
Can hold up to 6 HD or SSD
Comes with multiple types of screws, 2 cable ties & a motherboard speaker.
Comes with 2 120mm fans with option to add 2 more.
Air filters built-in

Cons: Does not feel sturdy.
Taking the front piece off is difficult.

Other Thoughts: I need to put lights (add fans with lights) as I cannot tell if the computer is on or not. There is a power light but if I am not near my desk I cannot tell if its on or not. My prior computer had lights so I can tell from far away if its on. I am really happy with this case for all the reasons I noted in the Pro section. I liked that there were all types of screws included but I forgot about it when I installed an additional fan. I used the screws that came with the fan which I had to force it in as those screws were bad. I recommend this case especially if you can get it for what I paid for it.

4 out of 5 eggsThermaltake Urban R31

Pros: A simple case for simple needs.
Solid, reliable construction.
The material has the look of a higher quality metal case despite being mostly plastic and the side window is well done.
Adequate internal room for a mid-ATX build.
Fits a 240mm radiator on top.
Room for a push-pull 120mm configuration

Cons: HDD cages are not removable.
Bottom mount for fan is inaccessible with most PSU sizes.
Front fan has restricted airflow due to front fascia design.
Not enough room for a push-pull configuration on a 240mm radiator.
At this price point there are any number of similarly sized cases with far superior airflow options.

Other Thoughts: Bought this case for my high end build, had to replace it due to lack of airflow and constant overheating issues.

5 out of 5 eggsGood case

Pros: Probably the best mid sized tower I've owned, it has really good cable management features. All around easy to work with as the top and front cover can be removed (both side covers too of course). The drive bays are these plastic roller thingies that can be removed so you can easily screw your hard drives in and slide it back into the case. The power buttons on the front feel sturdy and make a nice clicky noise when pushed. I put 4 120mm green led fans in mine, the 2 spaces at the top look like you can put bigger ones in if you want. The hot swap bay is a cool feature and USB 3.0 is good as well. Nice looking case in general and seems pretty sturdy.

Cons: My one gripe is the hot swap bay power connector is a bit flimsy so be careful. One of my pins came loose but I managed to hold it into place and got it to mate properly.

Other Thoughts: Get it if you want a good case that doesn't cost a ton. Good for an air flow case but if you are looking to do water cooling try something a bit roomier. My 2 gtx 660's in SLI made this thing a pretty snug fit but it worked.

4 out of 5 eggsthe good, bad and ugly

Pros: beautiful design, not enough rooms for wire management with sata ports facing outward on the motherboard. case heats up even with significant cooling due to aluminum chassis, would preferred steel. it was a budget system.

Cons: not Japanese steel

5 out of 5 eggsBeautiful!

Pros: -Pretty.
-Roomy.
-Well built.
-Side window makes it that much better.
-200mm fans are nice (lots of airflow while they're quiet).
-Docking station is a dream to have built in a case.
-Overall I am very impressed with this case.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: I had to replace a mobo and ran out of room in my old case just saw these came in to Micro-center. I'm glad, I got this case (at least for my build it's perfect). Having and SLI setup can take up much space. In this case I still have plenty of room left.
Current Build:
i7-4770K
ASUS Z87 Sabertooth
2-Way SLI SC EVGA GTX 780 Ti
4X4GB Crucial XT @ 1866mhz
240GB Crucial M500 SSD (4 more HDDs)
Thermaltake Water 3.0
Corsair AX1200i
With all these components I still have plenty of room. Maybe I can finally get a Sound card. It wasn't an option with an old case do to no more space.
