5 out of 5 eggsVery nice design

Pros: Roomy- it can handle a GTX580 with room to spare. Six slide-out drive trays with pins for 3.5" drives and holes for 2.5" drives. Clever front panel that can swing open in either direction. Adequate room for routing cables out of the way. Sound-dampening foam, including a cut-out that can cover the fan mounts on one side of the case. Runs very quiet with four active case fans.

Cons: The slide-out trays take a bit of getting used to, since they are flexible and can be tricky to remove when empty. The front panel comes off easily if you are not careful, especially when lifting it.

Other Thoughts: The panel that can cover the fan mounts on the side panel arrived with a couple of broken tabs. I did not remove an egg for three reasons: one- this seems more like a shipping problem than a quality issue. Two- I am not using the panel and therefore the problem does not affect my use of the case. Three- I am not returning the item over such a minor issue, and therefore it's unfair to dock an egg without giving them a chance to show how they'd deal with the return.

Other than that, it is roomy and clean and tool-less once you have the motherboard installed. Lots of foam and rubber is used to minimize noise from vibration, and it runs nice and quiet.

5 out of 5 eggsLove it!

Pros: Sleek design, cable management, fans, plenty room

Cons: Due to the design of airflow, dust seems to collect frequently in the front panel (air vents). Top also attracts dust (not easy to clean out)

Other Thoughts: So far, I love it. I have had it running for close to 6 months. Runs very quiet and cold (I don't game, just a home pc). My built is pretty mundane: i5 quadcore processor, 16GH or RAM, Gigabyte MB, two SSDs, 1 TB HD, DVD/CD burner running on Windows 7 64 Pro.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat case

Pros: This case is well made, roomy enough, and very quiet. I am very happy with it.

Cons: None I can think of.

Other Thoughts: I didn't buy this from NewEgg because it was out-of-stock when I wanted to order it, and out-of-stock in some other places too. I was worried that it had gone out of production, so I ordered the last of three available from the one supplier I could find that had any in stock. The day it arrived I got a message from NewEgg that it was again available. Sorry about that, NewEgg.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Case For Two Years and On...

Pros: Quiet.
I don't get reviews saying otherwise... if this case is noisy, then it would certainly annoys me because I'm the kinda person who spend 1+grand on one pair of headphones... Can you hear it when it's running? Yes, but only if you search for it. Note: I have a small desk and the case sits right next to my legs.

Ease of assembly.
Just had an big oooplah the other day trying to install a new video card. I thought I had a failed motherboard, so I brought a new board to try things out, turns out the old board is fine but I should've reseated my memory sticks. I was going to keep the new board but turns out the new board is DOA and won't install windows, so I took the new board out and put my old one back... after all of this I really fall in love with this case... saved me so much time and avoided lots of headaches... Sorry I wasn't speaking the proper English, but I hope you can catch my drift.

Love the dust filters... I just did a major overhaul to my system(see cons) and there is minimum dust accumulation on my components after two years of constant use. Amazing!

Cons: Too plastic-y? Looks ugly when the front panel is removed.
After more then 2 years of use, something about left side panel probably went loose overtime and it developed a rattling noise until I removed the panel and re-seated it. Then the noise is gone... weird.

Other Thoughts: I wish Corsair will introduce an new revision of this case... but.. really... what do they need to fix?? Maybe change that silver front panel to black and less plastic. Sorry had to nitpick.

4 out of 5 eggsBeveled

Pros: - Beautiful, simple, quality construction
- Sound dampening
- Cable management
- No windows... all utility

Cons: The motherboard tray is beveled (it is flat on most other chassis), which was obviously by design for the cable management on the opposite side. The problem with this is that on many [all x99] boards, the SATA connectors are angled to the side of the board and stacked in twos. This case effectively eliminates use of the bottom five of the ten SATA connections. Fortunately, thanks to M.2, I'm only using one SATA connector, but this is clearly an oversight that a builder with many SATA drives using this chassis needs to be conscious of.

Other Thoughts: I'm not overly fond of how the hard drives require the utility of BOTH side doors... one to mount the drive (which is super easy) and the other side for the connection/power. I don't change out my drives all that often so no biggie.

I'm also a little uneasy about the buttons in the back to take off the side doors. Seems to me they won't stand the test of time. Would be nice if there were your typical two screw holes for each side in the rear as a backup.

Others have mentioned how the front door is a little goofy, but not a deal breaker.

1 out of 5 eggsHuge Disappointment

Pros: HDD and power LED lights are a nice white instead of annoying blue.

Cons: Steel case material is paper thin and super flimsy. Side panels warp easily. Not a whole lot of room behind the board for cable routing. Fan filters are a cheap perforated sheet of plastic stuck on with magnetic tape. They restrict air flow more than filter air. A fiber weave type filter would work much better. The front door is attached with tiny metal clamps on both sides and requires too much force to open. You have to pull so hard that both sides end up coming off. It would have been better to use a magnetic closure. Two of the fans had pins not seated in the connector properly, but that's ok, they're just cheap sleeve bearing fans and you'll throw them away anyhow. You have to unscrew the two front bottom feet in order to completely unsnap the front bezel. Poor quality and construction. Too much cutting corners and it shows. I'd return it, but I already threw away the box. It's going into the recycling bin and out with the trash.

5 out of 5 eggsPerfect

Pros: Love the slick look and available slots for expansion. Built mine as a home computer (not a gaming rig), but it is blazing fast for home use. I have i5 with 2 ssds and a TB hdd, gigabyte mb, 16gb memory and 750w psu. No additional cooling used. Running windows 7 pro. Runs really quiet.

Cons: Not really a con, but if you go up from a slim to this tower, you will think you are putting up a fridge!

5 out of 5 eggsClean, Quiet and Ominous

Pros: This case is all about doing things right. It's clean, quiet and well put together. The cable routing is awesome and keeps things really clean inside

Cons: None yet

Other Thoughts: Make sure you check your available space for this case as it's a little on the big size. Not a bad this and it makes working inside it a dream.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome build quality

Pros: - very good build quality
- allows minor customization (ie. hdd tray can be removed to allow for greater airflow)
- push button panel release (definitely a game changer)
- push button vent covers (removed during game play for great cooling)
- beyond quiet
- awesome customer service - IO panel broke on install and corsair shipped new io panel.

Cons: - the plastic hinge that holds front door looks a little weak (but comes with replacements hinges and easy to replace)
- the screw slots for power supply oddly didn't align with HX750 PSU, only got 3 screws holding PSU (which is fine)

5 out of 5 eggsClassy Case

Pros: Solid construction, Classy, professional looks, nicely finished. Dead quiet with large, quiet case fans, sound deadening material. Lots of room inside, even for tall CPU coolers like Coolermaster Hyper 212 EVO. Nice thumbscrews everywhere. Great cable management features.

Cons: limited documentation, large size

Other Thoughts: Great case to work with, no sharp edges, nicely finished, lots of room.
