5 out of 5 eggsPerfect Budget gaming or Home PC case

Pros: This case is fantastic for the average PC builder if your on a budget and here's about 8 good points about this case.
1- Room behind motherboard tray with tie downs for cable management

2-Tooless bays with optional anchor screws for guaranteed drive security.

3-Interesting tooless SSD mounting over HD cage allowing for 4 SSDs without adapters.

4-Bottom mounted PSU placement with removable Filter to help control dust additional non removable filter for front fans.

5-Seven expansion card slots are designed to allow additional airflow.

6-Motherboard mounting offset indent to allow for proper motherboard positioning without screws.

7-2 Fans included, 1 in front 1 in back, room for 6 additional 120mm-140mm, 2 on top, 2 on the side, 1 bottom, "1front" Requires removal of SSD/HD cage,

8-Corsair Liquid cooler capable Just keep in mind dimensions of motherboard ram/ Heat sink placements oversize coolers may obstruct access to motherboard components but still may be able to fit if the ram / motherboard heat sinks are short enough and installed first before you install your cooler.

Cons: there are a few cons with this case but you can't have everything at this price.
1- only the front and PSU has filters not really a big deal as most cases at this price don't have these anyway

2- 2nd front fan requires removal of the drive cage.

3-Semi short allowance on top in case of liquid coolers 120mm dual rad coolers have offset to help with this issue

4-Rubber grommets for fans but no grommets for wire access holes which are in other corsair cases, though could be possibly added at a later day but the builder.

5-Large PSU's may block the addition of the lower 120-140mm fan

Other Thoughts: This case will do in most applications with plenty of features and good quality control from corsair, it's cons are not really cons for the price and other cases at this tier lack many of its features which are more commonly found in +$100 cases.

4 out of 5 eggsGood, simple case

Pros: Pros:
- simple, clean aesthetic
- decent cable mgmt allotment behind mobo tray
- ample fan options
- decent intake filters

Cons: Cons:
- lots of plastic for this price point
- not a lot of extras for being in the $70-$80 MSRP price point; should include cable mgmt grommets, less plastic, etc...doesn't compete well unless you can get it on sale for under $50, imo

Other Thoughts: They didn't have the window version when I bought it at release, so I modded it and put a window on myself, and it turned out really nice. Seems like a good case for all types of mods.

5 out of 5 eggswow. for the money? This is a beauty

Pros: Price point, steel construction, tool-less drive mounts, great air flow, awesome thumb screws, good cable management with ties... i could just keep going on. I've built a lot of PCs in my day and this case is too good to be true for what you pay for it. Tons of room in this case despite its size. A pleasure to build with.

Cons: Power supply at the bottom of the case meant that I needed to stretch out my 8 pin power cable from my seasonic PSU across the front of the board instead of using the cable management system.

Other Thoughts: I'd definitely buy this again.

5 out of 5 eggsSolid Value Case

Pros: I really like the details put into this value case like the all black interior, the black thumbscrews, the mounting options for different coolers/fans. This was unexpectedly great for the price I paid for it and I really like the clean look.

Cons: The white LED is pretty bright especially in a dark room.

Other Thoughts: I bought this to downsize a full tower computer that I wanted to use as a server. Not only did it fit all the components but I had room to spare and better cable management options. I wouldn't hesitate to use this case for future builds.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Came from a Antec 300. Cable management is nice. Plenty of room. Nice case overall.

Cons: Power button doesn't have a solid click, and must push in much further than I'm used to. Could use more tie wrap points. 8 pin MB connector from a Corsair CX430m took some convincing to fit though the cable slot at the top, and a 140mm fan may or may not fit with the 8pin cable

where it's at right now. With a hard drive in the bottom slot, very difficult to reach the bottom clip to remove the front bezel.

Other Thoughts: Minor issues, but nice overall.

5 out of 5 eggs5 stars aren't enough

Pros: The first thing that stands out is the engineering and design that went into this case. For example the 5 1/4 inch drive bays have a simple latch that secure the DVD drives without using any screws. On top of that there are also a couple of holes on both sides of the slot so that you can screw in accessories that are too short to be secured by the latch.

The case has significantly more spaces for fans than most people would use for a air cooled system. The case comes with one 120mm fan in the front of the case and another one in the rear of the case. There are mountings for 6 more fans for a total of 8 fans.

The 3 1/2 inch drive bays are tool-less and the case is designed so that all of the wiring is behind the back side of the case (or behind the motherboard). In addition there are two 2 1/2 inch slots for SSD drives if you have those as well.

There are cutouts where most of the normal stuff (24 pin power, SATA connections, USB 3.0 connection, and also the 4 or 8 pin power connection at the top of the motherboard. Plus a very large cutout behind the processor. There should be no reason for a sloppy wiring job on this case.

The power supply mounts on the bottom and there is a removable screen that you remove to clean out the dust that is captured after an extended period of operation.

I would have to give this case more than 5 stars because I am that pleased with my purchase.

Cons: I am not a person that goes in for CLC (water cooling) so I did not install a radiator in this case. However, just from looking at it I would say it would be pretty difficult to install a 240mm cooler in this case because the space at the top is pretty tight. A regular 120mm fan is almost touching the motherboard when it is installed so if the radiator is mounted against the top then the fans would be protruding over the motherboard by some 15 or 20mm. However, the mounting holes are offset from the edge so there may be enough elevation to clear the motherboard, I guess it would depend on how your motherboard is designed. If it has large heatsinks near the top edge then I would guess that they wouldn't. If you use 120mm CLCs then you could mount them on the back of the case and also at the bottom.

Other Thoughts: I have seen comments about the case being flimsy and the doors flexing or giving when you twist the door. I have also seen negative comments about the drive bays being made out of plastic and concerns about how well they will stand up. Both the 2 1/2 inch and the 3 1/2 inch bays hold the drives snugly in place and unless you change them out an awful lot they should serve you just fine for the life of your machine. I think that the only negative thing I saw with the drive bays is the fact that there is some play at the bottom that might cause you to hear some vibration noise from the mechanical drives but it wasn't apparent to me. If you were concerned you could add a machine screw through the bottom of the case or wedge some foam between it and the case to resolve the movement.

I have built a lot of computers and I have seen a lot of cases. This is an inexpensive case so you can't expect it to be made out of 1/4 inch steel. However, it is the best designed inexpensive case that I have seen, with a lot more options than most, and I feel certain that you will be pleased with your purchase.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Starter Case

Pros: Was part of an enthusiast budget build and it's a fantastic bang for the buck. Has plenty of room for my entire setup, plenty of room for expansion as well. The two fans are nice and the case has good air flow.

Cons: Had to cover up the top grill because I feel dust will get in through it the easiest, though I don't know much about dust.

5 out of 5 eggsBeautiful Case

Pros: - Price
- Space inside
- Premounted front fans
- Tool-free design
- Cable management
- All BLACK interior

Cons: - Completely misses a screw standoff for motherboards

Other Thoughts: At it's low cost, I honestly expected a 'cheap' made case. That is *not* the case with this case. I was spectacularly impressed with the design of this case. First, the interior is all black (which you don't see on cheaper cases), making cable management pretty simple. Second, there's TONS of room inside. The way this case was laid out, provides ample space for everything you need. Another great feature is that this case comes with pre-mounted front case fans.

I absolutely love this case. I've purchased many of cases, and this one by far fits everything I needed, and does it beautifully, especially at the cost.

My only druther with the case is minimal. There's a standoff missing for pretty much every motherboard. I compared a few boards inside, and found a standoff/screw area is missing. It's not a *huge* ordeal, but it does feel a bit off when you first inatll.
