5 out of 5 eggsBig?????

Pros: Big? Huge! The pictures do not do this beast justice! Ample space! Room for two power supplies, removable hard driver bays that can be repositioned, extension cable for your MB (because the case is that big). Stock fans run quiet, several mounting locations for radiators and easy clean dust covers. If you're looking for a case that will provide you with ample room to upgrade, then this is it.

Cons: Heavy! Even without the hardward installed, it is still heavy... But that's not really a con. Most of this beast is metal so you get what you pay for... Quality! Quality just happens to be heavy.

Wouldn't mind a overhaul on appearance, but that is just being picky. Seriously, there is nothing wrong with this case... Ask Chuck Norris!

5 out of 5 eggsHUGE

Pros: H U G E Case... I was able to get all kinds of tools in the case to install water cooling, extra fans and all other components. Plenty of space for HDs, PSUs and mulitple MB sizes.

Cons: Expansion card slots you need to use a right angle screwdriver that is included. That's it though, the ONLY con!

1 out of 5 eggsAvoid like the plague...

Pros: It looks halfway decent, but is very deceiving. Newegg refunded my money.

Cons: More cheap plastic than most. Edges are sharp. Case weighs more than aluminum should, hmmm. Different areas of the case were painted slightly different. The entire frame was bent, but the box and packaging were in perfect shape. The doors had to be slammed shut and pried open. The I/O panel was cracked on the inside of the left side. The I/O door's holder was broken. The thin plastic drive holders are extremely flimsy. Ended up wasting my own money to purchase extra parts not included, hot swap drive brackets. Had to purchase a mid plate that isn't included as well. There's a lack of proper documentation, but plenty of up sale info. Don't feel cheated by buying this case. You will regret it.

Other Thoughts: Thank you Newegg for the prompt refund. There are plenty of other cases that are better built and have space for extreme cooling. Even the designer knew this case cut way too many corners to be accepted as something good.

5 out of 5 eggsSize isn't everything...

Pros: Ok, yes it is. And this thing has it. With ample living space for a modest family of dwarves, PLUS room for any system you could dream of, the room is there. Large form factor boards, multi-GPU, custom water cooling, dual PSU, more drive bays than the Starship Enterprise. This was truly love at first sight.

Cons: Only thing I can think is weight. This thing weighs as much as infant elephant after ingesting a full meal of depleted uranium. Make sure to lift with your back so you slip a disc or three. But really, unboxing can be fun, safety first! (or third, or at least somewhere on the list)

5 out of 5 eggsDoubles as a house

Pros: As indicated in my title, the case is absolutely gigantic. The only cases you'll find any bigger than this is likely going to be an enthusiast class Lian Li double-wide case or something along those lines. Plenty of room for a custom liquid cooling loop and a multitude of hard drives and multiple GPU's.

As it is made from cast aluminum, it is very sturdy, though quite heavy. The large window on the side panel makes it very easy to show off your PC's components.

The magnetic dust filters are EXTREMELY easy to remove and clean, as is the front dust filter.

The black powder coat finish is very attractive.

Cons: Heavy. Don't plan on moving this thing much once you've filled it with components.

One of the lower compartment doors is finnicky and doesn't like to close unless it's having a good day, but it stays closed once I manage to get it there.

The front panel cover is prone to being bumped if you're not careful. Thankfully it's rather difficult to actually break due to the snap-in hinge setup.

Screwing in finger screws after installing add-in cards is a pain due to the frame extending over where the screws go. Small hands with strong fingers are useful here.

Other Thoughts: Thinking about moving out of my apartment and living in this thing for a while to save money.

5 out of 5 eggsSmall house

Pros: Yes people say it's huge. Yes the dimensions are listed. It is still a shock how big it is. The construction is really good in mine.

The screws for expansion slots were not as big of an issue as others for me. I am using large cards, but no water cooling so maybe that is the difference.

The options for fan/radiator mounting are really great. and tons of room to mount them.

Tons of space and options behind the motherboard for routing of wires. I do not have a single wire sticking out more than a few inches to reach plug-in spots.

Cons: Most of the backside fan mounts are not usable at all if you install a power supply in the default spot. Is there really an option?
The worst thing was the film on the front covers. None of them came off cleanly and left a ton of residue.

5 out of 5 eggsFantastic Case

Pros: Size, this thing is huge and it is even bigger on the inside.
Quality, this thing with an exception of 2 things is the highest quality case i have ever owned.
Design, i have run into the issue before, where i buy a case, put a large radiator somewhere in it, and all the fan wholes don't line up quite right, well the designers at corsair decided to make the fan mounting holes on the top front and back those oval wholes so you can adjust the spacing so the radiators fit in there correctly, those guys need an award of some sort.
Has 3 hot swap bays built into it which makes it a hell of allot easier for doing a raid 5 in this thing,on top of having space for 6 more addition hard drives.
Cable management, in the back they gave you a ton of room to put all your cables, in addition there are these big plastic clips that lock down all the cables going from the bottom to the top inside the cable management area, which made getting the cables all cleanly run through the case much easier.
The side panels are not held on with screws, they just have a button you push and it slides right off, which means no losing one of the screws every time you open the side to catch a dust bunny, on top of that, there are more panels on the bottom of the case where the hot swap bays are and the power supply, and you just pull a little lever and the side folds down so you can access the hot swap bays/dust filters without having to remove the big panels on the side of the case.

Cons: Not allot of cons here, but just 2 things that need to be addressed, the hard drives trays are some of the cheapest i have ever seen, you will often fine that the lever on the front of the tray that locks it in has come off and this is due to the fact that there is nothing holding the hing pin in on the bottom, it just slides in from the top and that's it. so every other time you take it out you will have to get the bottom of the lever back where its supposed to be or the tray wont lock in right, not a huge issue, but when you spend $350 on a computer case you would expect the quality to be up to par, the quality on the rest of the case is fantastic, im just not sure what happened to the trays, the other con, is that the magnetic dust filter on the left side of the case would not stay on in one corner, a little Velcro fixed the issue, im not sure if that is on the fault of the filter or the or the fault of the 18 130cfm fans i put in the case, just somthing to consider, however since the dust filter is near the hard drives and is held on magnetically, i can understand not wanting to put and overly strong magnet near the storage bays.

Other Thoughts: This is hands down the best case i have ever used, I personally went back and forth for days trying to find another case that would be as good as this one for a lesser price as i was having a hard time justifying the $350, However i couldn't find anything that compared, but having used it now, i would have no problem at all buying another one, being that with this you get what you pay for. The minor issue with the hard drive bays would not justify taking an egg away from this case, since as a whole, this case is just fantastic, and you shouldn't have to mess with the hard drives too much.

3 out of 5 eggsok case

Pros: very big case can do a lot of stuff in it lots of rad supports, any motherboard size somewhat flexible when trying to plan your build

Cons: VERY CHEAP BUILD QUALITY had to RMA 2 things
front I.O
bay covers
luckily corsair has amazing customer support and if you complain a little you can almost get anything for your case
doors in basement don't hold correctly
all around i would just say avoid it

Other Thoughts: if you want a case of this size and flexibility go to case labs and check out the Magnum SMA8 its basically the same thing as the 900D i wouldn't be surprised if corsair stole some of their ideas from this case because they are so alike
the price is a bit higher but the build quality is 100% better and the case can be custom to your needs
in my opinion spend the extra couple hundred bucks because you know you can if your buying a case like this and get something you wont regret like i did the case labs worked out so much better for me at least

4 out of 5 eggsGood but not flawless

Pros: Huge, Very well laid out, plenty of room for anything you could imagine. Excellent cable routing options.

Cons: Huge, much more huge than it looks in pictures. Hard drive retention mechanisms are pathetically flimsy. Optical drive tool free retention mechanisms break easily as well as the cable retention devices on the back of the motherboard tray. Maybe they weren't intended to be handled by men...except the lifting part. Expansion card thumbscrews are difficult to manipulate for big hands.

Other Thoughts: Corsair rebates are a scam, been waiting 14 weeks, rebate said 8 weeks, guess that $30 is out the window. This is an amazing chassis, with some absolutely cheesy flaws...chintzy retention systems, makes me wish I had spent more on a custom LD tower.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome Case

Pros: Can lock a small child inside when on timeout
Fits gigantic Vid Cards
Lots of space for water cooling system
Comes with 10 drive bays and 5 hotswap bays (All HDD/SSD bays can be moved around in blocks of 5)
Can mount fans on drive bays for extra cooling.

Cons: So big I feel like I should get some kinda homeowner's insurance.
Top Grill/Grate/Dustfilter is kinda tricky to get off. (There is a little tab in the center of the ceiling of the case on the window side. Push tab up a little and slide top towards non-window side.)
Came with one of the front 120mm fans broken, Newegg customer service took care of it same day.

Other Thoughts: it is HUGE
it's also super duper sexy.
Brushed aluminum is kind of a pain to keep clean, fingerprints are noticeable. Nothing water and a rag can't fix, though.

Optical drives look kind of wonky in the bay, be warned.
