5 out of 5 eggsAwesome Case

Pros: Very militaristic look case, came with all the hardware to install motherboard. I had to buy a usb 3 adapter cable for the front usb ports of the case so I could plug it into my motherboard. Not the cases fault, I just had an older motherboard. Very sharp looking case. If you have a extremely large heatsink you make have issues fitting it into this case. I had to alter my heatsync slightly to get it to fit. I would definitely recommend and buy this case again.

Cons: none

4 out of 5 eggsbetter than expected

Pros: Looks smaller than it really is, which is a good thing in my book. Better cable management and room in the back of the case for hiding than most cases in this range. Nice design and easy to wire. Large fans provided good airflow and has room for more.

Cons: Motherboard's CPU 6/8 pin would have problems with a non flattened power cable with the hole they provided (almost doesn't look like a CPU power.. Even with the power supply I used, to hid that particular wire was a pain in the..

Other Thoughts: I liked the way they arranged the hard drives, however both panels need to come off for installing. Brackets come out from one side and wired on the other. Also which couldn't be seen is the hard drive light is actually a red band at the top. I would buy this case again.

3 out of 5 eggsREAD corsiar AMD combo

Pros: Its spacious and a Goood price. It includes two fans and a lot of memory space and two nice DVD drives

Cons: They sent me one ground screw for my motherboard. Cmon they are trying to short it. In the combo the motherboard DOES NOT TAKE USB 3.0 and has only one fan plug in. Kinda got ripped off so CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE BUY!

Other Thoughts: I'm hoping it doesn't but if my motherhood shorts I will ent an exchange.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat but no perfect

Pros: Great looking.
Comes with two 120mm fans, my old case had one 80mm so im fine with anything better than that.
Good amount of optional fan space.
cable management isnt the best but is really good. (see cons).
Comes with dust filters.
Alot of expandabilty options overall.

Cons: Interior Paint Finish comes off easily.
No 4/8pin cpu cable management hole
Not much instructions or details come with the case.
Dust filters take longer than needed to be installed.
Corsair's products and their pricings are awesome in my opinion but im disappointed because of the defect i found on the side panel window, where is the quality control?

Other Thoughts: i would recommend buying this case even though it has some cons, chances are you wont get a defected case like mine, and if ur not an OCD freak then the dust filters wont be much of a problem. neither will the fact that you dont have a management hole for your cpu cable. nor the fact that the interior paint can come off easily , its just a few scratches but it still would be better if the paint was more "Durable".
the reason i took an egg off is because of the defect i got, other than that its an overall great case for the price.

3 out of 5 eggsPerfectly acceptable, but not perfect.

Pros: - Sturdy and well-made, a hallmark of Corsair products
- USB 3.0 front ports
- Built-in mesh filter screens top and bottom
- Tool-less design for 5.25" bays, 3.5" HDD bays, and 2.5" HDD/SSD bays.
- Side bulge for cable management makes up for small space behind motherboard tray.
- Large access hole for motherboard backplane, for installing aftermarket coolers without removing motherboard.
- Case can mount PSU in both intake-down and intake-up orientations.
- Well-labeled front panel connections.
- Lockable side panel for LAN party use.
- Top fan mounts are offset to side to account for motherboard and RAM.
- Nice tall feet on the bottom to help airflow.

Cons: - Interior finish scratches very easily.
- No cable management holes for 8-pin CPU cable routing.
- Only USB 3.0 on front panel with no adapter cable for USB 2.0.
- Tool-less holder for 5.25" bays not strong enough to hold ODD in place when installing front panel.
- With Corsair H70 as exhaust, top back fan mount unusable.
- Front bottom fan mount cannot fit 38mm thick fans due to disk drive cage spacing.
- If you want to use screws to secure your 3.5" HDDs, you have to put them in before the front bottom fan - the fan blocks access to the screw holes.
- Thumb screws for side panels non-removable from side panels, and are not of the same quality as other hardware in case.
- No handles.

Other Thoughts: I bought this case to use as a replacement for my original 3 year old Milwaukee PC case. I wanted something with more cooling options and that wasn't a full-height ATX tower. The Corsair delivers, but it had small issues that keep it simply in the middle of the road. I do recommend this case, but it has issues.

The motherboard standoffs come pre-installed in an ATX configuration, tighter than what you can remove by hand. Since my P7H55D-M EVO is a microATX, I had to remove two standoffs and put them in the proper place for my board. In removing the second one, my socket scratched the interior finish.

This case is USB 3.0 ONLY, and since there's no included USB 3.0 - 2.0 adapter cable, until I buy one I don't have front USB ports.

The thumbscrews for the side panels require a screwdriver, since you'll never get them to line up right to just hand-tighten them.

The tool-less mount for the 5.25" drive is single-sided only. You'll have to install at least one screw in the other side to hold the drive in place when installing the front panel.

There's no path to cable manage the 8-pin CPU cable.

If you use a watercooler like a Corsair H70 in the standard rear exhaust, you can't fit a fan in the top rear position. There would be plenty of room to use the H70 on the top-front intake, but why pre-heat the air going into your case?

The lower front 120mm fan mount can only use 25mm or thinner fans - a 38mm won't fit.

There's no handles on it - you can mount standard cabinet handles to holes in top mesh, but the spacing is off enough that the handles have to be at an angle.

Other than what I've specifically mentioned, everything else about this case I like. It has good styling, top-mounted buttons and USB's, it can accept a PSU with intake-up or intake-down, it has lots of room for fans, the tool-less bays for HDDs/SSDs are sturdy, and the lack of a tool-less system for expansion slots means it's easy to install multi-slot GPU's. It's leaps and bounds superior to my old case, with the exception that the old one had a handle.

I do recommend this case, but read through the list of cons first before buying. If what bothered me about it doesn't bother you, then you'll be quite happy with it indeed.

My system:
MB: Asus P7H55D-M EVO
CPU: Intel i5-655k
Cooler: Corsair H70 with stock Corsair fans in push-pull at 12V
HDDs: Seagate Barracuda 1TB, Spinpoint F3 750GB, Spinpoint F1 500GB
SSD: Kingston SSDNow 120GB
Fans: stock Corsair front fan at 12V, 3x Nidec BetaV TA450DC at 5V

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Case, not perfect

Pros: Looks great, good cable management, solidly built, tool-less design is convenient and well done. Overall, a great case with very good airflow options.

Cons: I bought this with a Corsair H60, as the case lists it as being compatible, but on installation, I fount the top rail where the side panel slides in is in the way of the top of the radiator by about 2mm. No way it fits without modification. I made it work, but considering these are both Corsair products, I should not have had to bend metal, and chip the paint to fit a fan and radiator. Also ends up being in the way if you want to mount a top fan in the rear position, by about 2mm as well. Filter on bottom doesn't slide out, but I knew that before purchasing.

Other Thoughts: Rear thumb screws for side panels are a bit cheap feeling, but all in all, this case is less than is aimed at low-mid level pricepoint, so I wasn't expecting perfection. For the most part, this case is awesome, and after some fiddling, I got everything installed pretty cleanly. A few revisions, and this would be as perfect as you could get for a good looking and functional budget case.

4 out of 5 eggsDecent case for the price

Pros: Pro: Dual SSD cages on top of hard drive rack. Powder coated interior, and basic cable management space are pluses. Motherboard mounts are Pre-installed

Cons: Hard drive mounts backwards, so you have to remove both sides of the case to mount. (not a deal breaker). Front USB header is a single unit, not dual 10pin. Again, not a deal breaker, but doesnt' work with all motherboards.
Motherboard mounts are pre-installed.

Other Thoughts: Overall, for 59.00 this is a cool looking case, with some nice features.

3 out of 5 eggsNice case

Pros: High airflow as described. Looks cool and lots of cable management. Have enough room for gigantic video card.

Cons: Not enough 5.25" bay. It should be at least 3 5.25" bay not 2. Don't have room for lightings inside. Can't install fan at the bottom coz' the psu is in the way.

2 out of 5 eggsSaying this case has dust filters is giving a very generous definition of filter.

Pros: PSU can be mounted upside down to intake air through the lower "filter" rather than inside the case. Plenty of room for cable management. The drive bays are tool-less, if that's your thing. Very stylish yet simple.

Cons: The filters are just mesh. And not a fine mesh. They won't keep dust out. The top "filter" would just keep dust INSIDE the case since that is supposed to be exhaust. The front "filter" wouldn't stop anything and isn't removable without removing the entire front panel. Anyone with an Antec 900 knows what the front mesh looks like after 1 month with those 2 big fans there. The bottom "filter" is "removable" in the sense that your car's engine is removable; not without some effort. Rather than a tray that slides out or a side access, the only way to remove the mesh "filter" on the bottom is to flip the tower on its side and bend the mesh to clear the little tabs holding it in place. The paint is incredibly thin and chips under nearly every screw for every fan. Anything harder or sharper than your skin will scratch it. The sheet metal is also thin, so don't put too much pressure on certain areas or you will risk creasing the case panels.

Other Thoughts: I purchased the case for the filters, and was beyond sorely disappointed. The OEM fans are typical cheap fans, but I never planed on using them anyway. Also, for how enormous the case is, having one extra 5.25" bay would have been nice, but it wasn't a deal breaker. At this point, I'm keeping it merely because I like the style, though I may work out something to actually filter dust in the future. If it cost as much as a 900, I would be sending it back post haste.

5 out of 5 eggsFantastic Art Deco

Pros: Beautiful design and superb construction. Very very impressive for anyone. Mine is in an office atmosphere and looks right at home.

Cons: Honestly, none that I can think of.

Other Thoughts: If you are a fan of the art deco look, this is the case for you. Someone very cleverly designed this case to be an eye pleaser and succeeded completely. My hats off to Corsair for retaining their dedication to quality even in a budget case. Go to for the specifics.such as yes there are thumbscrews on the expansion slots.
