5 out of 5 eggsIt grows on me

Pros: Nice look, USB 3.0 on front, slightly tinted glass window, decent space for hardware, easy to follow instruction book, comes with all necessary screws.

Cons: Not too much space for cables, only one fan, not as sturdy as I would've liked, HDD/SSD trays are flimsy plastic (but work perfectly fine for me).

Other Thoughts: If choosing between SPEC 01, 02, and 03, I would've went for SPEC 02 or 03. In the end I bought another fan for rear exhaust when I could've just bought the SPEC 02 for the same result (I couldn't decide before). I know some people were able to fit the CM Hyper 212 Evo cpu cooler just barely, but I couldn't because it would touch the side panel and I couldn't close the door. I bought the CM Hyper TX3 instead, which fits comfortably. (Basically heatsinks with fans less than 120mm will fit). Cable management is doable, just takes a little time. As my first build, it took me the second time of taking apart and putting together to get the cables better. For the CPU power cable, you should plug it into the mobo and through the back of the case before screwing the mobo in. My case happened to come in dented at the top, which affected the mobo side panel to not close properly and the back I/O shield to not line up with the mobo I/O, but I don't take eggs off because of this. The only thing about this is that this tells me the metal is not as sturdy as I expected. Even my old Dell PC cases running Intel Duo Core 2s are sturdier. My front panel where the filter/fan is doesn't seem to come off as easily as some people I've watched on YouTube as well. Thinking about replacing, but I've got everything working and fit so kind of no need to and can try to un-dent it myself.

Bottom line: I would recommend for a budget/beginner builder's case if you don't mind no exhaust fan. If you want the front/back fans, I would highly recommend the SPEC 02. All in all, still a great case!

5 out of 5 eggsWell Built Case

Pros: The case itself feels really sturdy and enjoyable, it looks great too, everything went in without a hitch. You can also enjoy staring at your glorious parts inside if your one of those guys. Otherwise the USBs work fine, the fan works great at blowing in air to provide good airflow throughout the case.

Cons: Not gonna drop an egg for this since it doesn't bother me much, but on the back panel where you can wire stuff through the back, it seems to be a bit weird with holding all the cables, especially if you have thick ones like I do, but they poke out the panel a bit, and kinda have a tight squeeze. The panel also fights with the SATA cables that plug into my HDDs a bit.

Other Thoughts: Overall great case besides the tiny bit of space to put cabling.

3 out of 5 eggsDo the job but cheap and basic.

Pros: - Angry red looking (sick!)
-Compact
-Full size window
-Bump on left side panel for extra cable management space
-Bump on right side panel for larger air coolers
-USB 3.0 port on front
-Fine mesh dust filter on front
-Top dual 120mm fan has H100/H100i support providing motherboard and RAM height does not exceed I/O shield height *See cons
-Nice red bar on top when on
-Case is painted then assembled, rare in cheaper cases, making it more mod-friendly than other cases
-Cable holes for both ATX and Micro ATX motherboards
-Inexpensive
- Both sides are removable easily

Cons: -Only 1 fan (front)
- Cheap PLASTIC caddies for the drive and air filters caddies (pretty flimsy)
- Water cooling space problem (mobo mounts really high, may have trouble fitting H100 240mm)
- Drive bay oriented differently (check the preview pics)

Other Thoughts: I think its a good and common case for average user for the price. It do the job. But i would personally prefer go spec 02 or 03 (not tested them yet)

5 out of 5 eggsGreat case, Lots of space

Pros: -Large Case. tons can be added into this

-usb 3.0 x2 on the front (x2 on the back too)

-comes with 1 120mm red LED fan (3pin)

-I really like the way the HDD's are installed. I think it's normal now, but if this is one of your first builds, these clips make life real easy. The only pop on one way, then add some screws on the bottom, and slide it in. DONE.

-Clear side panel makes it easy to check that fans are spinning, and some LED's add some nice flare.

Cons: Only one that has really stood out to me is when you are trying to install an aftermarket cooler. When you get an aftermarket cooler, you usually have to take what the old heatsink clips screw into off of the back side. I already had the motherboard secured into the computer, and was hoping to just work from the backside of the case. There is a hole after you remove the other side of the case, however, it seems off center of where it should be. It's lower than I needed it to be to get the other two screws out, I understand other motherboards CPUS can be in different spaces so this is probably a generic hole. Just mentioning that you might have to take the mobo back out to do a cooler swap. Corsair could make the hole bigger to accommodate more mobo setups.

Other Thoughts: Seriously cool case, and I got it cheap WITH a mail in rebate. --Happy Customer--

4 out of 5 eggsGreat for the price

Pros: Viewing window
Completely black (even under drive cage and stuff)
DVD Drive mounts
Light
Easy to open
Good cable management

Cons: Cheap Metal (Its cheap though)
Dents easy
Plastic viewing windows can get scratched

Other Thoughts: Lots of people saying that the cable managements is bad but its actually very good. Idk what they are trying to put back there.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Good quality for the price. Lots of places to add more fans.

Cons: HDD/SSD mounts are cheap plastic not a big deal really.

Other Thoughts: This is the first case I've owned where the power supply mounts on the bottom. Great for airflow but had to get very creative getting some of my power cables to reach where they needed to be. Not the cases fault but something to be aware especially if you're using an older power supply like me.

2 out of 5 eggsMeh

Pros: Good looks, tool-less drives, front port USB 3.0, window panel, zip ties included, decent cable management.

Cons: Preinstalled standoffs. This wouldn't be so much of an issue if they didn't include just ONE spare. My microATX motherboard was left without a couple of its mounting points installed, which is unacceptable. Just let me put in my standoffs myself, Corsair.
Also, it's the lightest case I've ever used, which makes it feel cheap as hell. Corsair also nickel-and-dimes you by only including one fan, which is inadequate for most builds - meaning you have to spend extra money on another or two. Yes, it's advertised as such, and I bought it knowing that (i had an extra fan). That doesn't mean it's okay, even for a budget case like this, since that one fan moves zero air.

Other Thoughts: Looks better than pretty much any other budget case, but you get what you pay for as far as features and quality. Do yourself a favor and spend an extra 10 bucks on a comparable NZXT or Rosewill case, or maybe the Spec-03. It'll be worth it just for the fans, if not the superior build quality.
