Pros: Good Airflow
Plenty of fan mounts
Nice color scheme
Side panels can both be removed

Cons: Front panel hard to get off
Cable management is pretty bad...
Very loud
light has places to peep out a lot
Radiators up top is a big no-no

Other Thoughts: Good for a red and black color scheme

4 out of 5 eggsGreat case!

Pros: For the price, this case rocks! Lots of space for everything you need, and looks really cool.

Cons: IDK if you really call them cons or not, because i knew what i was getting. But had to add a couple more fans to get good cooling. Drive carriers are a little flimsy. But seriously, if you're on a budget, buy this case.

Other Thoughts: Really cool looking, sturdy case. Excellent airflow with a couple additional fans. Keeping my system nice and chilly.

5 out of 5 eggsI like this case

Pros: **Red LED case fan
**Lots of room for cable management
**Corsair rebate came back within 5 weeks

Cons: **Fan was a little nosier than anticipated. Easy fix using fan controller.

Other Thoughts: For 50 bucks, one should expect thin steel. This is a great budget case, or for first time builders. I added a red 120mm LED case fan for the rear. I love the case's aesthetics and functionality. Highly recommend this case if you can get it for under 40 bucks.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat mid case

Pros: This case has great air flow and looks sweet to
hard drive mounts will do 3.5 and 2.5
running 5 fans in case with an h60 and GTX 950 FTW video card and lots of room
case stays cool
cable management is great with right side having the space in it

Cons: non

Other Thoughts: i do have one thing to add i overclocked my fx-4350 to 4.8GH and it runs great but.... it seems the socket temp is allmost 20F higher then cpu temp. I am checking in to it to see if its an hot air build up behind MB or if just needs a small fan to move some air on the back side of socket MB is a ( 970 pro/gamers arura )

5 out of 5 eggsGood case, AWESOME price!

Pros: For $50(as of February 2016) this case is a STEAL, my PC runs SUPER cool thanks to the 5 fan slots. The red LEDs on the front panel went well with my build as well. Keep in mind this was my first PC build EVER, but I give this case a 5/5, how could it get much better?

Cons: A little big, but i'm probably just saying that because I was a laptop owner a month ago.

Other Thoughts: I would recommend this to anyone looking for a budget PC case for a red/black themed build!

5 out of 5 eggsGreat for my first build

Pros: For my first build i decided to go for this case (the Bane case). Its easy to use, install was a breeze, and cable management was easy. The side of the case with out the window does come out a little for cables and zip tie loops. The front cover comes off the clean the filter (a little muscle to get it off), and the back bottom has a slide filter for your power unit. All and all this case is great for newcomers and my friend who works on computers was surprised by all the features the case came with.

Cons: The glass on the side can be scratched easy so use a soft cloth.
There is no top plate for the fan headers on top.

Other Thoughts: 10/10

5 out of 5 eggsSo far so good :)

Pros: Lots of room for activities, havent had much space issues :)

Cons: the inability to make me popcorn, though my AMD CPU might be able to.

Other Thoughts: I would definitely recommend this case for anyone looking for a quality but inexpensive case :)

5 out of 5 eggsNice Case but Not for Liquid Cooling - Updated to 5 eggs.

Pros: This is a nice lightweight and decent quality case for the price. I did not encounter any sharp edges and sides fit nice and tight. Both USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 ports front side. Included black screws to match case (I hate when a manufacturer sells a black case with chrome screws).

It would make an excellent case for desktop computer or workstation using low to mid range CPUs.

UPDATE
Despite the negatives, this case has some nice features and I decided to keep it. I have recommended it to several folks and they like the case. The build quality is excellent and cable management is decent. FX 8350 stays cool with air cooling but GTX 470 gets really hot with only two case fans. originally was going to replace with another case with liquid cooling, but after using this case for over a year I am glad I kept it. One of the main problems with some of the other brands is the plastic front cover - not on this case. The plastic is very strong and you can be confident those tabs and fins will not crack when working on the case.

Cons: This case is not designed for performance CPUs and does not support liquid cooling. I have two liquid coolers and neither one fits. The motherboard is just too close to the top and you cannot fit a radiator in the dual 120s at the top.

Regular fans will block off access to fan connectors on the motherboard. If I want to install top fans, I will need to plug in the CPU fan and the 8-pin power before installing the fans.

Once I found out the liquid cooler would not fit, I had to uninstall the motherboard because the access opening for the backing plate is not large enough to remove the bottom mounting plate for the liquid cooler. The opening looks like it was designed only for Intel motherboards and if you have an AMD motherboard, you can only change backing plate by removing the motherboard.

Nice case but I take off 2 eggs for design. Any case sold as a gaming case should be designed to allow liquid cooling. Additionally, Corsair should state this case is designed for Intel motherboards and AMD motherboards will not have access to back plate.

Other Thoughts: UPDATE - I updated this to 5 Eggs because I feel my earlier review was an injustice to this case. Despite the fact that I could not install liquid cooling, the case is very high quality for the cost and comparing it with similar priced cases, this comes out on top.

I have been using this case for over a year now and I really do like the case. The air flow is adequate and my FX8350 runs cool. I am getting ready to replace the GTX 470 - it gets really hot in this case and has had heat problems. In my previous Antec case with 5 case fans, the GTX 470 got plenty of air and ran about 10C ~ 15C cooler. I had to set minimum fan speed on the GTX 470 to 60% to keep it running. All the newer video cards run much cooler so this should not be a problem. Getting ready to replace the card with an R9-270 and I don't have any heat worries.

For a desktop case, this is a nice case and I would not hesitate to use it.

For building a performance system, this is not the case. The lack of room for installing top fans or liquid cooling will result in a lot of heat build up inside this case. Everything is tight and even cable management is a task with the case. I was installing an FX-8350 with a spare GTX470 video card. I would not trust running those components in this case as I don't feel you could get adequate air flow with just 2 case fans and lack of clearance with everything installed.

Corsair has a nice case and a few designs could have made this a great case. Corsair should have designed this case with room for liquid coolers. Liquid cooling is essential on the higher end processors. Simply moving the motherboard mount down 1 inch or adding 1/2 inch to the width of the case would have provided space needed for water cooling and cable management.

This is a nice $30~$40 case, but in the $50 range, you can do much better.

1 out of 5 eggsVERY disappointed.

Pros: Looks nice
Very nice feeling power and reset buttons
Front dust filter
Very nice looking power LED bar on top

Cons: Where do I even start...
Well, the front dust filter is quite nice... except for the fact that it isn't removable, so you must take a toothpick and manually clean off all 58(?!?!) sections of it.
I love the idea of tool-less 5.25" drive bays! It would be nice if the tool-less mechanism actually worked, however, because if you latch the tool-less mechanism, the drives still move around, and you'll need to shoot screws into the drives anyway.
It's great how they decided to add space for a 240mm radiator, for water-cooling users! Except for the fact that there is so little room between the top of the motherboard and the radiator space that it would be near impossible to fit most radiators in it. Also, the radiator holes serve to weaken an already flimsy piece of metal.
The metal is so paper thin that the weight of a feather could bend it in half. Come on, Corsair! I usually use cheapo $20 Chinese cases, and they all have metal at least 2-3 times this thickness! Hope you don't need to access the insides, because you need to fight with the side panels for at least 10 minutes to get them to actually attach, because just removing them bends them out of shape.
The HDD access indicator being in between the two 3.5mm jacks looks nice and symmetrical... except for the fact that it then makes it impossible to see the indicator when headphones are plugged in from any angle at all to the left.
Speaking of the 3.5mm jacks, they wore out very quickly. My old Antec Sonata III's jacks lasted almost five years before wearing out, these are extremely loose after only a few months.
USB 3 is a nice feature, except that only one port is USB 3. Have USB 3? You'll still need to occupy one of your USB 2 headers for the other port. No USB 3? You'll need a (not included) USB 3 to USB 2 header adapter, and will need to occupy two USB 2 headers.
It is impossible to install a 3.5" hard drive with the ports facing the front of the case, due to the shape of the trays. Sure, ports facing the rear looks nicer, but it also makes it a huge pain to swap drives.
The window is nice, except for the fact that even seemingly a single spec of dust will carve giant ugly gouges into the soft plastic material.

Other Thoughts: Every nice thing about this case is offset by half of a dozen terrible things about it. NEVER AGAIN, Corsair. NEVER AGAIN.

Avoid this case like the plague, you'll have much better experiences with a $20 Chinese SUPERCASE. This case is absolute garbage.
