4 out of 5 eggsCorsair's Quiet Case

This review is from: Corsair Carbide Series 330R Titanium Edition CC-9011071-WW Black Steel, Aluminum, and Plastic ATX Mid-Tower Computer Case

Pros: * Sharp and inconspicuous looking. Matches with other Corsair products like their power supplies and coolers well.

* Power button is easy to reach.

* Large, efficient fans.

* Good sized thumb screws

Cons: * Not very quiet. I'm honestly a bit surprised that it is marketed as a quiet mid-tower.

* Cable management is pretty basic. Some holes to get to the back of the motherboard but nothing past that.

* No USB 3.1 connectors and no offerings from Corsair for 3.1. This technology has been out for a while and other cases support 3.1... would be nice to see.

Other Thoughts: Not sure about this case. It's passable but shouldn't be marketed as a quiet case. The size is nice and the fit with other Corsair products is good. I'd love to see Corsair take their engineering talents and really go after a silent case, power supply, and cooler.

5 out of 5 eggsWONDERFUL!!

This review is from: Corsair Carbide Series 330R Titanium Edition CC-9011071-WW Black Steel, Aluminum, and Plastic ATX Mid-Tower Computer Case

Pros: Extremely quiet, especially with CPU water cooling in-place. This is the quietest case I've ever owned. I'd purchase this again in a heartbeat, and highly recommend it!!!

Cons: The clip that holds the door on keeps popping out on the lower-peg for some reason. It doesn't totally fit correctly. But the door still stays on, even while opening/closing it, so it's not a big deal.

2 out of 5 eggsCorsair is magnets.

This review is from: Corsair Carbide Series 330R Titanium Edition CC-9011071-WW Black Steel, Aluminum, and Plastic ATX Mid-Tower Computer Case

Pros: Nice clean look.
Fan controller.
Quiet.

Cons: Side panels and interior are flimsy.
Cable management needs improvement.
The tool-less mechanism for 5.25in bay is trash.
Some faded spots on my front aluminum panel.
Magnets.

Other Thoughts: Okay let's be real, Corsair's definitely on crack.
For this price there's so many things wrong with this case, at most it's only worth $60-70.
The only thing that's well built on this is the front panel, the rest is something that you'd find in a $40 case.
I've avoided Corsair's products for many years and thought I'd give them a shot with all their hype and I definitely regret my purchase.
Yes I could return it but I don't have the time to move all my parts back into my old case.

5 out of 5 eggsBeautifully disappointing.

This review is from: Corsair Carbide Series 330R Titanium Edition CC-9011071-WW Black Steel, Aluminum, and Plastic ATX Mid-Tower Computer Case

Pros: This a beautiful case and it offers everything you need. There are a few minor things missing, but it's most cosmetics so it doesn't matter. This is a closed case anyway.

Cons: The only reason I say that I'm disappointed is that it says it supports an EATX motherboard. Now, my motherboard ( EVGA Z87 Classified ) does fit in this case. However, the motherboard sits too close to the drive bays which hinder me from utilizing the USB 3.0 ports on the front panel as this port sits about a centimeter from the drive bay. On top of that, there is a six-pin ATX power plug that sits at the bottom of the board facing downward. I didn't see this as a problem until I installed my PSU. It's now impossible to use this case because there's not enough room to power the motherboard.

I will say that this is an amazing case and I will save it for another build, but learn from my mistake and DO NOT BUY AN EATX BOARD FOR THIS CASE.

5 out of 5 eggsQuiet case!

This review is from: Corsair Carbide Series 330R Titanium Edition CC-9011071-WW Black Steel, Aluminum, and Plastic ATX Mid-Tower Computer Case

Pros: Quiet panels, dust filters, holes for cable management, clean appearance with usb and jacks located at top of case for ease of access if case it placed on the floor.

Cons: lack of ties on the side for cable management, however not a big problem. Somewhat flimsy front cover door but still solid.

4 out of 5 eggs

This review is from: Corsair Carbide Series 330R Titanium Edition CC-9011071-WW Black Steel, Aluminum, and Plastic ATX Mid-Tower Computer Case

Pros: Stylish, fairly quiet, has some decent cable management opportunities, fan controller works although doesn't make a big impact on the volume of fans, isn't any more thermally limiting then an antec 300 so its a fairly good option

Cons: feet on this case like most corsair cases can be hit or miss but fortunately this one only wobbles a bit if moved, fan controller needs a sata power cable and isn't exactly easing on the cable mess, doubts about longevity of the door but carefully taking care of it and avoiding having it open all the time should make the door have a fairly long lifespan

4 out of 5 eggsGood case overall, defective leg

This review is from: Corsair Carbide Series 330R Titanium Edition CC-9011071-WW Black Steel, Aluminum, and Plastic ATX Mid-Tower Computer Case

Pros: Lot of room in here, was able to mount a H100 cooler at the top. Bottom mounted PSU is nice.

Cons: Defective leg on the bottom, one of them fell off by barely sliding case on smooth wood floor and now wont stay back on. Also the filter on the bottom is on with magnets and falls off when you move case. The leg is a minor issue that will hopefully be taken care of, took one egg off for the badly designed bottom filter.

Other Thoughts: Like the simple design, doesn't have all the flashy LED's like some gaming cases do.

5 out of 5 eggsWell-designed, sleek case

This review is from: Corsair Carbide Series 330R Titanium Edition CC-9011071-WW Black Steel, Aluminum, and Plastic ATX Mid-Tower Computer Case

Pros: Looks great and whisper quiet (even with added fans)
Extremely high air flow (I added some Corsair 140 mm quiet fans for the top exhaust)
Well-designed for running wiring
Accommodates large graphics cards

Cons: Needs a few more MBB/PSU screws thrown in so I can have full matching set for PSU, etc.

Other Thoughts: Having a quiet gaming PC has always been key for me (I'm well past the days of having a "screamer" PC). This case enabled me to keep a whisper quiet rig while having extremely improved airflow and temps over my previous Antec Sonata III case I had the same components running in.
