3 out of 5 eggsgood for my 'teen' years...

Pros: easy to setup, mb tray, tons of room.

Cons: I had this thing for about 2 years before I started to feel like it was too cheesy looking for my taste, upgraded to something much more classy/simple looking and quieter!

4 out of 5 eggs5 year report

Pros: Bought in 2003. Lightweight, lighted, cool looking windowed case that is easy to install parts, mobo, drives etc. I installed 2 drives (including a raptor) and an AMD mobile processor. Plenty of room for everything including 2 DVD drives. I plan to upgrade system to quad-core and plan on reusing this case for now until I get a watercooled case.

Cons: documentation i got in 2003 wasn't great, but sufficed. Wiring and fan controllers, were the weakest overall. Large number of fans can create lots of noise unless controlled. I used a 4 channel fan controller and not the onboard controllers that worked intermittently for me.

Other Thoughts: Not for a HTPC. Window fan on my unit is not readily replaceable if needed and there is no location for air filters. Overall a really good case. Did I mention light. LAN Party friendly.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Roomy case, you could probably fit an elephant in it. Fairly sturdy, I lived in dorms for 2 years with this case, and it took alot of bumps and bangs, but it still looks good.

Cons: The included psu is junk, mine failed 3 months after I bought the case. When it did work, the voltages were way off. The wiring is junk, just skip the speed control and avoid the shorts.

Other Thoughts: Minus the psu and junk wiring, this is a great case, it's sturdy, it looks good, has decent airflow, some 120's would help that. If they would just make this a case without the bells and whistles, it would be an awesome case.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Case

Pros: Good looking Case! Lots of room and the removable MoBo tray is sweet! Fans pre-installed is a bonus! Put it all together and it has been running fine.

Cons: This is a huge case....so make sure you have the room to put it where you want for air flow.

Other Thoughts: This is the second case purchase. Works great! Zero issues.
Case instructions could be somewhat better....but they are decent enough. This case looks awesome!

1 out of 5 eggsGorgeous case--just don't put anything in it

Pros: It's an attractive case. Has loads of features, and they are one of the few case makers who understands you put the frontside USB and Firewire inputs OUTSIDE the front door of the case. LED temperature monitor did a good job with the actual internal temperature readings. Very large, had room for everything one could want to put in there with plenty of room to work. Side facing hard drive bays make access convenient. 6 large fans provide plenty of ventilation, though the side fan is a bad idea, as it creates a cavity of air flow. There's a reason most cases don't offer side fans anymore.

Cons: IT CAUGHT FIRE. TWICE. No, seriously. The first time I fired up my new build, blue smoke came pouring out of this thing. Turns out that one of the wires for the front fan dials was so poorly made that it shorted and melted the plastic sheathing. Other than a loss of that functionality, the case was fine so I didn't kick up too much of a fuss when I didn't get an RMA like I was promised. I like many others who have reviewed this case just decided to "deal with it". Then today, 3 weeks later, as I was browsing a web page, the LED lights went black and MORE blue smoke. Turns out the wires for THAT (same thin, cheap quality) shorted and melted the sheathing too. Except this time when the sheathing was gone, the wire itself was touching the hard drive cage and sent current through my ground base. 12V of current through items only rated for 5V...do the math.

Other Thoughts: This is the worst case I've ever owned. Not only is the wiring poorly constructed, but poorly thought out. Even if this case DIDN'T melt down, the only way to get the frontside audio to work would be to route them out the back of the case and into the rear sound outputs of your sound card. While the side loading drive cages are nice, there isn't enough space left on the side of the box to allow the WIRES to plug into them with any room to spare. End result being you have wires crushed between the hard drive and the case.

Stay away from this case AT ALL COSTS. Get a Thermaltake or something. The construction metal will be about 3 times thicker, it will have better cable management options, and I've never had one catch fire on me before due to poor wiring construction.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome Case!!

Pros: Wow!! Sweet case! Runs and looks awesome! Fans where pre-installed and so was the PSU! There is alot of room in this full tower case. The removable MoBo tray is a huge plus with this case.
The look is outstanding!!! It's very bright and the noise is not bad at all.

Cons: Really none.
Instructions could be a bit better for a novice builder but they are decent enough.

Other Thoughts: From my experience with other cases, this one is the best!
Best case I ever bought!

3 out of 5 eggsAn okay Case

Pros: Large case to hold many Hard Drives, 5.25" drives, etc. The airflow is a BIG plus as all my hardware seem to stay quite cool. Lockable front panel can be nice if you have small children around.

Cons: The front display panel is not reliable and will go out after months of usage. The HDD are installed sideways, it makes it easy to pull out, but once the SATA cables are installed, the cable will be slightly pinched by the side cover. No room at all! Also, in order to use the front panel audio jacks, they have to be plugged into the back audio jacks.

Other Thoughts: Since it does keep my equipment cool and there is room for expansion, I do not regret my purchase. Would I buy the same or similar tower, NO. If the above cons are not a concern for you and as long as you aren't going to rely on the front display for temp. readings this is a good case.

4 out of 5 eggsNice Case

Pros: Large case, will fit just about anything it. Including a small car. Lots of cooling. Easy access side. Mounting brackets are set up nicely.

Cons: Wish the power supply was a little larger in wattage. The power connectors were cheesy. I had to "adjust" them a little to make them fit in the dvd-r, video card, etc.

Other Thoughts: Nice case, wish it was a little cheaper. MADE IN CHINA if any of you care. I prefer American made but what are you gonna do?

5 out of 5 eggsBought this in 2004

Pros: I bought this case in 2004 and built a very fast system which I am still using today. I have had no problems with this case. I was even able to make little air intake filters for it so most of the dust and pet hair stays out!

Cons: none
