2 out of 5 eggsOverpriced and poor craftsmanship

Pros: Design. Size. Not bad power supply.

Cons: Poor craftsmanship. Screw holes badly tapped make screw spin in place. Reset button stuck causing hours of trying to figure out why not booting. Rear fan a joke.

Other Thoughts: If they add better fan and put stainless steel in some places, it would be a solid buy. This case is not worth $79. I would price it in the mid-forties.

3 out of 5 eggsjust in case

Pros: good design, slide out MB tray, perfect cable lengths, size. quiet enough even with 1x300GB raptor 1x640GB Black 1xBluRay & 1x KINGWIN KF-91-BK mobile rack.

Cons: super thin case shell easily bent if mishandled, on board LED fan, one sata power plug defeats purpose of short cable as you have to add extensions, had to swap out current ARCTIC COOLING Freezer 7 Pro, too tall, CPU temp LED waste of time.

Other Thoughts: Swapped out fan straight away for mobo powered non LED fan. this is the 2nd of these I have, 1st belongs to #1 son and that has been in service with original Fan and PS for over 2 years. A lot to like about this box and a few quirks too but I now own 2

1 out of 5 eggsThought I'd try it... Regretting that...

Pros: The only good thing; PSU wires are short, good for these types of cases... But that's only if your PSU works... I got lucky, mine does (even though I planned to replace it anyhow). I do like the short wires. No bundles stuck somewhere. Plenty long to reach what you need.

Cons: - Power Supply is loud, but it does work.
- Case is very flimsy.
- Had a serious short in the electrical wiring for the power button. Being a EE, I was able to fix it but your layman would have had to return it.
- Blue light is ridiculously bright. Lights up a 15'x20' bedroom enough to READ BY! No Joke... I cut the power to that. How about a nice deep green or something that won't "glow" as bad... Or a switch just to turn the backlight off?!?
- Not tall enough for even the GeminII cooler... Seriously...
- Sharp edges everywhere.
- ONE SATA Power cable on the PSU... Really?
- The 'handle' is plastic. Seeing how it connected while fixing the power button makes me nervous to actually use it.

Other Thoughts: Built it for an HTPC for the bedroom. Wanted a cube, thought the reviews couldn't be that bad but... I must say this is the worst case I've ever purchased. No one makes a cube the way I'd like it to be unfortunately. This one will work for what it is but... It could have been so much better.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: · small, lightweight & has a functional handle
· cool but spacious
· quiet
· under a hundred bucks
· thoughtfully designed
· thumbscrews

Cons: · honestly, none yet

Other Thoughts: I have the following in the case -

Athlon 7750 OC'd to 3.1 GHz on a stock cooler
Radeon 5750 OC'd
1 DVD Drive

and it runs cool and has a surprising amount of space to organize wires.

5 out of 5 eggsGood case

Pros: Inexpensive, well designed case. Suitable power for basic needs.

Cons: Only one LP4 to SATA power.

Other Thoughts: If I recall correctly, you should install your drives first. I replaced the stock fan with a Silverstone FM121.

3 out of 5 eggsCase Review

Pros: Plenty of space inside the case, large slow, quiet case fan. The two temperature sensors were surprisingly useful. The power supply seems capable.

Cons: The case is pretty flimsy. Thin Aluminum case and cover, with minimal reinforcement. It kinda feels like it will just fall apart. Power supply wiring badly designed (not enough SATA power connectors, for example), no wire routing inside the case so cables and wires are kinda just flung all over the place. The pull-out motherboard isn't too hot either.

Other Thoughts: Generally speaking the case was what I expected for its price. It will not be winning any rewards but it is serviceable if you don't care how things look.

4 out of 5 eggsNice But Tight

Pros: Well-made, compact, easy to assemble.

External temp display.

It will take a full ATX power supply and I put an HD4850 in it. (Try that in some of these cases.)

Cons: Needs more ventilation. I added a fan into an optical drive bay and a slot cooler in the back.

It won't take a cooler much taller than the stock Intel one.

The temperature readouts are only middlin' accurate.

I have had it a long time and I like it.

Other Thoughts: I don't believe that I would try swinging it by that handle...

It's a good compact case.

5 out of 5 eggsHad mine a long time

Pros: Small, light weight, easy to handle . . .

Cons: I worry that the 420 watt supply may become too small and am considering changing it.

Other Thoughts: I looked for my receipt the other day and could not find it. That means I have had it for more than four years now. I do remember that it was a new case on the market (at the time I bought it) and smaller was what was looking for. Just recently, I have discovered that the 120mm cooling fan (in back) has stopped, but most fans only last three or four years anyway. So, I have just ordered a replacement. Other than that, this case has served me well.

4 out of 5 eggsnice box

Pros: Price and portability. Lots of ports for a small unit.

Cons: It came and had obviously been opened or used before. Newegg gave me a credit when I pointed this out.
