4 out of 5 eggsexcellent case

Pros: -nice lighting and colors
-spacious hard drive bays that point towards the side of case, this is a GREAT design
-good air circulation and onboard fans
-relatively light and durable, can take a hit and not be damaged or lose paint

Cons: The nob casing on the front of the case has come off. This is very possibly due to my chair bumping it once or twice, so this shouldn't be considered in your decision to purchase it.

I was deceived when I bought this. The pictures and description gave me the impression that there should be a blue LED shining out the front of the case. This is not so, there is no light there. The other lights are present, but this one seems to be a marketing ploy. Still a great case

Other Thoughts: Bought this to hold my computer after I upgraded video card and power supply and needed the extra room. It works great for what I need, its spacious and intelligently designed. The temperature gauges inside the case don't seem to be 100% accurate, and its difficult to keep the CPU temperature cord near the CPU. This is not a fault of the case, but is notable.

4 out of 5 eggsDecent Case

Pros: Case is roomy for larger graphics cards.
Appealing look.
Good construction, heavy solid case and outer plastic parts feel tough.
Well packaged.
Plenty of drive space for it's size.
Drive locks work well and feel secure.
No sharp edges inside case.

Cons: No removable motherboard tray.
Not a lot of space to hide cables.
Door should have been designed to open the other way.
The front fan wouldn't have cost Apevia that much extra money, should have been included.

Other Thoughts: Recommend installing a modular power supply to help deal with cables being visible inside the case. Space between drive bays and motherboard tray are tight so hiding cables can be difficult. You can route cables in between tray and the left side, as there is space, but you'll have to cut your own holes as the tray is almost a solid piece. If you were to fill this case full of drives the wires would feel overwhelming.

Before you install anything make sure to check for loose pieces left over from the rivet process. It seemed like my case had more pieces than rivets.

I'm pleased with the purchase of this case. The styling is nice and the lighting isn't overwhelming but lets you know it's there.
While I won't buy this case again (this build was rather simple and I'd want more case features the next time), I would feel confident buying a higher end product from Apevia for my next purchase.

5 out of 5 eggsBlue Meany

Pros: well, this is my 2nd Apevia, and like Cooler Ms, I'm impressed. A quality case. Espec. after MIR! But to the good stuff: Roomy, got a 9600GT no prob, pleeeenty of space. Fits a Mushy PSu whihc are a little bigger than ur standard Atxs. Enough slots for everything you'll need, PCIs, Opticals, HDs, you name it. The tempo indicator looks to working aok. Did use the CPu, sorta no use, what with hardware monitors and such. But good to use for the Ambient temp of overall case. The window is covered in plastic - good move. Came in styrofoam case ends - another good move.
The front panel connectors are a plus. Clearly marked, eassy to hook up. The USB, IEEE, and Audio clearly label, and quality connectors.

Cons: Some blotches on top and a few areas around case. Some hard to see, nothing to get work up over. Sorta like that car paint job you take back to the shop for a touch up. Tried to buff out, no go. Some of the spacers were stripped, about 5 of them to be exact. Luckily had plenty on hand.

Other Thoughts: Came with 6 HD rails, not sure why previous reviewer only had two or so. And like many other rails I've used, the pins pop out. None were cracked. maybe abberation.
Great budget case - reccommend.

3 out of 5 eggsDecent Case, broken extras.

Pros: Pretty blue case, CPU and HD thermal digital readouts on front, both accurate to within 1 degree. Mostly tool less case.

Cons: Front door of case is adjustable but there is only 2 settings, either way to tight or way too loose. The Apevia front logo light does not work. The top mounted USB Ports did not work. One of the HD drive rails was broken, (hope i dont want to add another drive)

Other Thoughts: Seemed ok for a one time build, but probably wouldn't buy it again.

Manufacturer Response:

Just in case, the Apevia LED has a seperate molex that needs to be connected. The connector should be labeled. USB ports not working? Need another HDD rail? Contact support[at]apevia[dot]com
