Sleek and modern with a slightly retro look, the case door comes with three gauges to monitor system performance: fan speed, temperature, and volume sensitivity. The X-Cruiser2 comes equipped with a controller for both the sensitivity gauge and fan speeds (which can control up to four fans). USB2.0 and Firewire compliant, ports are included on the front left side of the case along with headphone and microphone jacks that support the HD Audio standard format.

3 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Fantastic look, the red, chrome and blue blend together to look amazing.

Cons: Control knobs don't seem to work, the temperature gauge doesn't actually detect temperature

Other Thoughts: I really do love this case. It looks fantastic and is just so slick. Reminds me of old Corvettes!

5 out of 5 eggsSharp and Solid

Pros: -Case is a lot bigger than the pictures makes it out to be.
-Aesthetically, it's absolutely gorgeous. The red is very sharp and the side window has a simplistic yet appealing design. The LEDs are well placed and aren't annoyingly bright. Overall, it's an attractive case that doesn't look too nerdy or childish like some gaming computer cases.
- The front inputs are located on the left side of the case, which is really convenient if you set it to the right of your monitor.
- Included in the front inputs is a scroller wheel for fan speed which is convenient.
- 3 120 mm fans do their job very well in keeping the machine cool, even when not running at full speed. Plus, they're decently quiet.
- Case as a whole is very structurally solid.

Cons: -Case is a bit wobbly once you get everything installed, but not to the point that it will fall over easily.
- The front fans placement is odd in that it's located directly behind the front door which blocks it when it's shut. There's a small vent at the bottom of the case that circulates the air but I'm not sure how well it works.
- The power supply support ledges are very small. Make sure you have your power supply connected tightly to the back of the case.
- You have to play around with your volume settings to make the volume decibel display in the front work accurately.
- Expansion slots rip off and there doesn't seem to be a way of screwing them back in, so make sure you know which ones you're going to use ahead of time.
-As other reviewers have said, the cables in the front door can make it hard to open all of the way. Fortunately, the door doesn't need to open all of the way to open your DVD drive.
- Instructional manual is a bit vague at times.

Other Thoughts: -The first thing you should do when you begin to build your computer with this case is to unwrap all of the input cables that are already in the case. Once you install the motherboard, hard drive, or DVD drive it becomes very hard to access those cables.

Though I listed a lot of cons, those are but minor, nit-picky inconveniences. I am very, very pleased with this case as a whole. It's got the room, solid structure, and aesthetic appeal that was well worth the price.

5 out of 5 eggsAffordable, Well Made Case

Pros: Includes 3 lighted 120 mm fans (quiet). The side panels come off using thumb screws. Plenty of space inside. Cool analog gauges on the front. Great price. Front (side) USB and audio ports. Well designed door to hide drives and power button.

Cons: None. It is just a matter of whether you like the style of the design or not.
