4 out of 5 eggsGreat case good price

Pros: I have had a few of these from Apevia but this model is much better. No work at all getting the side to slide on. And plenty of room for fans. Also the fact that you can remove the spot they have for the hard drives and SSD's is very convenient, just take it out install your drives , then put it back with 2 screws. great design. nice lights and look.

Cons: I had to take an egg for this one thing they haven't been listening to there reviews. They need to include enough screws. I only got 4 MB screws, they take at least 9. and one more thing, Would it kill them to about an inch or two to the front panel wires?

Manufacturer Response:

If you need help with the case, such as getting more motherboard screws, you can contact Apevia's customer service at or call at (909) 718-0789. We try to reply to all calls and e-mails as soon as we can.

4 out of 5 eggsI like it, but it's not perfect

Pros: Fairly spacious case
Can be used with all sizes of motherboards
Decent airflow stock
Plenty of space for drives
PSU mounts on bottom
Tough and sturdy
Side panel easy to remove
Door is magnetic, hinge is still good
Temperature display on front
2 USBs and headphones jack on front
The Green on the case is a nice color

Cons: Thermometer cable is too short
HDD bays not removable
200mm side fan stopped working after about 1.5yrs.
Temp. display stopped working after about 1yr.
Front LED is blue on all units, doesn't match green LED

Other Thoughts: I really like the case. I've built 2 PCs with them so far, and the red one has had no issues at all. I think the 200mm fan developed a short in the wiring as it will still work sometimes after being spun manually. Haven't determined the issue with the temp. display yet. Not sweating it too much. Case seemed plenty large until I tried to install a Sapphire 7970 HD video card. I had to melt and cut some plastic to get it to fit. May want to make sure you get measurements when buying your card. LEDs are bright, may be distracting, especially in the dark. The red LED is not nearly as distracting as the green. It's sturdy and looks nice. Overall I'm happy with it.

3 out of 5 eggsafter a year review

Pros: good airflow
cool little case temp that accurate
cool case
does its job
good fans in the case

Cons: cheap metal
side panel gets hard to get on and off after a few times
to crowded in the case for larger gpus
too crowded for a liquid cooler
wire management is VERY laughable... wouldnt even call it cable managment

you can pick a radiator or your side panel.. this is because the back screws mess with the case panel so you cant screw it on.

top holes have no room or screw ports for ANY type of fan

big side fan gets louder after 3 months of use

Other Thoughts: if you are making a smaller part build, this is the case for you.. meaning a 1 or maybe 2 gig gpu. also doesnt do too well with radiators. I mean yea, everything fits, but it is soooooo cramped that my gpu has cut down the airflow in my case by alot.. and its the gigabyte R9 280x. It barely hit in. the wire management sucks. I cant use it because all that can fit is the small fan wires.

4 out of 5 eggsBEST CASE

Pros: literally one the best cases for your money!!! My case doesnt ever go over 38c... EVER! and Im running a R9 280x and a fx-9370.

Cons: ok so there are a few things bleh about this case...
1) The plate to hide your wires is small as hell... you can only fit small wires.. no power cords or anything of that sort
2) the back panels have to be broken off in order to put in a gpu or motherboard.. they cant be reattached.

Other Thoughts: I love this case! it is by far the coldest and one of the best looking cases I've come across... It's veery spacey as well!

4 out of 5 eggsFunctional, but slightly annoying.

Pros: -Big enough for large/long cards and coolers
-Huge side fan keeps air circulating
-Plenty of extra space for cord management
-Plenty of space to add more fans if needed

Cons: -Somwhat short power cords.
-The door in front of the optical drives is unnecessary and awkwards at times.
-Only one fan included.
-CPU temp sensor doesnt stick very well

Other Thoughts: This case is great. Its big enough for a Gemini II cooler as well as a ASUS Radeon HD 7790. My only real gripes with it are with the door in front of the optical drives (it can be in the way/get caught of things), and with the CPU temp sensor(didnt stick to anything, it just kinda fell of after a day or two).
Also he instruction manual had almost no written instructions in it, it was mostly pictures. not a big deal since the pics were clear, but it would have been nice to read what the pictures were trying to convey.

5 out of 5 eggsIt is green!

Pros: Great case wife loves it.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Inexpensive, and nice lights. Too bad the Apevia and temp display are blue but that does not take away an egg.

1 out of 5 eggsSeriously?

Pros: Cool looking case, decent cable management, alot of room for expansions and upgrades

Cons: I'm the person who got the damaged usb and power cables, and sent the pieces back. I recieved the replacements today. The usb was fixed, but this time, the external sata port was smashed and damaged. How did it get smashed?? Why did they send it like that?? The package was sent with just the pieces, how was it that the part got sent damaged like this again? I'm a little disappointed, but I suppose it doesn't matter since I don't use external sata drives.

I looked at the power connector, and checked the prongs this time. The same prong was damaged, they sent back the SAME piece that I returned! Is this a joke? Did they think I wouldn't notice? That's like a slap to the face, I'm very displeased.

Other Thoughts: I'm just very angry, they were so kind in support and I was giving the company a chance to make up for its mistake, but they messed that up too. They even made me pay for the return shipping, I don't even want to be bothered with it anymore since it's all for some cheap led temp gauge which will not stick into the cpu cooler properly and supposedly breaks down before long for many.

If the company really cares and wants to make it up to me, they'd send another set of parts that aren't broken free of charge because I'm not paying to send the pieces back again. I'm very disappointed, I don't think I'll be buying from this company again, and I'd suggest you don't as well.

Manufacturer Response:

We would not send out the same exact part that we receive when doing an exchange. It would have come directly from our inventory. If you wish to get a second replacement, you can contact us at or (909) 718-0789.

3 out of 5 eggsGood case, cheaply made cables

Pros: Alot of space to work with, cool looking case, good amount of room for additional hard drives and optical drives, nice picture instructions to set up miscellaneous parts of the computer.

Cons: One of the usb ports was smashed on arrival, and the cables hooking up to the various leds and indicators are very cheaply made. One of the cables had a prong smashed in and was unusable, and some of the other cables have slightly bent prongs making it very hard to plug in the power supply cables.

The temperature gauge is a little hard to set up, the instructions state the user to simply "tape it in" but a simple clamp would have been nice.

Other Thoughts: I called support and they were quick to respond and were pretty nice in the whole thing. They'll replace all the parts that are defective in the case.

As for the led, I can't say much. The power supply I ordered was borked so I didn't have the chance to actually test the powered components out, but this is overall a nicely made case.

I'll get back with updated info once I get the replacements and my rig running.

4 out of 5 eggsNice case

Pros: Nice looking case for a really good price.

Cons: Had a small dent in the back corner, but was able to bend it back easily. Had to remove side fan in order to fit CPU cooler in.

Other Thoughts: Bought this for a medium gaming build. Looks awesome. Easy installation for everything.
