4 out of 5 eggsAwsome gaming case

This review is from: APEVIA X-TROOPER Series X-TRP-RD Black/Red Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: -sleek design
-color scheme
-bottom mounted psu
-side window
-cable management
-black painted interior
-cheap

Cons: -the fans all have molex connectors
-wished the doors were hinged
-not enough motherboard mounting studs
-pci slots covers won't go back once you take them out

Other Thoughts: I just got this a few days ago and love it. Finally got my gaming computer done and so far works perfectly. this case lights up enough at night to look cool, but not blind you. I hate to take an egg off of this case, but if they would have normal 3 pin fans and not molex I'd be happy. Right now i have them hooked up to my psu so there all running 100% (pros- my case is freezing cause of this haha), but sadly its kinda loud so I'll be purchasing a fan controller, but if you look at the price for both the case and controller its still not bad. I'm looking at the "NZXT Sentry Mesh Fan Controller w/ Five 30 watts Channels" cause it will fit nicely with my case, might have to splice some cables, but oh well.

4 out of 5 eggsCase was..

This review is from: APEVIA X-TROOPER Series X-TRP-RD Black/Red Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: the case was amazing right out the box! I was super pleased with the look and the red led fans. as for my first build this one was amazing!

Cons: as the months passed I realized that the face place was getting a tad loose. the plastic hooks that held the window in place were fragile. and there is little room for cable management.

tip: measure your gpu. I had close to zero space for my gpu. lenght wize it was fine. its the distance from the mobo to the side fan that was the problem.

Other Thoughts: this case is still great for a budget gaming case. over all it was sleek and an edgy look to it.

This review is from: APEVIA X-TROOPER Series X-TRP-RD Black/Red Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: The case is red, big fans, good airflow.

Cons: Cable management isn't that great, no where to put my SSD,

Other Thoughts: I don't like the removable metal pieces, once you remove them you cant put them back , not a big issue

5 out of 5 eggsFirst Build! Amazing Mid Tower Case

This review is from: APEVIA X-TROOPER Series X-TRP-RD Black/Red Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: This case is amazing. The 120mm Fans are amazing!! So quite and of course LED. Great Viewing window to show off you video card like my MSI Twin Frozr III GTX660. Have a FX4100 in it with water cooling, nothing bumped. MassCOOL hd cooling in it. The cable routing is pretty good if you have medium hands. I do not ( no egg to drop for my issues :) Looks amazing. Quite, alot of room for a MID TOWER. I would build every custom built in this case. Great buy, you will not regret it.

Cons: NONE

5 out of 5 eggsGreat case! No real complaints

This review is from: APEVIA X-TROOPER Series X-TRP-RD Black/Red Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: I am quite satisfied. This is a sleek, sturdy, roomy case. My personal feature highlights:

-The cable-routing capabilities of this case impressed me right off the bat. There isn't a single wire used therein that I wasn't able to conceal in the back. It makes everything look very tidy; I make a habit of showing off any build I put together to my buddies, but this one is truly my personal masterpiece thus far.
-Features what I like to call a "plug-and-play" setup: most of the parts installed just slide/lock into place, without much hassle like screws or jagged edges.
-The red/black color scheme is a personal favorite of mine, behind only green/black.
-I gotta say, while it's a pretty common feature nowadays, having the PSU mounted at the bottom is a great thing.

Cons: Only two things come to my mind after about a month of ownership, and to be honest, they don't bother me enough to drop any eggs from its rating:

-The 3.5" hard drives slide pretty easily into place; they don't need screws... but the connectors face the back. While this is preferential for concealing and routing your wires, I have a feeling that if I ever need to replace one of my hard drives, it won't be as easy as one would like.
-The fans that come with this case are pretty loud. They do move a lot of air, but as a home theater/media center PC enthusiast I tend to appreciate low-decibel cooling. This isn't a big deal to me though since I built it for gaming and not media presentation, but I thought it was worth mentioning.

Other Thoughts: Overall a great case worthy of five eggs.

4 out of 5 eggsgreat case, but...

This review is from: APEVIA X-TROOPER Series X-TRP-RD Black/Red Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: This case comes with all of the fans you could want. 5 fans in all 2 led and 3 normal, all are are very silent even when on full bore. Has a cable management door for keeping a clean case. looks great in the dark with stock led fans, and water cool ready.

Cons: even tho the case has a cable management space, the space in the case is really only about an inch at most. even tho its water cooling ready I had to put all my water cooling stuff on the outside then run the hoses in through the provided holes. To me the case would have been better if it was just 2 inches taller and 2 inches longer in the main motherboard bay.

5 out of 5 eggsHigh quality!

This review is from: APEVIA X-TROOPER Series X-TRP-RD Black/Red Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: The box looks pretty cool, and in it contains my old case as of now :). This case is very sturdy. It took me a while to put everything it , but that's because I had to take everything of of my old Micro ATX case.
It also has excellent cable management. I had to cut and extend my 4 pin to be able to reach the top of my Micro ATX motherboard, but my psu has short wires. My 24 pin barely made it to the slot you plug it into, but its no big deal. The hard drive is a bit wobbly when its in the bay, but it doesn't matter to me.
I only have one fan on right now, I need to buy a cable to be able to plug all of them in (link in other thoughts)

The side fan is huge! It looks like a hot pink/ orange mixture when its off.

Cons: The right side cover is a bit tight if you have wires going through the back of the computer. I think that this should be a bit larger.
The 5.25" bays are a PAIN to get off. I eventually got it off though.
I accidentally removed a PCI cover that I didn't need to, and you can put it back on, which is a big let down because now I have an open slot on my computer.

Other Thoughts: The fans are molex! If you don't have 5 extra molex plugs in your psu, you will need this...
