3 out of 5 eggs

This review is from: APEVIA X-TROOPER Series X-TRP-GN Black/Green Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: Decient size, has lots of fans to keep it all cool, green, nice window.

Cons: fans are kinda loud, not alot of room at top between fans and motherboard, front mesh are really hard to get off, cant control fan speed, no room for liquid cooling or any new heat sinks and top board with audio and what not suck. the audio port has constant fuzz coming out of if.

3 out of 5 eggsgood over all

This review is from: APEVIA X-TROOPER Series X-TRP-GN Black/Green Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: Nice tool less features and cutouts for wire management. Good LEDs, very bright and my son loves the green

Cons: Cheap fans - The fans are cheap and loud. I will end up replacing all but one of them. Of the four that will need to be replaced, the large side fan is the quietest.

5 out of 5 eggsI love it

This review is from: APEVIA X-TROOPER Series X-TRP-GN Black/Green Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: The case is black and green (my favorite color)! It is spacious, plenty of room to upgrade. It comes with five fans, two of which light up green.

Cons: The two fans on top, are smaller than the spaces they are in, not really that big of a deal to me though.

Other Thoughts: I'm going to purchase the blue one for my son!

4 out of 5 eggs

This review is from: APEVIA X-TROOPER Series X-TRP-GN Black/Green Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: This is one of the biggest mid tower that I have ever seen. It has plenty of room for everything, and the best part is that all of the fans are included. The fans alone would cost all most $60.

Cons: There is not much cable management, so all of your wires and connectors are kind of messy looking. Another problem is that it is not really big enough for liquid cooling . I know It has the port holes for it but the side panel with the window gets in the way of mounting a radiator on the back , but other than those two problems this is an amazing case for the money.

3 out of 5 eggsRead Me :) helpful review

This review is from: APEVIA X-TROOPER Series X-TRP-GN Black/Green Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: Is a decent ATX mid tower, enough space for optical drives, hard drives, and some others stuff. I like the black/green theme, I bought the Cooler Master Glacer 240L cpu cooler and mounted it outside the case and sleeved the tubes through the pre drilled holes in the back of the case :)

Cons: None

5 out of 5 eggsLooks GREAT!

This review is from: APEVIA X-TROOPER Series X-TRP-GN Black/Green Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: Well laid out. Easy access to everything...left and right side! The fans are silent. ALL cabling reached easily enough. Really like the GREEN GLOW.

Cons: Not really cons...read another review to watch the length of your video card, yes it was close but I had already checked out the measurements.
Lastly, to install the AMD FX-9370 Vishera with LIQUID COOLING not only did the rear fan have to be removed but one of the top fans also had to be removed. The side panel fit exactly so it was able to close.

Other Thoughts: Really silent!! Yes I did use liquid cooling but the case fans are quiet.
As for temperatures, NOT an issue even with the 220W processor.
The GREEN GLOW is wicked.

4 out of 5 eggsLooks good, but ran out of space

This review is from: APEVIA X-TROOPER Series X-TRP-GN Black/Green Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: The green looks cool.
Easy to install drives.
Lots of fans, all included.
Cable routing wasn't too bad.

Cons: I had to remove the side case fan and even cut one of the mounts off to fit the side on. I did read about this is some reviews and I thought maybe I could get away with it, to no avail. There is still plenty of air flow, but it sucks because the main reason I bought it was because it looked cool with the green.

(Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO is the CPU cooler I have, barely fits even with fan mount cut off)

Also, even without the cooler, I think I would have had to remove the side fan to fit my Asus GTX 770 graphics card.

Wish fans were 3 or 4 pin instead of molex.

It kind of just has a cheap feel to it in my opinion.

Other Thoughts: I knew about the space issue and the molex fan issue prior to purchase, so that's my fault, which is why I didn't rate it too bad. Because it would be a real nice case for a smaller build.

5 out of 5 eggsApevia X Trooper Green

This review is from: APEVIA X-TROOPER Series X-TRP-GN Black/Green Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: Really roomy Fits my GTX 295 10.5 Inches can hold up to a 11 inch graphics card. Has great cable Management. The stock fans are superb the blow ALOT! of air I didn't believe it at first til i powered them on. I chose this case for a black&green Nvidia theme also the glass door and green leds look superb. The Hard drive locks were really easy to use. Also nice fan filter for bottom psu.

Cons: Wish dvd drive tray would of been easier to pop out. You have to take one of top mounted fans of if using a Corsair H-50 but it can be replaced with a Slim fan wich can be a bit spendy. These cons were not worth taking a egg off.

Other Thoughts: My build
Case: This one
Motherboard: Msi 990fx-gd80
Psu: XFX 750W Black Edition Modular XPS-750W-BES
Cpu: 1055t Hex core overclocked to 3.5 with Corsair H-50
Gpu: XFX GTX 295
Still plays most games out there on ultra runs Battlefield 4& Farcry 3 on ultra Also play Crysis 3 with Direct x 10 patch on High out performs a 560ti I didn't care about direct x 11 that much.

2 out of 5 eggsCould be better, could be worse

This review is from: APEVIA X-TROOPER Series X-TRP-GN Black/Green Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: price. The thing was cheap. The lighted fans are bright, much brighter than I would have though.

Cons: The fans are molex only. Half an egg off. The LEDs on the front are very dim. I'll prob replace those with some aftermarket ones. Half an egg off. The holes punch in the case to help with cable management do not have grommets. I almost RMA'd it for this, but my customer really like the look of the case. I know that these cables don't move much, but come on.... 2 eggs.

Other Thoughts: bought this for a customer I was doing a build for. Somethings I was surprised about while others were just disappointing.

4 out of 5 eggsWell ventilated, but flimsy

This review is from: APEVIA X-TROOPER Series X-TRP-GN Black/Green Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: This thing is designed for air cooling and keeps the air moving from bottom/side to top/back. Great airflow in this thing.

It shows promise for water cooling as it has tube ports in the upper back and 240mm fan/radiator mounts on the top.

Cons: Cheap fans. I recommend purchasing 120mm 4-pin fans for this case. Also, the huge, green fan on the side can be an obstruction if you decide to go closed-loop water cooling for your CPU. The CORSAIR H60 may work, because it doesn't stick out as far. But, the ThermalTake WaterPro 2.0 won't fit with both fans (push-pull) mounted on its radiator. The fan actually bumps into the outer fan.

Other Thoughts: The top seems appropriate for the 240mm radiator configuration, so another water cooling solution seems like it might work. But, I don't know, yet - I plan on custom-water cooling NB, SB, RAM & 2 GPUs.
