4 out of 5 eggsSolid Case

Pros: Sturdy, Strong case

Will fit most mid range video cards
GREAT airflow
Sleek look

Cons: Front CD Drive cover panel (with blue circle gauges) does not permit airflow... to keep that intake fan open the front must be open

200mm fan on side of case uses molex adapter, must be ran through back of case... irritating because to take off this side panel you have to remove both panels and disconnect from power supply. Upgrading fan to 3 pin.

Other Thoughts: Good case for gaming pc build, just keep in mind the front must be open.

4 out of 5 eggsBetter looking in person

Pros: The photos do little justice for how cool this case looks. I was also pleasantly surprised at how sturdy this case is. The cable management is an absolute dream. Also has a fan controller - can't say I noticed that much of a difference, though. Your mileage may vary, of course. Also, while it's a slightly snug fit, it will fit longer graphics cards without having to remove the hard drive cage. HUGE plus there!

Cons: The only real cons I could find were in the realm of quality control, and none of them were at all earth-shattering. One of the fans didn't light up, but it still spun which I suppose is the more important part. Also, one of the standoffs was stripped. They do furnish you with a lot of extra screws and standoffs, though. Finally, the expansion slot covers, once removed, cannot be put back on.

Other Thoughts: I was reluctant to purchase another Apevia case after having been thoroughly unimpressed with the X-Master HTPC case, but this was for a co-worker who wanted something to play Starcraft II on and the X-Cruiser3 with the blue LEDs made me think of the Protoss. Thankfully, this case turned out to be better than I expected.

A few caveats and oddities worth mentioning:

-The huge 200 mm fan on the side WILL be impeded by a large heatsink. Thankfully, I had a spare 120 mm blue LED fan laying around, and the side panel had screw-holes for both 120 mm and 140 mm fans. Props to Apevia for this one!

-Speaking of the fans, they only have Molex connectors. Make sure you get a PSU that has plenty of Molex plugs if you're considering this case.

-There are a few too many standoff-markers for ATX motherboards. Kinda weird, but nothing to worry about.

Overall, this is a very good case. Definitely recommended for gamers on a budget.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Looks awesome, fans are near silent. Easy to assemble, etc.

Cons: Can't get the VU meter to work or the headphone/mic ports, not sure the USB 2.0 ports work either. I need to see if they are connected at the port ends. I did make sure of my connections at the motherboard end and they're good.

Manufacturer Response:

4 out of 5 eggsGreat, cool, and cool looking

Pros: Keeps the case very cool, comes with many fans, LEDs, Temp monitor, monitoring gauges, fan control, plenty of room inside, plenty of drives, usb 3. Good deal

Cons: some of the front panel control's cords (cords already in case) are somewhat short making it difficult to wire manage them. Mounting instructions not very clear but easy to figure out on your own.

No deal breakers.

Other Thoughts: beware of fans all around case, manage your cables.
