5 out of 5 eggsLove this case

Pros: Lots of fans, roomy, good layout, looks cool, usb 3.0, front bay for a hotswap 2.5 hard drive. you can screw your ssd or 2.5 inch hd to the bottom, no need for an adapter or bracket.

Cons: not a con but be careful of your heat sink. if your heat sink is a tall one, the side panel fan will have to removed and or replaced.

Other Thoughts: i had to take the side fan off because it would not fit w/ my tall heat sink. I just bought another smaller fan. Replaced my fan with a blue led 120mm. or you can buy a lower profile heat sink.

5 out of 5 eggsAwsome Case

Pros: The case comes with many fans that worked off jump. When I put the computer together I and seen those neon light bright up i was quite pleased. This case is amazing and huge. I placed a 7950 in it, and it still has room for another.

Cons: The case has the worst wires in the world it took me 10 mins to get them to hook up. But don't let that stop you from buying this awesome case. At the end of the day i linked up all the fans and its working with powerful airflow.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome case for the money

Pros: A nice, beautiful case and has 5 fans, plenty enough to cool down every component in it. Love the blue LED light on the side and looks awesome when it it is on at night.

Cons: HD audio cable is too short, and doesn't reach. Would've been nice if it was longer.

Other Thoughts: Built my first rig ever with this case, and I am glad I made the decision of buying this case. I can see myself still using this case over and over for future builds as long as it still works by then.

Manufacturer Response:

You can extend the audio cable length about an inch or so by clipping the tie holding it to the case body. Just remove the other (non-window) side panel and cut it. It should fit then.

4 out of 5 eggsApevia X-Hermes Case

Pros: Solid case with lots of room and great cable management.
All of my components fit in very easily with no problems whatsoever.
The fans keep everything frosty and are surprisingly quiet.

Cons: The plugs for the fans are very cheap and the pins move around quite a bit making it difficult to get them plugged in.
The LED fan on the side panel didn't work.

Other Thoughts: I've done TV and computer repair for a number of years, but this was my first build and it couldn't have gone better. The only reason i docked an egg was for the poorly made fan plugs and the side panel fan being dead. Upon looking into the dead fan i noticed the power wires were broken on the circuit board solder point. To my knowledge I never pulled on the wires as it was the last thing to get connected, but it's possible that it could have gotten pulled during the build. I just soldered the wires back down and she took off without further issues. Other than that i would definitely recommend getting this case as it is very easy to work with, has tons of room for anything you wish to put in it, and looks amazing when its up and running.

3 out of 5 eggsOk, Not great, not bad

Pros: Inexpensive ... kind of
Very Lightweight
Pretty design. Looks good to my Brother (who wanted it)

Cons: Fans are all molex (I knew this) and the others reviews about the CHEAP molex are spot on... Terrible connectors.
HD Audio wire IS too short... had to route across everything and cut the zip ties that were pre-secured to get it to reach the MoBo pins.

Other Thoughts: I'd buy 3pin fans to replace these, but then that would technically increase the cost of the case by more than the cases value. The Fans are NOT a bonus IMO replacing 5 fans would of cost ~ $50... almost the price of the case itself.

HDD LED strip is not as bright, and would of looked better if it was not the HDD light. If it was always on like the left side the case would look parallel and uniform and a lot better than having one side of the LED strips blinking (faintly) and one side steady on.

5 out of 5 eggsFantastic case for the money!

Pros: Beautiful, sleek case! Large enough to fit most components with ease, while not being an absolute behemoth. Very easy to install components into, and the HD slots, combined with the locking brackets that come with, are quite convenient! There is a place at the bottom of the case to install an SSD directly to the bottom, if desired. The 5 built in fans keep everything nice and cool.

Cons: The fans were a bit confusing for me at first, but its as simple as daisy chaining them together, and then hooking the last one up to you PSU. I believe I was over thinking it, haha. Other than that, no cons whatsoever.

Other Thoughts: I recently built a gaming rig, and this case worked perfectly for my build. It has plenty of space, plenty of room for breathing, and still fits all the components nice a clean. I would definitely recommend this case! Everything in my build fits perfectly.

Motherboard: Asus P8Z77-V LK
CPU: Intel i7-3770k Ivy Bridge @ 4.2GHz (OC)
Memory: 8GB G-Skill Sniper 2400
Drive 1: Team L3 SSD 120GB
Drive 2: Seagate SV35.6 1TB @ 7200RPM
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 @1397MHz core / 7160MHz memory (OC)

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome Case

Pros: It has so many fans (no pun intended). Opens from both sides and has a shield which allows for better wire management. Installations easy.

Cons: I can't think of any right now.

4 out of 5 eggsAPEVIA X-Hermes X-HERMES-BL Black/Blue Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case w/ Side Window-Blue

Pros: Great case that comes with all the fans and room for 1 more at the bottom by the power supply. Stays cool and has good room for hard drives and optical drives. I also like the front docking station to plug in SATA drives. I use it to services or backup other computers for my business.

Cons: I got my case on time, but the side plastic door was cracked near one of the sides. It was easy to get back in place so the fan wouldn't hit it or cause rattle. No docking eggs for that. I didn't want to RMA because I really needed the system put together.

Other Thoughts: The only issue my wife complains of is that the side fan's LED is too bright at night, so I just turn it so it faces under the desk. Awesome case with lots of room. Love it!

5 out of 5 eggsLooks Great

Pros: Haven't built my pc yet, but this case looks great!
It comes with 5 fans!

Cons: 4 5in drive bays. Would like more for a hard drive coolermaster hard drive cooler, but won't take an egg for that.

5 out of 5 eggsPretty Nice Case

Pros: Nice looking case
5 fans, all included + pretty quiet even with 8 fans running (4 from tower, 2 from gpu, 1 from psu, 1 from cpu heatsink)
Power/Reset Button are somewhat covered so you don't accidentally press them
Pretty easy MOBO(motherboard) installation
Nice Cable Management Possibility(depends on the person building the PC)

Cons: One of the wires for the front of the tower was too short to plug into the bottom left of my MOBO, but after i clipped the cable tie binding the wires together, I was able to pull it straight across the MOBO and plug it into the slot.

Other Thoughts: I was unable reattach the side panel after installing my aftermarket CPU heatsink fan due to it being too large, so I had to remove the side fan. I don't really mind at all.
