2 out of 5 eggsVery flimsy

Pros: Cheap and small. Looks good.

Cons: Thin metal and thin paint. The metal was bent in several spots and had to be manually straightened and the paint has flaked off in a couple of spots. It just feels cheaply made.

4 out of 5 eggsNice little case - so far so good

Pros: Small, Simple, Cheap, Looks Nice.

Cons: People say airflow is bad... well that is true, because this case comes with NO fans(obviously air flow is going to be bad if you are depending on your PSU to be the only exaust); however, if you just install 2 fans(it has 2 rear fan mounts) then temps are just fine.

Power supply probably. Mine is still running fine, and on 230watt's I'm running A LOT. read below.

Other Thoughts: Kind of tight case(with a media card reader in one of the 3.5'' slots, I was only able to install one hard drive - Yes there is a hard drive mount under the CD rom, but it is very cramped) - but thats what Micro ATX type case is. even still I fit in: Asus AM2 Motherboard, AMD X2 4000+, 2gb DDR2 800 ram, 8500GT, Sound Blaster Audigy SE, 160gb Sata Hard Drive, DVD-RW Drive, Multi Media Card Reader, 2fans.

I expect to have to replace the power supply in the near future but so far I haven't had a single problem with it. I did set my computer to 'sleep' after 10minutes of no use, so the PSU doesn't get over run when the computer isn't being used.

3 out of 5 eggsAgreed

Pros: Size is great. The feet are snug. The construction of the case is solid enough for its size. I think it's not so bad for a knockabout box-- one you can take to other places than home when you need something more powerful, standardized, and flexible than a laptop.

Cons: As most others have said, the power supply is really bad. Mine shut itself of during OS installation. As I write this, I'm reinstalling the OS with the case panel removed for the ventilation this PS seems to require. I will have to order another one.

The black powder coating is indeed thin, so the silver-colored model might be better, as scuffs would not show so much.

Other Thoughts: It's not good for your primary system. Rather, I think it's a suitable project case.

2 out of 5 eggsSave your money

Pros: Low cost, looks nice, arrived in about a day, Newegg is a pleasure to deal with as always

Cons: Cheaply built case, paint was already chipped in the box (and had been covered with a black marker apparently), the fan hole on the side is in a place that a fan won't fit due to the close proximity to the drive cage, and my biggest problem is that the P4 connector is actually just jumpered off of the main ATX connector, NOT individual wires so it negates the whole purpose of that connector (which was to take some load off the ATX connector). To top it off, the P4 connector only has two lines going to it (positive and ground), and jumpers the two positive pins in the connector together, again making more stress on the wiring.

Other Thoughts: I'm sure this thing will hold a motherboard and such, as it is a complete case, and the chipped paint was negligible (it was in a sharp bend in the corner), but I wouldn't trust the power supply at all seeing how it is wired. I would suggest you save a few more dollars and get a Foxconn or another better built case. There is a difference between cheap and inexpensive, and this case/power supply is just cheap.

3 out of 5 eggsHot, Hot, Hot

Pros: Well labeled wires. Easy access to all mounts without removal of the back of the case. Clean interior design. good fit of covers and drive racks.

Cons: Poor air flow. The power supply included runs very hot, even running removed from the case. Metal is thin and easily distorted. Finish is poor.

Other Thoughts: I am running an older P4 1.8 transplanted from another compact desktop case. Everything fit including a larger than average heatsync/fan.

1 out of 5 eggsTerrible

Pros: None.

Cons: The worst case I have ever seen. Yeah, it was cheap but I still expect the power supply to work. The little plastic door covering the front USB/audio out panel broke the instant I touched it -- and I barely touched it.

Other Thoughts: Save your money up front and buy something else. It's not even worth and RMA.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat case for the price

Pros: Small, small case, but you can fit a lot in it. Cheap PSU, but it lasted 2-1/2 years, until I upgraded from a Rage 128 Pro Ultra to a Quadro 980XGL. I was surprised it even booted. Replaced the popped OSU with a Powmax 300W model (FAR, how can you beat that?) Plenty of room for auxilliary fans, a must for my Sempron 2400+ OC'd to 3000+, DVD burner, and the Quadro (sole expansion card).

Cons: Long 5-1/4" drives require tweaking some of the very thin sheet metal to fit.

2 out of 5 eggsPiece of Junk

Pros: overall look out of the package, size.

Cons: thin metal, horrible paint that chips, can get super hot, not sufficient airflow, included psu will burn out guarenteed

Other Thoughts: it works if you put super basic stuff in it, and a new psu.

3 out of 5 eggsBad PSU

Pros: Looks nice, black. Matches my system.

Cons: Replaced the PSU to eliminate video interference (fuzz). HDD light is super bright red (annoying).

Other Thoughts: Tight fit but manageable.

2 out of 5 eggsBad Power supply

Pros: Nice and small looks good.

Cons: Very tight fit, Minimal Air flow, Power supply fan died, caused system to overheat, caused the glue to melt off of the power switch, which made it inoperable If you buy this case you will need to buy a new power supply for it.

Other Thoughts: Great buy for the price, Just be sure to get a new power supply
