5 out of 5 eggsNZXT Zero 2

Pros: - Huge inside with great airflow
- Comes w/ 3 free 120mm fans
- SATA x1 USB x2 and Audio x2 on the top...nice touch
- Metal Knockouts for video card are screw in type to keep heavy cards secure.
- Front cover has fairly solid feel with strong magnetic latch for a secure fit. (no flimsy clip)
- Screwless design for all drive bays is fast, easy and holds my stuff in tight. No looseness.
- Keeps my stupid 9800 GX2 from getting too hot using the existing fans.

Cons: - Plastic covers for 5.25" bays fit kinda loose
- I swear they only send me 9 screw standoffs...maybe i'm crazy.

Other Thoughts: There is a spot for a 90mm fan facing the floor, the feet on case are about .5", most peeps keep rigs like this in bedrooms that are carpeted. If you leave this rig laying on its are golden!! LOL.

I gave it 5 eggs cause for the price it is alotta case.

3 out of 5 eggsFull Tower Indeed but Not What You Think

Pros: Wide enough to fit most aftermarket coolers

More than enough external drive bays
Top I/O ports are standard USB, eSATA, and headphone/mic jacks

GREAT airflow. Side fans deliver cool air directly on to my GPU as well as in front of and on my Zalman CNPS9900ALED

Front door has a magnetic latch and keeps the dust out.

Cons: Motherboard tray does not have access to rear of motherboard.

The length of the case does boast the length of a Full ATX case, however, my HD 6870 touches from end to end. That means the rear of the case to the beginning of the HDD bay. If you're intending to get (or already have) a GPU longer than 12", this would not be the case for you.

I did mention that the case has great airflow, which I stand by, but it only has a 80mm top fan slot. That is obviously not a perfferred fan size for top exhaust.

The front HDD fan is a 120mm fan but does not do a good job of air intake through all the mesh that protects dust from getting in.

No protective mesh on side fan ducts.

The case isn't ideal for hot swapping. No hot swap bays on the front and the top has an eSATA port but no hot swap bay.

Serious lack of cable managment ports.

Not Liquid Cooler ready.

Other Thoughts: I rated this case as a high end gamer although I bought this as an enthusiast. I felt VERY good about this case even though I gave it so many negatives.

Cable management wasn't a big deal for me even though it is for so many other people. I managed my cables with zip ties and zip tie mounts and was very pleased with the outcome as wire management ports can't hold the wires to the same degree as zip ties can.

Getting a top mounted PSU case was essential to me because of the lack of length my current PSU's cables have. This case made up for that weakness.

Without a fan installed over the CPU HSF, I have about 2.6 cm to spare. With a side fan installed over my Zalman CNPS9900ALED, I have about 2mm to spare and I believe my cooler sits at 134mm in height. You may have to recheck that.

All in all, good case but please remember I took two eggs off for a gamers point of view. If you're an enthusiast this still may be a great case for you.

4 out of 5 eggscase review

Pros: VERY large slick design big fans included and you can add another 4 120 mm fans on the side which is sweet

Cons: the fan spot on the top is 80mm when it really should be anywhere from 120~240mm which isn't very nice but whatever

2 out of 5 eggsMight have been good if it wasn't broken

Pros: Looks nice. All i can tell from the box

Cons: Came in chipped and broken. Still waiting for replacement. Don't know if NZXT's fault or UPS's.

4 out of 5 eggsPretty Good...

Pros: -3 High performance 120mm fans included
-1 Blue LED intake fan (front, 120mm).
-2 Unlit Exhaust fans (rear, 120mm).
-Good air flow.
-Plenty of room for expansions of all types.

Cons: -Very heavy.

Other Thoughts: The following depends on what motherboard you have...

I have had difficulty plugging in my SATA cables due to the HDD decking. My mobo is with in about an inch, and my cables plug in paralell, not perpendicular, to the board. Bottom line, it's still possible, just a pain, especially if you want to expand storage.

4 out of 5 eggsNot big enough

Pros: Seems like a nice case - The price was great.

Cons: Not deep enough for an Asos Rampage III Extreme - it will fit in, but the drive bays block access to the SATA inputs. Should work well for all but the widest mobo's.

Other Thoughts: I unfortunately have to return it.

5 out of 5 eggsBEAUTIFUL CASE - Holds my parts like a champ

Pros: This case is extremely sturdy, Plenty of room to keep all my stuff inside and after mounting the 4 120mm fans on the side i cant get my case to heat up, mounting blue LED fans on the side of this hidden behind the black metal covers keeps them somewhat dim which is sweet. It really hides my iffy looking 6 fan fan controller well behind the door. The blue LED on the front is no problem and looks sweet in the dark.

Fan controller takes over 2 of the 3 stock fans which i turn off when I'm not gaming leaving my single lower 120mm rear fan to do it all.

My temps max out at 31 C with all my fans going full power when I'm OCing my graphics card to its full with WoW on ultra settings at 1440x900 (widescreen)

Cons: Door restricted my CD drive opening one time when i opened it accidentally via "My Computer" but other than that no problems.

Side panel causes problems with my wiring of the side panel case fans because of how it hinges. (Don't let it discourage you with getting this case!)

Other Thoughts: Owning this case for 7 months now and no regrets!

Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 (no OC and stock cooler, mobo restriction)
4gb DDR2 800 ram (mobo restriction D=)
500gb 7200rpm Seagate (original in machine)
640gb 7200rpm caviar black (added in)
Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 5770 1gb GDDR5
650watt Corsair PSU

5 out of 5 eggsGreat cheap full tower.

Pros: The door has magnets instead of the cheesy push and click mechanism. Window on the front of the door so if you have the nzxt sentry fan controller you could see case temps and fan speeds. nice tooless rail system better than the little pins that come with most toolless designs. I only paid $89.99 on another website for this case which considering the price on newegg is a steal in compare. Sturdy thick steel chasis.

Cons: not realy a big con but wish the power supply was on the bottom of the case instead of the top of it. Only comes with 3 120mm fans.

Other Thoughts: The inside of the case isn't painted black. Just need a can of black spray paint.

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing Case

Pros: -Study build
-Lots of HDD, DVD screwless rails
-Plenty of room
-Sleek, smooth finish

I rebuilt my PC to be more of a gaming machine for the upcoming Cataclysm update for World of Warcraft, and this case easily fits two GeForce 465's and has amazing cooling capabilities. The sleek, almost alienware-type look makes it all the better.

Cons: It could have come with more than 3 fans (it has room for 8), but hey, fans are cheap.

Other Thoughts: The blue neon lights on the front are rather bright, so if your PC is going to sleep in the same room with you, that could be an issue. Personally it doesn't bother me (the blue illumination is kinda cool, helps me sleep).

5 out of 5 eggsNZXT ZERO 2 Crafted Series

Pros: Love this tower, lots of room, it is heavy, but i mean its steel, what do you want? if you are gonna be carryin this thing around, i would put it on wheels, seriously. Anyway, have had hands on with the first gen of this tower, so kinda bias to the brand.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: As said before, HEAVY, but its steel, if you can avoid it, DONT move it. lol
