4 out of 5 eggsAmazing

Pros: Good Airflow
Roomy
Great cable management space

Cons: Water cooling hose just barely fit with by my huge graphics card, and the drive bays at the top are rivoted in, making annoying to get out so it could work. -1 egg for that.

Other Thoughts: A bit bigger than it needed to be for me, but thats my own fault.

1 out of 5 eggs6 out of 8 MB mounting not tapped

Pros: Newegg shipped fast

Cons: The motherboard mounting brass stands can not go in. Out of 8 of them, only two of them can go in, rest six not tapped.

Other Thoughts: I am not sure I can trust product without QA

Manufacturer Response:

4 out of 5 eggsGood Case

Pros: I like this case it was an upgrade to the liquid cooling system that prompted me to buy this case The case has lots of air flow and is made of steal. One big plus for me was the bottom PSU mount. It makes your cable management much easier. With the ½ ID tubing in the case I was kind of worried about running out of space but it all worked out very well. For those of you out there with liquid cooling I am using ½ inch ID thin wall vinyl tubing. I did have to remove the grommets in the case to get my tubing in but if you’re going with 3/8 tubing don’t worry. The case came with lots of screws and I really liked the fact that the case came with thumb screws even if they are plastic cap screws. I was also very happy to see that both sides of the case come off for easy cable management this is a huge help for liquid cooling systems or for these of you that are like me and very "A" about cable management. Overall I am very happy with this case if you’re looking for a mid-sized case then you really can’t go wrong with this one especially if your system runs hot this has case has so much airflow.

Cons: The front audio header plug was DOA, I played with it for about 30 min trying to fix it before I just stopped caring. One of my biggest complaints with all case manufacturers is that they never clearly mark the pin trim out lines clearly. So here on this case the positive is in the top position when lettering is upright but I had to find that out thru trial and error. I mean how hard is it to put a small mark on the connector? So all the words are upside-down because of the power pin setup on my board. I don’t care that the letters are upside down I just want the connectors labeled. I took one egg for the Audio Header not the pin connectors.

Other Thoughts: For the price it’s a very good case

Manufacturer Response:

Hello there Wilisp,

Sorry to hear that your audio header plug was DOA, however I would be more than happy to help you out on getting that fixed, if you could please kindly visit http://www.nzxt.com/support/ and create a ticket, we can get started on getting that worked out for you!

I will be looking forward from hearing from you.

Thanks for being an NZXT customer!

Best Regards,
NZXT Support

5 out of 5 eggsAWESOME!

Pros: I went from a Full ATX Case to this one. LOVE IT! I planned on doing many LAN parties and taking this to work on a regular basis and the handle is sturdier than I expected.

Good Air Flow

Cons: Cramped. Just like every other review, cable management is a creative challenge. I have a modular power supply but it was still crazy.

Other Thoughts: I would recommend this to anyone looking for a slick, light mATX case

4 out of 5 eggsAwesome LAN case

Pros: Good small case that'll fit a rather large graphics card and CPU heatsink. Although I've only had a few graphics cards in this case I've never seemed to have any problems with room. Nvidia GTX 260 fits no problem. AMD HD 6970 will fit without issue. If you have a mATX SLI/Crossfire motherboard there is room for two large graphics cards. A tight fit, but room nonetheless.

Bottom mounted PSU is nice, filter underneath also very nice, I would've mounted the PSU upside down to help draw air through the case if it wasn't for all of the mesh and the top mounted fans. Air flow isn't really an issue even using only the fans that come with the case.

Comes with intake and upper exaust fan.

Cut out for the CPU heatsink. No need to remove motherboard to change heatsink.

Cons: You're going to want a Modular Power supply. My Corsair 750w isn't modular, and it's just down right painful to make it fit good. The extra cable laying in the bottom of the case doesn't look to pretty either. Not really the fault of the case, it's just a big power supply for a small case, with the case being small there's not much room to hide the cable

Tight Fit on the side cove for my Hyper 212+ Not a big deal, you just have to make sure the tabs at the top of the heatsink don't get damaged when you take the side cover on and off.

The back side cover ( for cable routing ) doesn't give you _that_ much room. It's more than what most cases have. I'll take what I can get for room on the back side of the motherboard.

Other Thoughts: Does not come with rear exaust fan, looks as if only 80mm fans can be mounted in that spot, doesn't really matter as my CM Hyper 212+ heatsink has dual fans blowing air from the bottom of the case up to the top exaust fan now.

Only room for two hard drives in the bottom tray. No mounting brackets for SSD and or mounting hard drives in the 5 1/4 bays ( where the CD drives go ) Not a huge deal, just don't expect to put a RAID 10 setup in here without some mounting brackets and a bit work to make everything fit.

Very good small little case for taking to LAN parties. Reccommended it to many friends. The handle is higly convient. I won't but another case without a handle. It's not nearly as awful as my previous expirences with mATX cases. I have no desire to build anything but my server's in full/mid tower cases anymore.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome case

Pros: Great cable management, excellent overall build quality, build in fan controller, quiet fans included, and a handle to transport it :D

Cons: I feel that the cables that were included and the plastic on them felt a little cheap but hey, that's not enough to dock an egg because you won't be doing much with those cables like you would with others.

Other Thoughts: Overall, I LOVE this case and it is worth every penny. Only real complaint that I have against it is more-so directed towards NZXT itself for not releasing a newer updated version with USB 3.0 in the front. Other than that, perfect case.

5 out of 5 eggsNicest mATX Case Ever

Pros: Solid build quality. Lots of mesh and filters. Looks very good in person. Extremely solid handle from my experience and I have a NZXT Kraken X40 bottom mounted. Lots of cable management options in all the right places. Nice I/O Front Panel including fan control. Nice case all the way around.

Cons: The instructions were minimal. Fortunately, it was not too terribly complicated.

Other Thoughts: It would be nice if there were a filter for the large mesh window. Word on the street is only NZXT 200mm fans will mount to the holes on the mesh window.

5 out of 5 eggsBoss case! :3

Pros: This case has great airflow and everything fits great. I had no problems with the handle, don't see how anyone could, except...

Cons: ...the instructions may as well be in hieroglyphics and chances are people tried to use the wrong screws for the handle, as none of the hardware is labled nor do the instructions explain which goes where. However, I found it easy enough to figure out, so I won't dock an egg.

Other Thoughts: Other color schemes would be cool, would like red LEDs to go with my mobo and GPU, but I can always mod it. >;3

4 out of 5 eggssolid case

Pros: leds and fan controller at this price point
front panel esata (i like esata)
good LAN case

Cons: could have had more room for cable management or evern cutouts

Other Thoughts: built my m-itx LAN rig in it keeps it cool as a clam and the handle though a bit weak seeming if you add lock nuts to the underside is awesome

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Case

Pros: Look and ease of swapping the hard drives. I like the handle it has on top that allows it to be carried easily. This is a convenience for me since I do have a few LAN parties at friend's houses. Love the orange LEDs and I did end up buying that 200mm fan that makes the case look nicer and also provides great cooling for the rest of the case.

Cons: none.

Other Thoughts: If you like the orange black look with mobility in mind then this case is nice. Cooling is great and the handle is definitely a plus if you do move your computer around a bit.
