NZXT Phantom PHAN-001RD Red Steel / Plastic Enthusiast ATX Full Tower Computer Case

Pros: Big & Roomy just how I like to put together my PC's. Lots of airflow, room to increase airflow by routing cables through the back. Big fans and power supply air flow is bottom mounted. USB 3.0 on the front, easy to remove pci slots, and easy to mount anything you need for your PC in this behemoth of a case.

Cons: The cons were pretty easy to figure out from the get go. Some of the screws to remove the sides of the case are hard to remove with just your hands. There was some warped sections from delivery that made it impossible to remove the screws even with a pair of pliers and a Philips Head. Another con would be the hard drive trays. This is just personal preference but I prefer to screw in my hard drive or a similar alternative. This weak plastic tray and its mechanism are just a downer when building a PC right. Other than that GREAT PRODUCT.

Other Thoughts: Buy it for a first time build or a larger build than normal. Lots of room, lights, attachments and it looks nice. I personally wouldn't think about choosing another case if the fans werent custom and the large one is starting to weaken after shipping my PC across the country :(

Pros: Aesthetics are a big thing for me. My case has to look great. I love how NZXT designs their Phantom cases. This is my second one, and I adore both of them.

Cons: This is also the second fan controller that's come with a broken power connector. I'm lucky I had a backup - otherwise my computer would have overheated long ago. I contacted NZXT, and...they never responded to me. Great service, huh? I'm going to get the Thermaltake level 10 gt next time :)

Pros: Lots of fan/ mounting options, runs very quiet and cool, nice and big, things are not cramped for cable routing and bigger cards and coolers

Cons: absolutely massive, once you find a place for it it will probably never move from there again without several day laborers and a forklift.

Pros: This cause is clean and has room for water cooling built right in. I has a spacious interior easily accommodating even the bulkest of parts. The Fans have throttle ccontrols easy to access on top of the case. One top mounted Usb 3.0, usb 2.0 , and a Sata port makes hooking up externals extremely convenient. Also if you are trying to break your self of using your case as it's own desk, the angeled top helps you break the habit. Easy side panel removal. The internal cables are already bundled and labeled making hooking up case controls to your mother board for the newest of computer building enthusiast easy ever time. This case has it all.

Cons: I found nothing to gripe about for this wonderful case.

Pros: Its long not wide, absolutely perfect (that's what she said). The cooling ability of this case is amazing. I purchased 2x200mm and a 140mm all with blue LEDs for this case. Now it has a total of 9 fans (2 top, 3 left side, 1 front, 1 exhaust, and 2 on my heat-sink.) I have an i5-3750 on an ASUS P8Z77-LK and I can't get the CPU over 30C even fully OCed. It took me hours to realize there was a button on the back that turns the LEDs on whenever you want. The fan controls are perfect and work very well. The case is extremely quiet even with the fans. The looks of this case are par-none, NZXT pulled out every stop in the design and they took some big risks. Going for longer in a market of taller and wider was bold and I think it paid off very well! I'd recommend this to someone looking to do there first build or someone doing there 20th. I honestly believe that I will not be trading this case out for atleast a decade unless something show stopping comes out. When I opened the box I giggled like a school girl and ran it upstairs to begin my build. The removable 2x3.5" bay was awesome and really helped clear up a lot of space for installation. The optical bays intrigue me due to the fact they have ventilated paneling even though the door is solid so there is zero airflow, but this is not a factor in cooling whatsoever, just a weird design, which NZXT seems to be famous for.

Cons: The only things about this case that upset me are that there is no removable motherboard tray (minor), and only 2 USB plugs on the entire case (minor) But the pros TOTALLY outweigh the cons.

Other Thoughts: For an entry level price you can get a professional case. Worth every single penny.

Pros: Where to begin? Beautiful case, lots of room and airflow (I literally have people ask "what's that big thing?"), and for the money? You just can't beat the value. The price goes up and down for the case, so if you can wait, catch it on sale. It makes it that much sweeter.

Cons: If only NZXT would fill the extra fan slots. Honestly, though, running an FX-8350 and AMD 7950 at 100% for folding@home, my temps are super sweet. So, not really a con at all, sorry. :)
