4 out of 5 eggsgood case

This review is from: NZXT Source 210 S210-002 White w/Black Front Trim “Aluminum Brush / Plastic” ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: Pretty quite the included fan is super quite sometimes don't even notice my pic running lol, good quality,

Cons: The psu slot was bent had to force my psu in it. Not a lot of space behind the motherboard plate for the cables had to force the back plate on.

Other Thoughts: Over all pretty good case for the money

5 out of 5 eggsSolid case

This review is from: NZXT Source 210 S210-002 White w/Black Front Trim “Aluminum Brush / Plastic” ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: As advertised. No issues threading mounts, plenty of room for wire management, and fairly priced. Lot of room for fans.

Cons: My fault, but a Hyper 212 will touch the door. Did not cause issues in closing, it is just a very tight fit.
Would've liked a few more fans included, but not a deal breaker.

4 out of 5 eggs

This review is from: NZXT Source 210 S210-002 White w/Black Front Trim “Aluminum Brush / Plastic” ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: Cheap and good quality

Cons: I assume this was an isolated case but this case was bent at the bottom where the PSU goes in. I had to force it in and even after i managed to put the screws it left a little gap. other than that, everything is fine.

Another big con in my opinion is the lack of frontal USB3 that some people may fail to notice (i didnt need frontal usb3 so i got this)

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome

This review is from: NZXT Source 210 S210-002 White w/Black Front Trim “Aluminum Brush / Plastic” ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: Amazing room, and cable management for this price. Case is extremely durable, up to 7 120mm fans, and the white is gorgeous. The paint does not scratch easy, dragged it around the table while building and no scratches. Fit my GTX 970 with almost an inch clearance wihtout a harddrive across from it. plenty of cooling room. GREAT BUY!

Cons: could of seperated the screws in the bag but its not that hard to find them all. nothing other than that! lol

5 out of 5 eggsSolid Case for the Price

This review is from: NZXT Source 210 S210-002 White w/Black Front Trim “Aluminum Brush / Plastic” ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: Purchased for a customer build. Almost as nice to work in as my c70. Definitely does not feel like or look like a $40 case. The white looks very sharp!

Cons: Side panels are a little awkward to get on and off

Other Thoughts: Please make a windowed version of the white case

4 out of 5 eggsUpdate

This review is from: NZXT Source 210 S210-002 White w/Black Front Trim “Aluminum Brush / Plastic” ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: Apparently you can't edit a review?

Cons: Not enough motherboard screws included in peripherals.

Other Thoughts: Updated thoughts related to my previous review:

1. I learned about SSD Bays. So for other dummies like me that might have, for example, been given an SSD by a friend without a bay or mention of a bay, you need a bay :P

2. Ended up going with 3 ties and 1 screw for my small fan. Bigger fans would be more ideal as it is getting a little warm in there, but I feel like with the 1 big fan, 1 small fan and my big GPU it's already as noisy as I want it to get. Fans matching the size of the included fan are the obvious ideal though.

About the customer service. The actual problem turned out to be a different story.
The first replacement screws were apparently sent at request, but both FedEx AND the post office which they handed the package off dropped the ball on tracking and delivery. If it had only been one or the other, I wouldn't have thought it was NZXTs fault but it was just one of those things.
So when they sent the second replacement screws, both mailers arrived on the same day. This package was NOT handed off the post office, but delivered directly to my door.
Now the funny part is, each package only had 4 motherboard screws.
So between the 3 I got my 8.
If you receive a case from them without enough screws, make you sure you request the replacement package be checked by a person who knows what is going on.

4 out of 5 eggsGood case, bad Customer Support

This review is from: NZXT Source 210 S210-002 White w/Black Front Trim “Aluminum Brush / Plastic” ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: Had for a month but not able to use due to missing screws. However, being my first build, I didn't realize that before I started so I did actually build just about the whole thing. It was user friendly, had plenty of space, very aesthetically pleasing, fairly solid construction.

Cons: These are all related to things that I didn't know about or to look for with it being my first build.

1. Major issue for me, I have a teeny tiny (that's a technical term by the way!) SSD and nowhere to put it. I don't really know what I'm going to do, tie it in I guess?

2. The holes in the fan vent/grate are not aligned so that the smaller fans I have can be secured in with x4 screws (sorry for weird wording, obscenity filter). I guess I will go with 2 screws 2 ties.

3. The DVD drive bay is a bit tight so I could only get mine in the middle slot.

Other Thoughts: I will never buy from NZXT again if this is how they treat their customers. It has been almost, if not, 3 weeks since I filed my ticket about the missing screws and they have not shipped them yet. For reference these are the motherboard screws for the standoffs and are not like the ones in my old case.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat for price

This review is from: NZXT Source 210 S210-002 White w/Black Front Trim “Aluminum Brush / Plastic” ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: Cheap, Easy to work with, roomy for price

Cons: No SSD slot, not a big deal since its cheap to buy a ssd bay.

Other Thoughts: Great case for budget build, will always be my go to case, wish it had an SSD bay.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent Inexpensive Case

This review is from: NZXT Source 210 S210-002 White w/Black Front Trim “Aluminum Brush / Plastic” ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: This case hit all the things I was looking for in a case. I don't need bells and whistles, and because it is our bedroom, I don't want any fancy lights. It has lots of locations for fans. It can hold a ton of hard drives. Doesn't have any of the needless tool less mounting stuff. And it has decent cable routing through the back. I like the looks, the upside down front USB doesn't bother me and it isn't the dreary black that everyone else is doing. And it is inexpensive.

Cons: If I had to come up with one, I would say that the front panel comes off just a bit too easy for my taste, but nothing I would knock and egg of for. When I say too easy, I mean that if you are trying to pull it out of a cubby by the little cutout on the underside of the front panel, it will likely come off.

Other Thoughts: I now have two of these cases. Bought the first one for my Linux file server as I needed more hard drive space (expanded mirrored raid storage). I liked it so much that when it was time to replace the case for my main pc I really didn't look anywhere else. Now I have two in my custom built desk that look identical.

And no, it isn't a high dollar case replacement. If you are looking for all the bells and whistles, this case won't fit that bill. It's large, convenient, good looking and a bit old school on the inside. But, there are reasons it is $40 and that's because it sticks to the (and does well) things a case needs to do.

I moved the 120mm fan to the front to blow on the hard drives and I have two 140mm fans on order http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835264008
to exhaust the hot air out of the top. These fans match the look of the case, hopefully they will work and be as quiet as advertised.
