5 out of 5 eggsClean and nice

Pros: Great budget case. Easy cable routing, several drive bays, decent air flow. What more could you want from an inexpensive case like this?

Cons: Pretty bare bones, but you get great value for what you pay

4 out of 5 eggsSSD Mounting Holes Unusable

Pros: Great case. Looks good. Black interior. Lots of mounting areas for 3.5 and 5.25 devices. Good airflow design.

Cons: Bought 5 of these to fill an custom order for a client. Found the SSD mounting holes in the bottom of the case and they are unusable because the 3.5" mounting brackets are riveted over them. I think someone was drinking heavily when they placed the SSD mouting holes on this model. Other than that, the case is excellent.

Other Thoughts: ROTATE the SSD mounting holes by 90 degrees and this case would be stellar.

4 out of 5 eggsNZXT 210 Mid Tower

Pros: *Easy to use from the original build, to adding extra fans, memory, so on...
*After a year of everyday use, I have no issue at all with the build quality.
*Decent air flow set up for the price and style
*Price

Cons: *A little bland I guess, but once again for the price you can not complain, and the pictures clearly show the look of the case.
*Expansion bays are plastic, which I would expect but the pop out covers on the front honestly feel like they could easily be broken. Granted I have not broke any myself, but probably the only real negative I could think of on the build quality.

Other Thoughts: For the price, you get a well build case that has plenty of room for most builds. You could easily put 2 GPUs, an after market CPU heat sink, and it has more expansion bays than any normal person could ever need.

5 out of 5 eggsGood budget case

Pros: Cheap, Good quality, Adequate room for a case in its class, Nice finish, Decent cable management, Solid.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Had absolutely no problems fitting all of the hardware required for a now build in this case. ATX mobo, 4 sticks of ram without coolers, 430w corsair power supply, no video card, CD drive, 1 Hard drive. In the past i purchased a phantom case from NZXT and found the overall quality to be lackluster at best so was pleasantly surprised when this case came to me with functional 3.5" and 5.25" mounting systems, a good paint job, and a seemingly solid build.

4 out of 5 eggsQuality Case for the Cost

Pros: 1. The Cost
2. Plenty of harddrive bays for future use
3. Overall size to work in
4. (Mostly) Toolless design is easy
5. Well labeled
6. Standoffs come with screw adapter which makes for easy install.

Cons: 1. No 2.5' bay or adapter. The one labeled 2.5 hdd at the bottom is useless
2. Forces a lot of the cables towards the center of the case. You'll need some clever management to get them around back.

Other Thoughts: Far Warning: In order to install the power supply to the motherboard I had to unscrew the 140mm top fan and hold it off to the side. It is a very snug fit and you are going to want as thin and long of a cable as possible (maybe buy an extender or adapter).

5 out of 5 eggsI don't know why other companies even bother in this price range.

Pros: + Simple utilitarian appearance.
+ Amazing cooling potential. Extra spaces for a side 120mm, two front 120mm, and an additional 140mm up top, or to use the area up top for a liquid cooling radiator.
+ included fans are quiet and push a lot of air, and are also sleeved and pre-routed behind the motherboard tray out of the box! (Plenty of cooling for an AMD FX-8350 and Radeon 7750 with stock heatsinks.)
+ rolled steel construction inside the case means there are no sharp edges at all to cut yourself on, which was common in budget cases of years past.
+ tool-less design that still allows for the removal of the tool-less mounts to use normal mounting screws in case you have unusual hardware.
+ painted interior looks super stylish when the door is removed.
+ space behind the motherboard tray is actually large enough to route most cables through.
+ front panel connectors are actually on the front, very easy to access and has USB 3.
+ optical drive bay covers are easy to remove, and can be replaced after they have been removed. Simple pinch and pull design.
+ front panel is easy to remove to help installing unusual components.
+ enough room inside for the biggest video cards on the market, though it may make mounting one or two hard drives impossible.

Cons: - No removable dust filters.
- Solid hard drive & optical drive construction - hard drives mount aligned length-way with the case, and is not modular or removable.
- front fans when mounted may get in the way of the hard drives behind them, and mounting them with hard drives in place is difficult.
- no mounting points or adapters for SSDs
- front panels solid build means less air can be pulled in from front mounted fans.

Other Thoughts: I used this case for a build for a friend who wanted a day-to-day use PC. It is styled in a way that makes it good not only for enthusiasts, but also for your average user who just wants something unobtrusive to sit under his desk.

the non-elite version of this case that comes with one less fan would be perfect as well if it could be had for a lower price, but at the time the prices were the same after factoring in the shipping cost, which was free on the Elite model.

If i was building a system for someone who intended to do serious gaming, i would still consider this case, but likely use the Source 220 or the Tempest series, as they have slightly better front ventilation and easily removable filters.

Considering the value that is included in this case, it is an absolute top pick in my book. Its perfect not only for every day users, but also someone who wants to build a nice entry level gaming pc that they can hold onto through several upgrade cycles. there is decent cooling performance without adding anything, and if you are interested in overclocking, adding more fans or water cooling radiators is certainly an option.

it wasn't too long ago that a budget case meant shiny metal interior with sharp edges, flimsy construction, and one fan that would burn up within a few days use. There are only a few cases that even come close to competing in this price range, again i would recommend this product to anyone for any purpose and at any budget other than "money is no option" builds.

I have purchased several other cases from NZXT recently, and on one occasion contacted them because one case fan had its cabling nicked by a side panel, not to the point of being cut, but almost, and they happily sent me two replacement fans the next day - customer service is always a nice thing to know you have to fall back on.

1 out of 5 eggsarrived damaged

Pros: would have been a decent one if undamaged. fast free shipping

Cons: arrived damaged. Now do not know if it got damaged while shipping or if the manufacturer himself shipped out damaged . Spent 50 bucks on it and it has got a 2 " crack right on the front panel.

Other Thoughts: if you are willing to gamble and do not mind taking the pain of shipping back and dealing with customer service, go for it. Otherwise If you are like me, it is not worth it except for an 1 egg review

5 out of 5 eggsBLACK Source 210 Elite - excellent case

Pros: Modern, modest, and sleek design. Power LED light is not too bright. Case does not overstate itself like a lot of cases out there. My last case was an Antec Solo.
Front USB3.
Room Cable routing inside the case.
Plenty of room inside case.
Great airflow options.
Bottom mount PSU
Price is great for a well-balanced case that does not break your budget!
Fits my 770GTX fine.

Cons: no filters on the fan intakes... but you get what you pay for.

Other Thoughts: pulling off the front of the case is a bit scary.. plastic clips and it does not come all the way off/open up.
not a con.. but a suggestion for next revision.

3 out of 5 eggsNZXT attitude

Pros: For appearance: 5 eggs. The thing I like most about this case is the outward appearance. It's simple, elegant yet functional. It's unencumbered by bling and flash. Included are awesomely quiet fans (although I wish the blades were black). The case is quite open to the ambient air from the eight fan openings. It's not likely to get too warm inside the case. Interior layout is very good, although I would have liked another centimeter or two width behind the motherboard to hide sleeved 24-conductor power cables. End result looks OK and there is easily sufficient air flow. Cabling supplied for the USB 3.0, front panel and fans is solid. Four eggs overall.

Cons: "If you want it bad, you'll get it bad." or "cut shipping costs by reducing weight." The case arrived with a slight bend in the bottom of the power supply mount. This was easily remedied but obviously happened before the unit was painted because the shipping carton was cosmetically perfect and so was the paint. Two screws holding the slot covers were stripped and the sheet metal of the case is soft steel - don't sit on it! The case is light due to the type of the steel and the numerous fan cut-outs. Would have liked heavier SECC or SGCC steel. Case is painted black and so is the hardware, so screws and stand-offs bind in the holes. Slot covers are completely perforated and rather flimsy due to the soft steel. Screws are smaller than usual to save costs and shipping. Thumb screws for sides are so small as to be challenging to the thumbs. Fan filters are not supplied and although small flanges for them are on the bottom, only thin-framed screens will fit. Fit is very good. Paint is nearly flawless, Plastic front bezel is robust, but finish is inconsistent. Hardware (screws, stand-offs) and assembly (stripped screw holes) are flawed and material (soft steel) is disappointing. Minus two eggs for me, others may be more tolerant.

Other Thoughts: Just me: I like conservative cases that I might safely use as a stool, roomy mid-towers around 16-18lbs bare or more or full towers proportionally heavier, galvanized and tempered. Cases like the Antec 300 or 302 (no, I'm not going to spell those numbers out.) This case is rated at 14.4lbs but even with the complete computer installed, this case with contents weighs just under 26lbs with drives, extra fans and a strong video card. Good for the price, but I'll be looking for heavier cases requiring tools (toolless can mean cheap materials) providing at least the possibility of shock-resisting mounts for the hard drives. I like the black but I don't want the bling of plastic windows and colored LED lights. For most buyers this might be a 4 egg case, but for me, my next case will be one I can plan on keeping and reusing contently for a long time. And I'm not goint to give it more eggs just because it's inexpensive. It is what it is. Quality is free. Read W. Edwards Deming.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: - Good looking
- A lot bigger than the picture, but that's to be expected
- Toolless HDD and Expansion bays helped with installation but, there are screwholes that need to be filled on the other side of the HDD cage, so why bother?
- Looks pretty good
- Spacious for what I had
- Standoff installation was a breeze
- Fit an MSI 7870

Cons: - No rubber grommets :(
- LED Light on the case is really annoying when you're sleeping and downloading stuff
- Inward-facing HDD cage, imo
- Cant survive a house fire without stinking like smoke

Other Thoughts: I didn't have this case for long, but it served me well, what separated us was a fire that started in my garage, poor thing was so smoked out. The smell would NOT alleviate, then again, plastic tends to do that, if you want a case that can survive a fire and not smell; then go metal. Lol.
