NZXT Crafted Series Phantom Black / Green Trim Steel / Plastic ATX Full Tower Computer Case

Pros: IT'S BIG. If you want a case that looks cool and has lots of space, this is it. Price was good as well, I was going to wait on this for a while...until I got an email on my wishlist with a 20 dollar off promo on this case. Sold.
Color scheme is good as well. Packing in case was great and it came in a great condition.
Great case as long as you go into it knowing you're buying a case that comes up to your knee.

Cons: Can't think of any as of yet.
If I had to be nit picky I would say that the box with the screws and what not was hard to get out of the inside of the case. That was just annoying wouldn't really call that a con since that doesn't affect the function of the product.

Other Thoughts: Glad I bought it when I did for the price.

Pros: Great Design, Loads of space. Plenty of room to hide wiring.
Slapped a GTX680 in there, no problem, plenty of room to spare.
Fans are quiet and airflow is great.
Hole alignment for my Corsair 100 water cooler was spot on and made for easy installation.

Cons: Side door alignment was off.
The HDD fans are WAY too close to the HDD's on the main bay. I have my wiring as close as I can to the drives and still the fan was rubbing. Unplugged fan, no way around that problem.
No LED fan was included with my case, was I suppose to get one?
The additional HDD rack was not needed. I guess if you plan to run more than 5 drives, it's a bonus I guess.

Other Thoughts: Like many have said before me, it is one BIG case and is heavy even before loading it up.
It's solid and other that the side door holes not aligned properly, I would have given it a better rating for construction.
I'm not sure how the designers didn't catch and re-design the space for the HDD fan. Not good.
I'd say average, to above average for this case. Hope they read these posts and think about some changes on the next model.

Pros: case is massive, LED's are sweet, FCB on top to control your fan speeds (Fan controller board), plenty of room to add more HDD space and DVD drives, all covers of the case come off.

Cons: its kinda tough to put everything together if your a noob at building computers. the instructions that came in the box suck, because there's hardly any instructions to begin with. I purchased an ATX ASUS motherboard to go along with the case and it hardly fits, if your reading this and you're frustrated cuz your motherboard wont seat correctly with the screws, have someone else hold the motherboard while trying to seat it, with some figit'ing it will come into place and work as expected. (The NZXT manufacturer has no excuse for this, if anything they should recall this product and fix it so that this isint an issue for future customers.) Other than that everything else works as expected.

Other Thoughts: don't be discouraged by the lack of customer service, everyone hates calling customer service so get over yourself.
Honestly unless your building a computer worth like 2g's this case is wayyy to big for anything.

Pros: This case is gigantic, don't ever worry about runing out of space. It has plenty of ventilation and lots of fans. The cable management is superior - the inside of my PC is the cleanest I've ever seen one.

Also, in the description it says it has 2xUSB 2.0 ports on the top of the case opposite the fan controls, well mine actually had 1xUSB2.0 and 1xUSB3.0! Considering that was pretty much the only thing I was bummed about when looking at it online, I was pretty excited to see the 3.0 on the top of the case.

Cons: The only things I can think of are not even that big of a deal: The drive bays - for somebody who is building a gaming pc and only needs 2-3, well... this is a lot of wasted space. It's a heavy case - even before the components are installed. I like it that way tho, it's sturdy and I don't plan on moving my PC around much, but I know others out there will hate it.

Other Thoughts: This case is remarkable for the price. Space, ventilation, cable management. Definitely 5 stars. If you want a good and sturdy full tower case - this is the one for you.

Pros: i love this case. it has alot of room and was my second nzxt case to buy. bought an nzxt power supply and led light rope. i give it 4 stars becuase the case is great. the customer service is very poor.

Cons: it was missing a fan knob when i got it . i went to nzxt.com/support and open a ticket. however they are ignoring my ticket. the support number was disconnected over the weekend. it was busy all the time. i have email support about updates for my ticket and nothing until saturday when i got an email from their system saying that if they did not hear from me they would close my ticket.

Other Thoughts: Its really is a shame that their customer support is so poor. they make great products and i feel this will be my last purchase from them. i even offered to buy a new fan knob. I have talked to newegg and they have offered a RMA or $20.00 credit if i keep it. aleast newegg stand behind the product they sale even if the company does not.

Pros: What pros AREN'T there? This tower has all of the gadgets and gizmos that come in handy when building a computer from scratch.

First off, it already has the wires hooked up to the default fans and the buttons on the top of the tower, it also has them bundled up together for simple cable management.
Secondly, it gives so much space to put the components in. I had no trouble placing my motherboard, graphics card, 2 dvd-roms, a HDD and SSDD, and the power supply. I also had no trouble getting all of the wires into the side panel area for cable management. This makes for a HUGE improvement in cleaning up the main area for the components, giving it all room to breath and vent efficiently.
Lastly, the tower could not handle cable management in extra side panel area any better. There are numerous amounts of hooks for tying cables with zip ties. It was so easy tying all of my cables up and making it look clean on the inside, and even on the side panel.

Cons: Not a con, simply a warning: This tower is HUGE. You must make sure you have the room for this monstrosity before you purchase this wonderful investment.

Pros: Large amount of space, I have an XFX Hd Radeon 7870 which is quite a large card and the tower had more than plenty enough room. The fan controller on the top is extremely nice. The built in LED lighting is also nice to have your rig looking good from the start. Also this case seems incredibly well built. Above all tons of large fan options the part I love the most.

Cons: Would be nice to have a few more usb ports on the top of the case rather than just two.

Pros: BLACK AND GREEN!!!!
Big, and I do mean big.
Great airflow, plenty of fan options. I actually took out the 2 default side fans and put in some green LED ones along with a front LED fan.

Cons: Only 2 problems with this case and they are very minor
1. The top fan should be LED, I think it lit up the first time I turned everything on, but now there is no light.
2. The "manual" it comes with could be better. This was my first build and had a bunch of cords I didn't know what to do with (turned out they were for extra fans)

Other Thoughts: Great case, may be to big for some

Pros: Great case for the cost! Great air flow after additional case fans installed. Very quite, and very nice looking altogether.

Cons: First off the purchase of the additional fans due to having to purchase NZXT fans in order to get the right fix. Secondly, with all additional fans installed it leaves very little room for my MSI GTX 680. So closing the side panel is quiet tricky.

Pros: A lot of room for installing almost any component save for Extended ATX boards.

Removable 2-drive bay, quick latch side panel system, tons of space for fans, space for a 240mm radiator, space for 3 200mm fans, and a lot of cable management options

Cons: Not as cool as the Phantom 820.

About 30 pounds empty, and about 50-60 when parts are added in.

Other Thoughts: Would really like a Phantom 820.
