2 out of 5 eggsGreat Case No Hardware Or Instructions

Pros: Great case, looks nice and there are no problems with it.

Cons: When I received it, all I got was the case. There were no instructions or hardware. I cannot finish the computer because I'm missing the screws. They offered me five dollars to buy all the stuff(which probably isn't enough anyway) and that was it. I don't have any store near me that sells the screws, and have had to put the computer on hold for two weeks. I have sent four angry emails and have not gotten a single result from the company. The customer service is terrible.

Other Thoughts: CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!

Manufacturer Response:

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: -Style, included blue LED fan
-Very functional
-High quality, interior painted finish
-Lots of room for cables and fans

Cons: -Plastic trim
-I am not a fan of the 5.25" drive bay door mechanism

Other Thoughts: This is a very popular case, and it's easy to see why. The Phantom 410 has plenty of style, excellent build quality, and lots of room to spare, all at a very respectable 100$.

The top fan ports are especially well suited for a water cooling radiator. I did have trouble getting the NZXT Kraken X40 hoses to fit properly in the case opening, but this problem was solved with the slightest bit of filing.

5 out of 5 eggsSexy Case

Pros: Amazing case. Lots of space and great ventilation. cable management is pure wins. Lots of places to add fans. This is by far my favorite case I bought to date. White is just so slick looking.

Cons: Didn't like the rubber enclosure the wires pass through on the side of the case, pain to put back on.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome case!

Pros: Case is perfect, it's pure white with all the black a satin paint. Large insides, plenty on room for slim cards, hard drives, and a water cooling system. Quality is all there.

5 out of 5 eggsSmooth and Clean!

Pros: One of the very first things I thought when I bought this is that the plastic would be my first issue on the case. Now, I know a lot of case enthusiasts hate plastic, but I guarantee you that the plastic that is on the front and top isn't thin sheets. No cracks in shipping, none at all!

The color scheme on this case is obviously white and black. The one thing that struck me is how the metal panel and inside are all painted white too! They spent a lot of details working on this case, and I most enjoyed just how much they spent working out the coloring.

The front panel door was sturdy, but stiff to open. I can't decide whether I like this or not because it's not like I want it to open on my if I accidentally bumped it with my knee or elbow. It actually takes a little bit of effort, but I guess that's alright because I rarely use my disk drive. (Most of you probably don't as well, considering you should never use the installation disks for the drivers!)

The fan sections on this case are put in the best places I've seen on cases. Not only that, the fans are high quality, and not some low-grade stuff you get with a 30 dollar case. When I first turned it on, I was shocked to see my test on the air flow (colored smoke) flowed out almost instantly. (I installed fans in every open slot to the high size they can take, intakes on bottom and side as well as the GPU fan pushing towards the outtakes which are on the top and back.)

The size, despite being a Mid-Tower case, don't get discouraged guys, is quite spacious. If you want a massive graphics cards, that middle HDD tray slides right out without further modification! Any card fits, so don't worry.

-

Yes, for those wondering, you can fit a 120, 140, 240, 280 rads in the case. Using the back for the out take using the single rads, and the top for the dual rads, you can easily get them in there. I tried, the H60, H90, H100, and H110 do fit.

Cons: The only thing that I am severely disappointed in was some of the threadings of the screw holes. Most of the stand offs went in without a problem, but I assume they became too tight after paint, and some struggled to get in there. (benefit of the doubt).

I ASSUME that this case was meant to be tool-less in nature, but you're wrong when you realize how tight the side panels are screw'd (Guys, it's not a bad word in the way I'm using it, common Newegg! Get on that!) on from shipping. This isn't a bad thing, the manufacturers actually thought it through and realized tight screws will make shipping better. It's still a pain to run outside to get a flat head.

The one detail that really stuck me in the foot was the little clip on pieces that held the front panel on. I was completely gross out that they were plastic. Cases that do this tend have those snap, and when you readily pull that off for maintenance, one may break. However, to lighten up that con, they were thick and smooth, so I don't foresee them breaking any time soon. Maybe even ever.

Other Thoughts: This case was one the best I've bought. You get your value with this case and it's worth every penny. Unfortunately however, it's not a full tower case, and the full tower case of this very same type a lot more to shell out.

If you like clean and sharp cases that have a unique design, and a door on the front to hide the fugly disk drives that never match the color of the case, then this is what you'd want to look at! Trust me, worth it.

5 out of 5 eggsI've never gotten so many compliments on a computer case

Pros: In a market flooded with black, serious gaming cases, this one's a refreshing break. Plus, great cooling!

Cons: If you remove one or both of the side panels, the case wiggles laterally a little - not a cause for concern, but it makes it feel a bit flimsy
