Super case!!
- Pros: Awesome little case! This was my first mini-ITX build. Paired it with an Intel 945CGLF2D dual-core Atom motherboard to build a low-power Asterisk server. I was surprised at how easy the case was to work in. Getting the motherboard in place was a tight squeeze because of the location of the power supply. I had to use a stub nose screwdriver to get to a couple of the motherboard screws. Hard drive mounting was easy and the optical drive mounting seemed very accessible, although I didn't use an optical drive in my build. Case seems well built and looks incredibly good on my shelf. Another quality Rosewill product. Highly recommended.
- Cons: The power supply is mounted in the front of the case and takes up the entire width of the case. Air from the PS fan vents directly across the motherboard and is pulled out of the system by the rear 80mm fan. Second, and more serious for me, a PCI card longer than the motherboard may run into problems. I installed a Digium TDM410P analog telephone card. This particular PCI card has a molex power adapter on the back edge of the board that it uses to supply power to its FXS module. Unfortunately, the bundle of cables coming out of the power supply was in the way and I could not get the molex adapter to plug in. To work around it, I found a molex power splitter and pulled the pins out of one side. I put heat shrink on each pin so that nothing would touch the exposed pins, bent the pins 90 degrees and plugged the individual pins into the card. Worked perfectly. They should have made the cables exit the power supply in a different place to allow more room for PCI cards.
- Other Thoughts: I wanted a really quiet box so I replaced the stock 80mm fan in the case with a Noctua NF-R8-1800 80mm case fan. Not sure if this was really necessary. The rear fan was pretty quiet. Most of the noise was coming from the Intel motherboard's chipset fan, which I also replaced with a quieter one. My Kill-A-Watt shows that I'm pulling 40-43W when the system is idle. Overall, one of the most fun builds I've ever done. Giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the location of the power supply cables. Probably not a problem for most people but beware if you have a Digium card.
Nice little case
- Pros: Good design for small, limited build. Excellent as basic desktop/nettop style box.
Fit is tight but well thought out with combo board I bought with it: Intel BOXD945GCLF2. These were made for each other. Standard hdd and fullsize dvdrom fit better than I expected.
- Cons: As with others, dvd door! I used sharp knife to lower the rough caste edge the door slides across and it helped some. There is another rough catch where door pivots over front cover and cleaning that up will help too but you have to take the door off and my not get the spring back on correctly. Works ok with only first mod. If I have too much trouble I will slide my black drive all the way forward and take the door off!
- Other Thoughts: On next one I purchase I will work on the door before assy to not worry about filings getting in my new parts. I built this for someone else and my wife saw it and has to have one, she thinks it is cute, but then she loves her Eee too.
Leave ROM drive loose and adjust to door button before closing case. Adjust door with drive position helps a little. Rigged up a bit but working ok for now.

- Pros: I think everything is positioned well for space and easy cable managment .very small and light. parts arent to flimsy.great price.included 150w power supply, rear exsaust fan, looks great
- Cons: the hdd led is pink and in the same ring as the power led(blue) so its a little girly and i think they should mention the colors.paint can chip and scratch easily and shows every mark
Great looking case
- Pros: Really great looking case. Fits in nicely with other components in media rack. Very quiet fan. Very happy with my purchase.
- Cons: Tight fit but everything is accessible.

Nice little case
- Pros: It is really nice having the psu on the bottom in the front instead of right above the cpu, which makes this case much better then other mini-itx cases I've dealt with. I have a 65 watt triple core phenom in this case so it's nice to be able to put a regular heatsink on instead of having to settle for a low profile one.
- Cons: The fan in the back is pretty loud, so I will be replacing that with one that is a little more quiet.
- Other Thoughts: The front door for the disk drive really isn't that bad at all, you just need to figure out how to take the front off of the tray on your drive. I was able to leave the front bezel, I just had to take the front off of the tray and it works perfect.
