5 out of 5 eggscheapest HPTX case out there!

Pros: WOW, everything else that is super tower that can fit HPTX is double this price. If you want to go big, this one will do it. Am getting at the end of april 2014. My antec gx700 is garbage. The pci slot plastic cover at the back that covers the screw holes busted off. When my case got pushed over my plastic chair cover on the floor the feet busted. This case has solid feet from watching the egg video. And the cooling, my gosh, This would be my 1st time owning a case with fans over 120mm. I really need this case since I am using a ga-z87x-ud3h mb. On the mb is a recon 3d pci-e sc, 2x zotac gtx 770 amps and a adaptec 6805e raid card in the bottom slot beside the second gtx 770. My problem is that I bought a 40mm fan to cool the raid card but the psu doesn't give the space to fit. I know that this case is overkill but I may eventually go back to a xl-atx or e-atx mb to do 4 way sli.

Cons: Can't see one from the egg video.

Other Thoughts: Like I said, the only other cases I have seen are the cooler master cosmos 2 and the corsair obsidian 900d at around $400 before shipping and tax.

5 out of 5 eggsBlackhawk Ultra

Pros: This case is overall fantastic. Lots of space for all the internal drives you could need. Four front drive slots, which is more than enough in my opinion. Construction is very nice, solid frame. Includes very simple instruction and plenty of cable arrangement solutions and fasteners. The 3 giant fans more a lot of air and are surprisingly quiet.

Cons: There were a few sharp edges, but I don't know where. I ended up with a few phantom cuts on my hands after installation. You may need longer power and SATA cables to reach everything as this case is HUGE.

Other Thoughts: Honestly, if you want a well-cooled, spacious case, look no farther. Pick up this case, a few onger SATA cables and some power extensions. You'll love it. Also, if you are looking for bright red lighting, you may want to augment what is included. The lighting on this case is good, but not super bright. I like it, but some may want more.

4 out of 5 eggsPassing Judgement

Pros: Huge
Comes with Caster Wheels, makes it easier to move.
Lots of hard drive slots for a file storage server.

Cons: Very hard to open case. You will have to cast Might and Power on yourself, then pray to Jupiter and Odin for super strength, then invite Hercules and the Hulk over and then you will be able to open this case.

I bench press 5,000,000 milligrams of steel, so I'm pretty Buff.

Other Thoughts: Pretty good case, I love it, leaves no desire to get anything else, very future proof. Fits my H100i and even bigger.
Lots of Hard drive bays.
Lots of Front USB ports
Might want to get a fully modular power supply.
Also you will have to even out your cables on the back side of this case since space is very minimal, my NZXT 410 Tempest Elite has more room than this case if you compare. Once you get this and even out where cables go case cover slides over, otherwise you will have to force it in possibly damaging your cables in the process.

Rosewill if you read this add another half an inch to the side where cables route and you will have a winner.

4 out of 5 eggsRosewill Blackhawk-Ultra

Pros: -Pretty much everything one could ask for in a case
-Extremely spacious
-High-quality construction on (almost) everything (see cons)
-Very modular
-Comes with several fans and fan controls
-Top controls are very user friendly
-every pro pretty much everyone else mentioned

Cons: As an engineer, I was quite surprised by some of the design flaws and the few small things that were overlooked. The following prevented this case from being a "perfect 5" (for me 5 being absolutely perfect with zero flaws). They do not take away from the case quality at all, but they should be considered.

-The internal velcro strap used to secure the power supply is intended to be strapped around two slits in the bottom of the case. These slits unfortunately sit above one of the wheeled caster mounts, making it necessary to jam the caster wheel over the velcro in order to fit it on. Seems like a very silly design flaw that could have easily been remedied by moving the velcro slits over an inch. The case certainly has room to do this!!!

-Unfortunately when I received my case, the top plastic crown was cracked in the rear where it mounts to the back of the case. The plastic seems to be of high quality, and based on my assessment of the damage it is something that happened during manufacturing. RMA will simply send me a new top crown, but it seems like a glaring oversight that never should have been overlooked by Quality Control.

-3 of my 10 hard-drive trays are not manufactured properly. They utilize a quick removal "pinch" system. Unfortunately, 3 of my trays seem to have had their "pinch" parts displaced during the anodization process, and now do not snap properly. There is a beastly TEN trays though, so it is not a huge issue.

-The case has small raised lettering near the standoff holes for the various motherboard sizes. Some letters are missing from the typical motherboard standoff locations and/or are mislabeled. Not a huge deal, as I simply had to actually think and re-install a few of the standoffs in different areas.

-MY BIGGEST GRIPE WITH THIS CASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So, for the front 5.25" drive bays.... Rosewill decided to go with a modular panel design. There are three panels that have been "punched" from the case metal, and are attached such that you have to BREAK THEM OFF FROM THE CASE (like those plastic mold parts attached to the molds still). This is absolutely ridiculous, as it requires you to overstress the metal and create jagged points where the panels have been removed! Not only does it break up the beautiful black anodized layer (albeit behind the plastic front cover) but the pieces are actually quite jagged! I had to physically file down both the panels and the case itself, and then touch them up with a black sharpie marker. I was very disappointed with this design choice in what was an absolutely stellar case. There is NO reason to have these panels like this versus having them come pre-attached with screws or in the case as separate pieces.

Other Thoughts: I am VERY critical of all the gear that I utilize. Please do not get me wrong, I actually love this case. None of the design flaws in the cons section are deal-breakers for me, and I have been extremely happy with my purchase. Just be aware of them, and if they impact your build. I would say the biggest issue is that not all of the drive-trays were properly manufactured. If you are going for some beastly 10 drive build, it could be an issue. Otherwise, I highly recommend this case.

5 out of 5 eggsBIGGEST CASE i ever owned

Pros: For anyone looking for a case with lots of room look no further!! This thing is HUGE!!! I just hate working on a PC with tons of stuff all crammed together, but this case made working on my PC a pleasant experience. Big enough to put anything you want in it AND hide a dead body LOL! Excellent cable management features, USB 3.0 front panel, nice fan setup.. lowered my air temp by 5-10 degrees.. I have 8 hard drives installed, and still have room for more..

Cons: Yes, the side panels were a bit difficult to remove.. Would WD-40 help? That fixes just about anything..

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Case

Pros: I've had this case for over a year. its very solid and well made I've got a full custom water cooling loop and it has plenty of room to spare its huge. Its not for you if you you want to fit it under your desk .plenty of room to hide cables but may you may need extensions for them depending on your power supply cable length in my case i needed them for proper cable management i have two xfx r9 290s in crossfire and they look tiny in this thing. The fans that it comes with are great and there are a lot of them they are not overly loud and keep my components well ventilated and the red leds are cool looking when the lights are off

Cons: doors are tough to get on and off made need a helper

Other Thoughts: if you need a very very large case give it a try I'm glad i did

5 out of 5 eggsBlackhawk case

Pros: -This case is huge, i had a full tower and thought it was a good size until i compared it to this thing.
-The case is actually metal, even though the manufacturer says that it was metal i was expecting it to be some shotty cut corner amount, no this case is reinforced to take a beating over the years and stay strong.
-The fans are quality, again i was expecting some fans i would have to replace in a short time, but these seem to be pretty awesome too.
-For the most part the case is what the manufacturer says it is.

Cons: As i was really happy with this case i dont have many, and none worthy of loosing any eggs over, but if i had to point a few these would be them:
-Cost, obviously not many people want to spend $200 on the case alone.
-Size, this is a massive case, i had a full tower before i bought this and thought that a jump to a super wasent that big of a difference, it was.
-Semi-loud fans, it isent so much that the fans are loud as there are so many of them that they end up being loud, and they have no external adjustment.

Other Thoughts: I didnt think this warranted a con so i am putting this here:
- the front is made of plastic, and in the instructions to install a CD bay you must remove this piece, it took a lot force to remove and at first i thought it was broken when it was removed when it wasent, but i fear that repeated use it might become.
