4 out of 5 eggsnice case for budget build

Pros: This case is pretty good for budget gaming machine. The fans work as advertised. The slotted side panel helps airflow and keep CPU and GPU temps down. The only real complaint I have with this case is that the power and reset buttons pop out of place very easily. But overall an excellent choice for the price.

Cons: Only con would be the power and reset buttons coming out of place easily. But once you finish building your machine, you shouldn't be moving it around much so it shouldn't be a real problem after the build is complete.

1 out of 5 eggsFront I/O doesn't receive power

Pros: Nice looking case, bought it with the combo deal, everything fits all right.

Cons: It won't turn on. It's not the power supply, but the front I/O, so I can't even start the boot, and how the front I/O is built into the case means that I'll probably have to replace the entire case. Such a pain. I was so looking forward to this and it ends up being defective.

5 out of 5 eggsSolid case for the money

Pros: This case has great airflow for it's size and the included fans are solid.
Very clean aesthetic.
Deep enough to hold a large video card.
Quick detachable 3.5 and 5.25 drive clips.

Cons: USB ports are 'upside down'. Takes getting used to.

I would prefer the front fan be a Molex 8981 for flexibility in cable routing. The 3 pin has to cut right through to the board.

Taller air CPU coolers with not fit. A Hyper 212 barely fits and is difficult to mount do the position of the motherboard.

Other Thoughts: A full sized ATX board barely fits in this case and runs right up to the power supply. This case would work better with micro ATX or other smaller board to give additional room for routing cables.

A good enough case to cap off a budget strapped build even with higher end components otherwise.

4 out of 5 eggsGood Case, Cheap Fans

Pros: Good construction, mostly good fit & finish. The toolless mounting brackets work just fine (with all ordinary type drives).

Cons: Rear fan failed after 13.5 months... just out of warranty (wouldn't you know it!) Fan's are apparently (cheap) sleeve type, rather than ball bearing. Also, front USB ports were manufactured poorly and as a result they are REALLY tight.

Lastly, I wish this case had four 5.25" front drive bays, rather than just three, but I knew what I was buying when I bought it.

Other Thoughts: Despite the shortcomings, I still do like this case. It's sturdy, solid, has no sharp edges to cut myself on, and has the long type internal mounting rack which allows for mounting a LOT of drives internally.

2 out of 5 eggsFlimsy Case With Little Thought Put Into Design, Not Worth the Money

Pros: Beautiful Front LED Fan

Cons: Flimsy
Very little re-usability
Crammed space
Ugly cable sleeving

Other Thoughts: This case is very poorly designed with multiple flaws. Overall, you cannot justify the $40 or so price tag on this thing even though that is dirt cheap.

Let's start with detachable parts like the PCI slot covers. Once these are removed they cannot be re-attached. If you make a mistake you're left with a gaping hole on your computer. Many other cases offer the ability to reattach the steel covers if the slot ever becomes vacant.

The front cover's red bezel is cheaply painted and reeks of low quality. You can see the uneven paint job under the cheap gloss finish.

The front connectors are glued/bolted onto the front plate. You cannot remove the whole front plate for cleaning without having to go into the case to detach all cables.

The cables internally are aesthetically lacking - it sticks out like a sore thumb with all sorts of random colors. Fortunately there isn't a window anything to make the problem too visible.

The HDD cage is very underwhelming. You have space for multiple HDD but only 2 fasteners. The poor design also result in half the HDD protruding into the innards of the case - toward your motherboard (talk about crammed).

Space is very limited between side panel and motherboard tray.

The only good thing going for this case is the front LED in my opinion. It's relatively bright and looks rather striking, but that's about it.

For just $10 or 20 more you can get a Corsair case that offers superiority in everything. Do yourself a favor and don't throw your money in the trash bin.

4 out of 5 eggspretty good

Pros: great airflow. plenty of clips for cable organization

Cons: stock fans are a kinda loud. PCI slot panels can't be reattached because they're welded on rather than clipped.

3 out of 5 eggsOk Case

Pros: Great Looking case and functions like it should

Cons: The top USB ports seem to have a death grip on all USB drives and yanks the metal off the USB drive every-time. It's not a big deal just a little bothersome that I have to super glue that metal piece back on so it is useable. Another issue is the front panel does come out on its own when you try to take out a USB device that it has a death grip on. other issue is cable management is shot for this case in my opinion, granted this was my first attempt in a PC build so a rookie mistake I will admit, but there isn't really a good way to hide all the wires.

3 out of 5 eggsBudget Case

Pros: Cost was not too bad. 2 Fans that come installed in case keep noise is to a minimum, much quieter than my last pc. You can hear them, but they are quieter than the dvd drive when loading something on the computer. I have not played any games yet, so I imagine noise level will rise with more load on the system.
Looks good for a "cheaper" case with the red led fan in the front, remember no window on side but front fan gives off a nice glow of red. Quick locks bays work good holding cd, hdd or what ever you put in them without having to install screws too, but added screws just so nothing slips....nothing did slip I just didn't want to find out if they would down the road.

Cons: I installed the asus F2 A85-M PRO motherboard, which is the uATX form factor that requires 8 standoffs (keeps motherboard above case) and it only came with 7, I had extra from prior builds but I think some mobos require 9 of them.

4 out of 5 eggsGood case

Pros: Looks awesome, easy to open and close, air flow

Cons: Hard to work in if you don't have small hands, driver bays, little flimsy, the front

Other Thoughts: For the price this is an amazing case. It is a little flimsy but once you put all the parts in its acceptable. There is very little cord management so plan on using several zip ties. The air flow is fairly good (depending on your cord management skills). I never reach 60 C for the CPU even when playing black flag on high (I only have nvidia 660). Don't bother using the easy secure system in the driver bays. Just screw your drivers in otherwise they will bang around (esp the optic drive). The inner bay grate is a pop out. The front of the case is not very well made and will pop off easily. All I have to do is pull out my USB and it will start coming off.
