5 out of 5 eggsA solid value solution

This review is from: Rosewill R536-BK - Black, Hot-Dipped Galvanized Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case with 500W Power Supply

Pros: Included power supply is robust enough to handle average needs, and cable management is decent. Includes enough bays to fulfill the majority of applications, and includes a 2.5 rear drive mount which is perfect for SSDs. Case is sturdy and will likely hold up well over time. Availability for several fan mounts.

Cons: Front panel cable organization is mediocre, but manageable. Only a single, small zip tie is included.

Other Thoughts: Sufficient for most entry and mid-tier builds. Confident it will hold up well over time and future configuration changes.

4 out of 5 eggsNice chassis

This review is from: Rosewill R536-BK - Black, Hot-Dipped Galvanized Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case with 500W Power Supply

Pros: The external design of this chassis is nice. I like having the PSU at the top of the chassis. It looks nice. There wasn't anything difficult about installing the hardware and getting the system up and running. Front panel cabling was pretty good compared to other chassis I've used.

Cons: This chassis is built with very thin metal and as a result, it's pretty flexible. This is annoying during construction but once the system is up and running it isn't an issue. None of the drive cages are removable. This isn't a big issue, just makes for more work in assembly. There was no manual in the box, just a small scrap of paper with a couple pinout diagrams. The front panel cables could have been a bit longer but with some rearranging of components, I made them work. The specs list that you should be able to mount a 120mm fan up front. Good luck with that. The holes for the 120mm fan are tapped for machine screws. No standard fan mounting hardware will work. Smaller fans in that front mount location are fine.

Other Thoughts: Not a bad chassis. I'd buy it again. Just don't expect that this thing is built like a tank and includes lots of nice features.

4 out of 5 eggsSolid case, esp for the price

This review is from: Rosewill R536-BK - Black, Hot-Dipped Galvanized Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case with 500W Power Supply

Pros: Diversity of USB ports on front panel. Included PSU.

Cons: Would like more room for a stronger fan. PSU is a little under powered.

Other Thoughts: Nice quiet case for the money. Would recommend again.

This review is from: Rosewill R536-BK - Black, Hot-Dipped Galvanized Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case with 500W Power Supply

Pros: Very good overall i love it!

Cons: This isn't a con about the item but the shipping company left it on the porch while i was at school.

Other Thoughts: This shouldn't happen with the rest of my bundle hopefully.

3 out of 5 eggsMisleading

This review is from: Rosewill R536-BK - Black, Hot-Dipped Galvanized Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case with 500W Power Supply

Pros: Decent case for the coin, power supply isn't junk.

Cons: The only place you are going to be able to run a 120 fan is in the back. It's physically impossible to install in the other two locations that they say you can. The side mount spot is only drilled for an 80. Without a drill, snips and/or a sawzall there's no way to mount a 120 up front.

Other Thoughts: Enjoy

4 out of 5 eggs

This review is from: Rosewill R536-BK - Black, Hot-Dipped Galvanized Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case with 500W Power Supply

Pros: Good case for the money and includes the power supply which saved me in the long run. Very light, durable no frills case.

Cons: Side panels have an indention for ease of removal which are basically useless.

Other Thoughts: If anyone decides to install a water cooled system be aware that the indention on the side panel will rub against the coolers radiator but does have enough clearance.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat!

This review is from: Rosewill R536-BK - Black, Hot-Dipped Galvanized Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case with 500W Power Supply

Pros: Cheap.
Comes with power supply.
Nice size.

Cons: Flimsy Metal- but that is to be expected with a cheap case.
Screws that come with it are not labeled, not too difficult to figure out what goes where, but still annoying.

Other Thoughts: I bought this to build a new computer for everyday use and it is working well. No complaints.

5 out of 5 eggsNice Case with USB 3.0

This review is from: Rosewill R536-BK - Black, Hot-Dipped Galvanized Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case with 500W Power Supply

Pros: This is a nice case with USB 3.0 and 2.0 on the front, will hold 2 120mm fans 1 included a 500W power supply which will work for Haswell processor (not certified) and double checked this with Rosewill customer support and they verified this would work but was not certified at this time.

Cons: Some sharp edges inside but not to bad.

Other Thoughts: Contacted Rosewill about power supply and they contacted me back within 24 hours which really impressed me. When researching for a product I like looking through the reviews and when a customer has a problem Rosewill usually contact that customer about their issue which shows their product customer support is good.
