4 out of 5 eggsI like it

Pros: The best thing about this case, is that the layout is like a standard ATX case, only less tall and less deep. The power supply does not block the CPU cooler at all, allowing me to use the Cooler Master 212 Evo on a quad core haswell at 4.4ghz! It is constructed well out of aluminum, and is sturdy. Rubber isolators for the hard drives is nice. I installed a 2.5" SSD, and a 3.5" HDD on the bottom. The incoming air keeps the HDD cool, and the case fan is quiet. Looks like I could have fit a double height video card alright if you don't put a 3.5" HDD on the bottom.

Cons: I was not satisfied with the cooling layout of this case. I don't know why there is a fad of cases having bare fronts, but that's where the intake for cooling should be! At least the USB ports are still on the front. Seeing the intake on the bottom made me think dust vacuum right away, and this case doesn't have any filters for the air intakes either.

I cut my own filter for the entire bottom, and locked it in place with a homemade bracket under the 4 feet. I sealed all of the other holes in the case with super 33 electrical tape. The cpu does run hot under usage, but is fine with normal loads.

Who would want to use the built in fan speed controller? I ran the fan straight to the motherboard so the cpu temp can control the speed, and it also gives me RPM feedback. Removed the built in controller with 2 screws, and sealed the hole. At full 12 volts, the case fan barely spins over 1000 rpm. I will replace it with a cooler master fan that can go faster when needed, and is still quiet at 600 rpm.

I/O plate was difficult to snap in place, because the aluminum case is pretty thick.

Other Thoughts: Fits a standard size 450 - 500 watt power supply fine, but try to get one with flexible wires and as few wires as you need. There's not much room to plug in wires after the motherboard is installed, so try to connect everything and screw down the motherboard last.

5 out of 5 eggsNice case

Pros: Nice and compact. Looks cute on the desk.

Cons: Much too expensive for what you get but I wanted it and paid for it. A fair price for this case would be $39.00 not $89.00

4 out of 5 eggsOverall very nice and attractive

Pros: Very attractive brushed finish, very solid feeling. Inside is also all black and decently ventilated. Options to add other fans is also a plus.

Cons: Mounting hard drives, using the bottom mounts can be semi problematic depending on the sata cable connector and sata power cable. The drive sits almost flush to the bottom, they only give you basic rubber isolators. When first mounting the drive, the sata cable and power connector would not allow the drive to sit flush and would put undo stress on the drive, although not much, it was not worth the risk. I ended up using some longer screws and a couple of washers at each corner.

Other Thoughts: I lucked out had 4 extra long hard drive screws, from another build with thicker isolators, but since I do not have those anymore and knowing about this issue, I would not purchase again, unless I was planning on building a system with one drive and in that situation I would use the upper hard drive mount.

Room could also get tight with a full size atx power supply. I got a full modular unit and just used the cables I needed.

4 out of 5 eggsVery attractive and roomy

Pros: - Great minimalist design
- Very sturdy build
- Plenty of space to fit a normal size ATX power supply
- Can fit three 2.5 drives
- For how little room it takes up on your desk, it feels roomy

Cons: - Can only fit two 3.5'' drives
- The holes for the power supply mount didn't match up perfectly, I could only screw in two (luckily that's enough to keep it in there (used the Rosewill SilentNight 500W ATX12V). This is why I knocked off an egg.
- Only 1 fan in the rear, not much ventilation capability (although for my needs, plenty)

Other Thoughts: This case feels like a Lian-Li without the price. I love how the power supply mounts above the motherboard with room enough for the cables to feed through
