4 out of 5 eggsNext to perfect

Pros: Compact but not too small
Swing out drive bay
Designed for Supermicro boards
Whisper Quiet Fan

Cons: Power supply seems too small for the amount of equipment and drives you can put in it.
No other places to mount a fan other than the one it comes with,

Other Thoughts: Both cons are subjective and not a real negative. CPU's are a lot less power hungry than they once were and even 4 15K SAS drives might not truly max out the PSU.

I checked the onboard temps of a recent build and the highest I saw was 46C so does it really need more than one fan. Given that you can pack an entire company into one of these with ESXi or Hyper-V I'd feel better with a second fan.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent

Pros: I love this case, the build quality is excellent for the money, it's exactly what I have been looking for, and it doesn't rattle like some cases I've had in the past. I'm going to buy another one soon.

Cons: NONE

Other Thoughts: This case would also be nice for a regular PC build.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat SOHO Server Case

Pros: This is a great little chassis/power supply combination. My obsessive-compulsiveness appreciates the lack of audio connectors and the lack of flashy blue LEDs, as well as the rugged construction and the overall easy of use/building.

Cons: While a lot of folks remark on how nicely this integrates with Supermicro boards, it didn't quite work out that way with my A1SAM-2550F. This wasn't horribly painful, but wasn't quite what I was expecting either.

It'd be nice if they included more than just the one fan, but it's hard to complain too much about that, considering the price.

I do miss the beautifully designed drive carriers that Fractal uses in their cases, but these aren't that bad either.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: A nice simple and quiet case that is perfect for any build.

Cons: It would be nice if the drive bays were facing to the left like a lot of the newer cases out there. it makes updates drive faster and easyer

Other Thoughts: I would highly recommended this case for anyone building a
PC

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent Case

Pros: This case came with a power supply. It is sufficient for my needs. I've had it for about two years and have not had any issues with it. I really like the drive bays. It's very easy to remove/insert drives without the hassle of screws or removing the cage like other cases I've owned. I would definitely recommend this case. I bought this case for a Supermicro motherboard.

Cons: None

5 out of 5 eggsNAS build

Pros: For ninety bucks you can't go wrong.
It's heavy.. made of steel. Drive bays are a little flimsy but they got the job done.
Power supply was not going to work. 6 pin CPU plug wasn't enough for the MBD-X9SCL-F MoBo. Needs 8 pin so I dug in my stash and found a new 500 watt that worked perfect.

Cons: Power supply.
Screws were a little on the cheap side. Replaced with good ones from my stash.

Other Thoughts: I think it's a great value. Fits the SuperMicro MoBo very well. 4 slide out drive bays. Went together very quick and painless. Small size. Have it on it's side in my entertainment rack. looks like any other piece of equipment.
Fan is very quiet but moves lot of air.

5 out of 5 eggsLove this enclosure

Pros: Works flawlessly with SuperMicro branded boards, very convenient connectors built to work together. You can also use non-supermicro boards but you have to try a little harder to plug in front panel connectors - no big deal. Solid, sturdy, robust and quiet. I own two of these, going back for a 3rd soon.

Cons: The built in power supply is only 300W, so don't expect to use this for a high-end workstation without upgrading the PSU first. For my next purchase of this case though, 300W is just fine, so I look forward to using it. I'm sure it's a solid PSU.

Other Thoughts: Good air flow, heat dissipation, typically easy to assemble. It can get a little cramped on the inside, so beware of the order you try to set things up.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Case

Pros: Looks professional and clean
Has network and HDD leds on front panel, two usb connectors
Power supply is decent for small builds, including Xeon 1230 v2 and 2 WD RE HDDs.
Somewhat quiet

Cons: Only 4 internal HDD bays
PSU has low wattage, but enough for small builds
A bit pricey

Other Thoughts: Great case. Built two servers with same components and it's working great so far. Recommended.

4 out of 5 eggsGood case, cheap PSU

Pros: Nice sturdy case, well built, no sharp edges, convenient access to HDD bay.

Cons: Cheap power supply makes electrical noise. Not going to trust $1000+ equipment to it.

5 out of 5 eggsWow! Fantastic Quality

Pros: Excellent build quality and design, power supply seems pretty good too. Looks and feels very well built

Cons: Quirky Hard Drive tray design, and uhh, hmmm... That's it really.

Other Thoughts: The fit and finish of this case is really fantastic. Its a bit pricy, but considering it comes with a server-grade power supply, it's nothing to sneeze at. This is the way all cases should be built (with the exception of the somewhat odd Hard Drive trays, I know they're handy for quick releases but I still prefer good ol' fashioned screws.)
